All went exceedingly well! Prices marked on every vehicle- no guessing games, no salesperson baloney. Warranty info on every vehicle as well... and it's filled out as to what you'll get! Not blank like 90% of other used car dealers! Salesperson was laid back and relaxed. No sales pitch. No "switcheroo" game trying to move me up to more expensive vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and/or could find out an answer within minutes. (I'm sure other times it may take longer) Great people, sense of humor, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and no pressure... the reasons for this review!

    Fox Auto Group
We first shopped at Fox Auto Group while looking for a car in 2012. Everyone there was polite, friendly and overall just wonderful. We got a great deal on a great car and ended up back to purchase again 6 months later. As happy as we were with the dealership side of the business we decided to give the service department a try and were just as happy with them. We have an older classic car that was in need of some TLC and gave Fox Service Department the list of repairs we were looking for. They got us right in and got right to work on the long list, had the car back on time and on budget! They kept us informed throughout the repairs and were great to deal with. We can't say enough about the customer service at Fox...GREAT PLACE!!!!!

    Finger Lakes Chrysler Dodge
I went into the car dealership just to look at a van because I was deciding whether to upgrade or not. I brought my children with me. Ted was fantastic with them other than offering them mountain dew lol :) He did everything he could to include them in what we were doing so they would not get bored. Best of all the apr he got me from the bank was a 1/3 of what I had on my last vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone!

    DPG Enterprize
It went extremely well. He was able to work me in without an appointment even though they were busy. HE was able to diagnose the problems with in 10 minute. From start to diagnosis to fully repair they were able to get that done in 10 business hours. Cont. from above "Update": I'm used to buying cars with miles on them and usually many. But a used car is just that, a used, abused, not much life in it, taking your chances with it car. Dumb thing to say but "Not with DPG". my car was delivered, clean new floor mats and wipers, clean and very ready for the road. Amy stream lined, and I mean stream lined the MV, financial and insurance process, the car was very clean and Joe was willing to make little adjustments for me that you don't get when you buy "used". I have a warranty that I know DPG stands behind because I've used it on rare occasions with the previous 4 cars I had gotten for family. Excellent selection is available and if what your looking for , in a Subaru, isn't there then wait a week. It soon will be. Mechanically he turns his cars quickly but definitely not before they are mechanically sound, he won't put one on the road until it's safe. College kids get special treatment for you dads out there, no one gets to school with a questionable car. No Danny doesn't pay me for this, his service is worth bragging about though. You'll find his prices are a little above KBB but that's because of the standard maintenance he does when he gets each car. He's explained it to me in the past I just know that he apart a large part of all the engine and replaces things like seals pumps and timing belts to start. This why you get a warrantee.

    Bell Honda
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Gordon Sinclair in sales was truthful and helpful through the whole process, even coming out to our house for my spouse's signatures, because she couldn't venture out after an accident. Shane Cassily in finance was also amazing. Kudos to Bell Honda for doing everything right!

    Dorschel Automotive Group
My used Kia Soul had a recall, and I called all the Kia dealers to see who could get me in the soonest. Dorschel was the most accommodating. When I got there, they had a very nice waiting area for me to wait complete with coffee and café although the café closed very early in the day. They installed the recall part, but they also gave the car quite the inspection and gave me the sheet they used to judge the condition of some of the basic parts of my car. The sheet was marked for needing brakes and rotors soon. No one explained to me what that meant, so I called the next day and really wasn't given much more information as to how soon I'd need this work done. I asked for a quote on brakes and rotors and it was a bit cumbersome in that I had to wait for a call back on the pricing. I will shop around for other prices since once I was able to get a price, they seemed rather high. One thing I did like about their service is that they wash your car after every service appointment. It was a nice touch.

I had always used the Kia dealer for service. Last visit, at 50,000 miles, dealer recommended timing belt replacement. That caused me to look for a "service replacement." Took our Amanti to Homestead for oil change. Came back with recommended rear tire replacement and brakes on left rear and perhaps caliper. Out of the blue, got a postcard reminding me that the car was due for state inspection. Took the car in...required only pads, no calipers. 45 minutes, including inspection. Plus, Melissa takes care of the front office with kid gloves.

Wonderful! Joe is a real pro. He was quite busy, so instead of making me wait, he got his son, Joe Jr to work on my vehicle.
