Wonderful! Less than 3 days. Did amazing job on time above and beyond expectations. Was able to sell house in a week. The owner was alwas accessible and patience with my OCD. Yes expensive, but outcome proved to be worth it. Thank you for everything.

Initially was prompt & professional for our chimney parging job. Sadly the parging began to crack 10 short days after completion. Called Dave and was assured it would be fixed. Many phone calls, and promises - no repairs made. Thought maybe they had gone out of business. Reconnected this year when we saw DH Ferrarone on Angie's List was promised by Dave that they would "make it right". Was told repairs would done by the end of May 2017. Sadly today is 7/5/17 and after we have left several unreturned voicemails- NO REPAIRS have been made. First bad review I have ever had to post- disappointed , really had faith that DH Ferrarone would stand by their word.

Actually it went quite well.      My husband wanted to have an added layer of cement put around our garage too,  but he forgot to ask Mr. O' Toole while discussing the job on the house.  So Patrick  told him  and $200.00 was added on to the original price.  We thought it was a fair price.  Patrick worked very diligently.    The only problem I had was, during the second day of work Patrick said he was leaving the O'Toole work force to join his wife in New York City.  He was hired by a company there.  He had a skype interview and was late arriving that morning.  He said he would finish up with us before he left.   I was worried that he might rush the work.
On the last day he worked, we had a misty rain most of the day and I was hoping everything would turn out  well.  Over all the work was done well.   I only seen a couple of spots where it might have looked better.

First off, Jay was very quick to respond and came over to our house the very next morning after I put in a request.  However, that's really the only good thing that I can say about him.  The visit seemed to be going pretty well...he talked about some of the options that we had for the repair etc.  Just as he was getting ready to leave however, it got really weird.  He confessed to me that he had looked me up on Facebook the night before and saw that I had a third-level, indirect connection with one of his estranged cousins, and for that reason, he had doubts about doing work for me.  Then, he went on to explain that he also thought that I might be Native American, and he doesn't do work for them either because they always try to cheat him out of money.  Now, at this point I was at a loss for words (#1 - I don't know his cousin, and #2- I'm not Native American)...and had pretty much made up my mind that regardless of what quote he provided for me, I would not be hiring him.  However, I was interested in knowing what his quote might be, especially since he said that he was going to send me one, and because I had taken time out of my day to meet with him (I went into work late one morning).  However, it's been over a week since he's been here, and I still don't have a quote from him, even though I sent him a reminder email.  The whole experience was extremely awkward and frustrating.  Needless to say, I would not recommend him, based purely on a character reference.  Since I never hired him, I cannot comment on the quality of work that he does.

UPDATE: (2 days after initial review)...Jay just emailed me to tell me that he is too busy to complete the work this year, and gave me an informal quote of $3800 - 4200 to take out the gun trap out of our foundation and make the necessary repairs.  Said that if I wanted a formal quote to let him know.
