    He had to postpone a couple times due to weather. The TV took an hour and a half and the microwave took 3/12 hours. He left the area very clean when finished, he brought in his own dry vac. He covered and protected areas.

    Craftworks Custom Cabinetry
    A few years back I purchased a very large flat screen television for my family room and I looked everywhere for a cabinet to house it and my various audio visual components. ��I couldn't locate anything that was available in stock in stores that was even remotely close to what I wanted and decided to look around and have one custom built. ��A friend of mine at work told me about this company called Craftworks Custom Cabinetry, saying they did projects like this and I should give them a call. ��I did contact the company and Michael, the owner, stopped over my house and discussed the options with me and drew up some design plans. ��I approved the design and about a month later he built and installed the audio visual cabinetry that turned a bare wall into something that turned my family room into the focal point of my house. ��

    When we decided to redo our kitchen, I did a lot of research on the cost, cabinet options, design choices and just about everything else involved in this type of project. ��We contacted several reputable kitchen remodeling companies and to be honest, they were all professional from one degree to another and the prices somewhat competitive. ��I also called Michael at Craftworks to give me a bid and I'm glad I did. ��When he stopped by our house he asked us a lot of questions the other contractors never considered. ��We especially liked his very low key approach. ��He was more like a design consultant than a remodeling sales person and he walked us through the remodeling process so we knew exactly what to expect and when, no surprises. ��We went with him for two reasons - one because we knew the quality of his work from the AV cabinetry he built for us and two - because he was more imaginative with his design ideas than the other companies we spoke with.

    It took a little over two months to redo our kitchen and the final cost came in at just about the estimated cost. ��Michael manged the entire project, scheduling the electrical, plumbing and flooring work. ��We had a few minor delays which is to be expected but Michael went out of his way to make any inconveniences we experienced less disruptive. ��I'm writing this review at a built in desk area in the kitchen that was not part of our original design concept, but one we added because of Michael's suggestions. ��My wife and I use it constantly and it makes our kitchen much more functional for our lifestyle.

    Craftworks was not the cheapest nor the most expensive bid we considered, but in the end we know we got more bang for our kitchen remodeling dollar from Michael and his company that any other remodeling contractor we could have selected. ��We've used him on two projects in our home and we won't hesitate to recommend or use him again in the future.

    He was there not only on time but early. did a quick evaluation and got right to it.  Made it clear what we would need to worry about for the piano, and what we should expect based on temp, humidity, and usage.
    Piano was not only brought to pitch, but also fine tuned the same day.
    He made sure to actually play the piano, which he can do with exceptional skill. The sound was night and day from start to finish.
    Based on the age and current condition, he made tuning recommendations and i was able to schedule the next tuning as the piano is used daily.

    I purchased a chair and ottoman from Ethan Allen's Victor store. (All of the staff who assisted me on my 2 visits to the store were very helpful and professional.) The chair and ottoman arrived (a week before the estimated delivery date). There was a problem with the chair cushion. The down covering bunched under the upholstery, making unsightly wrinkles. Also the ivory fabric seemed thinner than the sample I had and dark shadows appeared through the cushion fabric. I called the store to report the problem before the delivery men left. I was told that Jared, the consumer manager, would call me back... and he promptly did. He asked me to fill out EA's online form with photos, which I did. Within a day, Tom, the upholsterer called me back to make and appointment to assess the problem.
    Tom was prompt and courteous and after reviewing the problem suggested that the inner cushion could be replaced. Later, when Jared called about the proposed solution, he let me know that a new cushion would not have springs. That was a problem. I had upgraded the cushion selection to get one with springs. I asked if he would have another conversation with Tom to see if they could come up with another solution. He did. (!!!... which I consider to be a step beyond the usual and really noteworthy.)
     When he called back, Jared said Tom could remove the down cover, which seemed to be the source of the bunching, and replace it with another type of cover. I agreed. When Tom returned, he said he'd been thinking about the problem and offered another solution: that he tighten or "take tucks" in the existing down covering to smooth it out. I agreed. He worked quickly and I was happy with the result. (I was not charged for any of the visits or repairs.) I am particularly impressed that Jared and Tom took the extra time and care to work out a second solution that really addressed my concerns. I think their extra effort was unusual... and really great! All in all, it was a very good experience. I look forward to working with the people at Ethan Allen on future purchases.

    The staff  listened carefully, asked perceptive questions and quickly comprehended my needs. They were extremely thorough and proactive about keeping me informed as they built the unit. They completed the work ahead of schedule and my deadline.
    The install was perfect.   They sets a good example to others in this business of office furniture.

    have that capability but have no I can not say enough about the lack of knowledge of the store personal, the online chat or phone service. Someone in Sears made this decision to offer new tractor models this year. Some on line reviews state that your old attachments should work with the new models but no one is owning up. Sears advertises that these models have that capability but can not match it up with a new part number.
    I can not buy a new lawn tractor without this info. Sears seams to really not care. Yes, I even tried the CEO route that is blocked from input as well.
    I only buy from Sears when the discount is right. I have had problems with the Sears card and am know having problems with the Shopyourway as well. I bought an item 5 years ago and they had my e-mail address.
    I can not link my Sears Card with the Shopyourway because the the now have a 16 digit code number that I never got, and I have to know to get my rewards. Good Grief Charlie Brown. If I ran my business like this I would have been shot.
    Seriously, I have know idea how I can get any of this resolved.

    Sales experience very positive.  When we needed customer service assistance after delivery due to several issues, it took numerous phone calls to get attention.  Issues never resolved by dealer to our satisfaction.

    They have been wonderful. We had trouble with the refrigerator and they were more than generous with their time and service with repairing it. They service the appliances they sell. It is a great company. I would go back and buy any appliance from them in a heartbeat. They are excellent. They kept coming back until it was right. They would probably be the only place that I would go for an appliance.

    Charlotte Appliance is a local family appliance store that has been in the Rochester NY area for as long as I can remember. They will continue to be the appliance store of choice for a long time to come based on our experience. From the moment we entered the store it was a pleasant experience. Charlotte has a wide selection of brands at very good prices. The salesperson Bob Sigel know the products well and was able to advise us about the features of each brand. He stayed with us throughout the time we were shopping. He was not pushy and did not try to get us to buy more than we needed. The office staff was friendly and worked with us to schedule the delivery. As for the delivery, the personnel were on time, professional, able to answer questions and cleaned up after installing the products. This is the way it should be!
