    I purchased my brand new camper from Johnston RV back in Spring of 2018 from a camper show. Before taking possession of the camper I was called by Johnston RV that they saw a gouge on the linoleum floor in the bathroom, but that they would fix it before I picked it up. I was called again before picking it up to tell me that they did not like the fix that was done, so they needed to keep it a bit longer to fix it correctly. After using the camper the summer of 2018 the spot they "fixed" was already peeling up around the edges. I was called by the owner who told me that the service worker who made the "repair" didn't use the correct floor adhesive. He went on to say that the employee no longer worked for JRV due to poor workmanship. The owner told me, he personally cut the peeling up piece of floor out to complete a temporary fix, and that during the winter of 2019 he would make sure they fixed it correctly. After talking to the owner again, it was determined that the best fix for the floor was to take up the entire floor and re-cut a new one to replace it. He mentioned that it will never be perfect though as the floor is the first thing put into a camper, so they will do their best to fit it and put molding around the outside to keep it down The molding was not actually put in until winter 2020 even though promised when it was fixed in winter of 2019). When we went in the spring of 2019 to inspect the new floor, the floor was damaged by a screw before we even were able to see the new fix. Now we had a large gouge (3-4 inch) in the middle of the floor caused by a JRV employee, who when putting in the new floor, screwed a screw in too far on the dining room table, which was on the slide, which caused a second gouge. The service shop offered to do a temporary fix on the floor so we could use the camper for the 2019 season and said they would fix it again in the winter 2020, for now a 4th time. When they fixed it the winter of 2020 we went to go inspect the floor only to be brought into the service shop where employees had been smoking in the shop, but the smell of smoke was also strong inside my camper. (It was admitted by the service manager to my wife and I that sometimes in the cold winters they smoke inside and that he would talk to them), during this fix, they finally installed previously promised moldings on the outside of the floor that were supposed to be put on the first time. Although the moldings were not all put on (they never installed them in the bathroom, where the floor is now lifting) and they were not all accurately put on, as the floor was cut short of the wall in 1 place so the molding didn't do anything to hold the floor down and its now lifting up again. When I inquired about fixing this most recent issue with the floor, I was told that they didn't have to fix it, as I signed off on it. Even though the issue I was looking for them to fix was a direct result of their poor workmanship. I was offered a 1 year warranty on the most recent floor fix in 2020 by JRV, since in their words "they needed to be released of liability of this at some point". I did not like this offer as I wondered why they wouldn't guarantee their work for longer than 1 year and inquired to speak to the owner about this (mind you I had spoke to the owner 2-3 times previously) The owner never called me back, he instead sent me a certified threatening letter telling me to accept his offer of the 1 year warranty or come remove my camper from his property within 2 weeks. After talking to the outside company that did the repair this time, the owner of that company said he guaranteed his work for 1 year, so in essence JRV was not giving me anything for a warranty, but the company that fixed it offered this.

    Based on the other positive reviews, I decided to give them a second chance after a horrible first-time experience. (I wrote the review from April 2016 giving them a "D.") This time they were great! They went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law on her return to Florida - the first time in her life she traveled alone. She is vision and hearing impaired. The driver tracked her flight, went into the airport to get her, called her cellphone when he knew she had landed and stayed with her on the phone until they met up. I am so happy I risked trying them once more, and would absolutely use them again.

    When I called the service the owner, Jim, was very professiona and answered all my questions and made me feel good with my choice of transportation services. On the day of departure, the driver was at my home just prior to our agreed time and drove me to the airport. He was congenial and conversive. I was very comfortable in his presence. On my return, the car was waiting for me at the assigned location and I was again comfortable with this driver as well.

    My husband and I were looking for options for travel to the west coast.  We have travelled numerous times, both foreign & domestic.  We have taken car trips, cruises and escorted tours.  On this occasion we were interested in seeing a number of sights in CA. We contacted our regular agent at Van Zile and she was able to offer a few options for our trip.  After much discussion, she advised the best buy and experience would be with an escorted tour.  We reviewed a few different itineraries and companies and decided on Collette Tours.  The agent arranged the flights from Rochester (even including a pick up from our home to the airport!), the tour and insurance.  After payment for the vacation, she compiled a document packet with all of the contact information (should something go wrong), confirmation numbers, and directions (like where to meet the group at the airport upon arrival).  There were some helpful tips to ensure a great vacation too!  When we picked up our documents, we went over all of the things in the packet to make sure we understood everything and she even offered some commentary on her own experiences at some of the destinations we were stopping, and some packing tips! Upon returning home, she sent a nice welcome home card and wanted to hear all about our trip.  What great follow up and customer service.  Of course we could have done this all on our own, but her knowledge & expertise made the entire experience seamless and effortless.  I did nothing but have a great time.  I have used my agent several times in the past and will continue using her for all of my vacations!

    I was extremely pleased and would definitely use this service again. I was planning to drive, but found myself unable to do so and scheduled with Diamonds two days before my trip. My driver, Joseph, arrived 30 minutes early, but parked around the corner from my house until 10 minutes before the appointed time "so I wouldn't feel rushed." He was extremely gracious and professional and I enjoyed our conversation very much, although I am sure he would have left my in silence had I so desired. The car was extremely comfortable, and Joseph had extra water on hand when I got thirsty midway. Upon arrival at the airport, he helped me with my bags and efficient entry right where I needed to be. The $145 included tip, taxes, and tolls; there were no additional charges. I was extremely pleased.

    I was shopping for boats for months and happened to stop in to the showroom on the city pier in Canandaigua, primarily by random.  I was met by Ted, who I subsequently visited a few times over the following weeks while deciding on a boat.  Ted was very thorough in his description of the various boats and options as well as services provided by Seager Marine.  I especially appreciated his low key personality, he offered just the facts and was not at all pushy.  Contrasting my experience with Ted at Seager to multiple other marinas with high pressure sales and inadequate information, I'm entirely happy with my decision to ultimately go with Lund Boats, Ted and Seager. Further, though I typically shop for accessories through the internet and do all of my own home / vehicle work, I would even consider going through Seager for both due to the excellent experience that I'd had thus far. If you are looking for a new boat I would recommend taking a trip to Canandaigua and Seager.

    Jill was just wonderful. She was super patient and went over all the ins and outs about it with me. I'd never bought travel insurance before and my employer wanted me to have it. We did everything over the phone and computer/scanning, so I didn't have to drive all the way out to Greece - which with my busy schedule was a huge help. In addition, a couple days later, I had numberous questions regarding international travel, and Jill was quick to respond with the answers - which had nothing to do with the travel insurance. I really appreciate Jill's attentiveness and follow up. Thank you!
