    Absolutely 100% pleased with his work. First and foremost this man is HONEST. He will not sell you something that is not needed. This man is very knowledgeable in his field and takes great pride in the work he performs. Contacted him for an estimate on a Monday afternoon and the job was started on Wednesday and finished on Thursday. Arrives on time, leaves the place spotless, keeps you informed throughout the job and answers any questions you may have. It was a pleasure to do business with him and will recommend him to my friends. Would give him 10 stars if able.

    COMFORT ZONE HEATING AIR COND
    After the gas company shut off gas due to leaks on a very cold day. Comfort Zone responded within a couple of hours with 2 service workers ( one experienced and the other less so) and fixed the leaks and got the gas turned back on within a couple of hours. They returned the next day to install a new hot water tank. Although expensive, they were, polite, helpful and efficient. Overall a good experience.

    Drake installed a boiler.  One week later, it quite.  Friday night.  Drake has NO EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER.  We have been unable to get a hold of them.  We got a phone call from  another contractor about another issue.  He informed us that there are two Drake Heating companies.  We spoke to John Drake.  He could not help us because of the warranty.  The original installer needs to do repairs.

The unit worked beautifully from day one and it came in handy as we had it installed just before a stream of 90 degree days. They came out a day after our initial phone call.     The guy came in and made recommendations. Fortunately, we did not have to any work done. He was kind of shy away from fixing and confirming if he could fix our gas fire place. He said that he could not fix it without any information. I appreciate what he said that we could blow ourselves up. I was pleased with the work that he did for us. He was knowledgeable. He was helpful. He had concerns for our safety and I always appreciate somebody on that regard. He was excellent.

    They arrived on time first thing in the morning and finished the same day. They were professional and courteous.They removed the old furnace and cleaned everything up. Except for the new furnace you wouldn't even know they were here. After the installation they showed us how to use the thermostat. We are very happy with their work and the quality of it. We will definitely call them when we are ready to add the air conditioning upgrade to our new furnace. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you for a job well done, we are toasty warm now.

       I am in a Service Club with this company. I have been a customer since 2003. They check my furnace & AC every year and charge my credit card once a month, 12 months a year. $15.95 a month. If a repair is needed it is fixed at no charge. That is the benefit of the Club. I have been in it since 2006. Never had a problem with any of the servicemen, including the one that came that day until this year. He proceeded to tell me how old and dangerous my furnace was and that I should get a new one. I told him his company that he worked for checked my furnace every year since 2003 and it always passed for safety and needed very little maintanance over the years.The man got very mad and told me I didn't care if I had a dangerous furnace,then after checking the furnace told me told me it checked out safe that day but would need new bearings, eventually. They told me that they can still get parts for the furnace. After he left angry at me, I was very upset so I called Mr. Bailey to tell him the appointment did not go so well and I got to explain some of what happened before he told me he heard enough and that that man never had a problem, ever, before and bascally believed his man instead of me .Well, I had never had a problem before, either but  not wanting to purchase a new furnace is what got him so upset, especially when I was still very happy with this one and could not afford a new furnace on social security at this time, and did not want to go into debt at this time for a new one. He then sent back my service receipt, a check for 2012 that had been paid to the Service club and proceeded to say I was no longer a member in it !!!!! He  also told me if I ever wanted to buy a new furnace I could NOT buy it from him !!!!! I am 70 yrs. old and been in a successful business for 50 years and have never treated a customer like that. Every smart business man knows the customer is always right but he said he did not believe that. I think the whole thing stemmed from him wanting me out of the Service Club because it was no longer profitable for him and I think they , really,, really needed to sell furnace's in this slow economy. It was a horrible experience and upset me for many days following. So I thought that people should be aware of the situation I had.

    I had a very bad experience with them. They sold me a sub standard furnace and it was too small for our house. Other companies stopped carrying the brand of furnace they gave me because it keeps on breaking up.
