    My son's nose was broken during a fight and his pediatrician recommended Syracuse ENT Surgeons. Boy, am I glad they did. The staff, physician's assistant and physician were wonderful. They explained every detail of the out-patient surgery, what to expect at the surgery center and side affects and/or complications that could occur. The day of the surgery went as they had said. The surgeon did a great job (I think his nose looks even better than it did before it was broken!!) and had a kind and caring bedside manner, especially with kids. Followup exam went well. His nose is in full working order and straight!!!

    Made an appointment for last December, to which I was nearly half an hour late due to confusion about the exact location and owing to a poorly specified land-mark/building proximity. {Fact is I ended up parking in the wrong garage, several blocks away and then went back to get my vehicle out-- still uncertain of this practices' actual location at that point--not even ten minutes later (for which I was of course charged nearly four dollars for all of 7 minutes of garage usage)!} I was misinformed that they're and quot;right across the street from Crouse-Irving Hospital ... whereas they're actually about 5 blocks away--albeit ' on the other side of the same street'. So in essence, I continue suffering unnecessarily without treatment simply because of the careless/nonsensical directions I'd gotten from them by phone = the sum-total of their 'treatment' to date. I filled out their extensive first-visit forms while I waited to see if they could get me in to the doctor which was only a preliminary visit that shouldn't've taken more than 5-10 mns. of the doctor's time anyway, but he+/his aid proved unavailable. By the time I was done, the receptionist had gone to lunch, leaving the reception desk unattended. Apparently only by chance an on-duty nurse, by name of Kelly, happened to be lingering in the wing of the reception office whom I asked if they'd put me on their cancellation call-list which she said she'd do ... over two months later, I've still neither heard a word nor received the courtesy of a re-scheduling call instead. They have not been at all consistently responsible for making return-calls either ... which's become rather outrageously par for all such 'professional' courses in this region, bafflingly enough. I've only gotten two return calls out of five messages left, both in voice-mail and with phone reception. Since then my insurance company's changed { which I'd also advised this practice of in advance of the change-over}. Now, naturally? they don't accept my present, latest form of insurance. So I wasted two hours all told, and even filled out their admittance paperwork for . . . NO SERVICE. What can we say, it's a 'health care' 'seller's market' out there, still-- if not now more than ever in the past three decades at least. So far, overall: frustrating + time-wasting in but two words.

    Terrible. I have no relief from my symptoms and am currently seeking a referral to another doctor to determine whether surgery will be necessary or if there are other alternatives.
