    Buza Construction of CNY Inc
They installed a new tub/shower with tile surround, new toilet, vanity and medicine cabinet as well as all new fixtures and shut-off valves. The sub-flooring and water wall needed to be repaired too. I have a new electric baseboard heater and GFI outlet switches. The Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring was a great suggestion by the owner, Rick and it looks great! They teamed up with Dannan Plumbing to handle the install of tub, toilet and vanity. You could tell they have worked together many times and have a great relationship. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm very pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again.

It went great! Rick and Harry coordinated their efforts along with Steve & Rick, from Buza Constrution of CNY. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The end result exceeded my expectations!! I would definitely hire them again!

I was told the job would be done in three to four days. I fired Larry six days in. He has no buisness doing any remodeling as he has no idea what he is doing. He made a huge mess throughout my house. Walls were replaced not plum. After a horrible tile job it looked like the top of the walls were falling in. I am now in the process of having all of his work fixed, including new walls and tile. Many other issues with his horrible work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

24 Hour Emergency service bologna!!!!! Called on Saturday evening with an EMERGENCY as the sewer was backing up into our basement. My mother has stage 4 cancer so not having a bathroom to use or water to run is not just an inconvenience, it is a serious issue of health - not to mention that raw sewage in my basement is not exactly healthy!!!!! Pretty sure they were too busy watching the Syracuse Final 4 game and that's why they didn't bother to answer..........But after leaving messages, you would THINK that a company that says they have 24 hour emergency service would at least call back the next day........Well, it is now Sunday at 10:30 am and we tried calling again this morning and got the answering machine again and still nobody has called back. We called another company and they answered and sent somebody right out who is here now and is awesome!!!!! THAT company will be getting a great review. THIS Company might want to not advertise 24 hour emergency service if they don't actually provide it.........I will NEVER call this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They came when they said they would, were done just about when they said they would be, and did an excellent job. Butch took the lead on this project, and he is a perfectionist in the best way.  We had all walls replaced, toilet, tub, tile and two built-in cabinets installed.  They also were very patient with my crazy idea of putting a stained-glass, LED lighted faux window in the bath, which came out beautifully!  They work on an hourly basis, with the customer supplying materials, which I really appreciated since I wanted to design the space myself.  All told, we got an amazing new bathroom for just under 10,000.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat...this is one courteous, professional businessman, hat's off to Patrick and his team! I only wish I could post pics of the final job!  They said they would put some on their site, but I don't see them yet.

Well it didn't go good. I found this guy to be actually quite rude and I hope that people see this and don't hire him. I was getting estimates for a small kitchen update (add in 2 base cabinets, add in one upper cabinet, remove old tile backsplash, add new tile backsplash) and he had a really crappy attitude. We were trying to add in a breakfast bar that was close to our sliding glass door and he didn't think that there would be enough room to do it but he certainly didn't have any ideas. When I told him that we were putting granite in, he didn't like that and he made it known. He told me that I had to go with solid surface. Needless to say, I didn't even want an estimate from him because I just wanted him out of my house. We ended up going with someone else who completely saw our vision and knew that it could be done. I think this guy needs to work on how he talks to potential customers because he somehow still wanted my business but wanted to talk to me like I wasn't worthy of his time or attention.

The work overall was excellent. We couldn't be happier. Sam went over and beyond what we expected and did a fantastic job. There were a few challenges during the kitchen remodel that required Sam to do some ingenuity. He did not disappoint. Sam is a very easy going person to work with and explains everything during the process.

Bill and Ted were very easy to work with regarding the quote and billing. They made everything seamless. Would we use AllCraft in the future. That would be a big YES. Actually, next year we will be having a new roof installed and will be seriously considering AllCraft to do the work.

    Affordable Solutions by Brian
I am generally happy with the outcome and would use Brian's company again.  I was very grateful to Brian for being willing to tackle the undesirable job of cleaning up the mess left by "the other guy" -- something many handymen/contractors just won't do.  Now, three months after the work was completed, there are no problems with the structure or function of the tub/shower, including the plumbing.  The junction between the tub and the marble floor looks wonderful -- like we planned it that way, rather than asking Brian to fix a major error made by someone else.  The price he charged was very reasonable, and he was both flexible and reliable concerning scheduling. He was very friendly, approachable, and patient in listening to my venting about "the other guy."
I did encounter a few, relatively minor problems while working with Brian and his team.  First: Brian is a little overwhelmed by the number of things he's juggling, as is often the case with someone who does good work and is in demand. On a couple of occasions, he failed to call me as he'd said he would; after my prior experience with "the other guy," this communication failure was a bit unsettling. But in the end Brian showed up at my house when he said he would, and the work was completed on the timetable we'd established. I could have lived without the periods spent waiting by the phone, though.
Second: The initial access panel (to the faucet plumbing) that Brian's group installed was a major contrast to the beautiful work he did on the juncture between the marble floor and the tub. It was unfinished on one side and looked like something I might have put together myself.  When I expressed dissatisfaction with the panel to Brian, he sent a (newly-hired) associate over to redo the access panel within a day or two (at an additional charge of $108).  I had a sample access panel from a crawl space to show Brian's colleague as a template of a simple but more attractive option.  Fortunately, when he said, "So you want this made out of plywood?"  I knew enough to say no.  The sample panel was made of plywood, but it was not being used near a potentially wet surface.  I was bothered by the poor job on the original panel, but even more by having to tell the "professional" I was hiring not to put untreated plywood directly in contact with a potentially damp surface.  Maybe I'm overreacting as a result of my prior bad experiences with "the other guy" (whose behavior cost me close to $10,000 I can't recover), but I don't believe that a handyman should need to check with a homeowner on a basic issue like what material is appropriate for a particular purpose.  Based on my experience with Brian, I doubt very much that this issue would have arisen if he'd come over to redo the access panel himself.
I understand that Brian is trying to deal with his packed schedule by hiring associates to whom he can delegate certain responsibilities. I also appreciate that "good help is hard to find" (boy, do I appreciate it!) and that his associate had just been hired that week and may not have realized that it's better to call Brian with questions of material suitability than to ask the homeowner.  Some bosses will fire you for asking questions like that; I sincerely doubt that Brian is one of them.
Brian's concern with doing a good job at a reasonable cost is very evident, which is why I would hire his team again and hope that some of the bugs have been ironed out!
