  • The quote was quick and a great price, however no one ever did the work. After a dozen phone calls to try to get Angela to schedule the work I was told they were just too busy and to call someone else which I eventually did even though I was trying to sell my home and in a time crunch. Would NOT recommend.

  • Taylor Painting is great. THey arrived when stated did an exceent job of painting the staiarway and cleaned up like they were not even there. I may have them paint mydining room in the future. Obviouly I would hire the again. There were two painters who worked tirelessly to complete the job in a timely manner and did a great job.

  • I'm very happy with Andreassi Mason. Joe was easy to communicate with and prompt in his service. The patching that was done on the cracks on my garage looks great and he went above and beyond in even patching some areas that I had not requested be fixed. I would definitely hire him again.

  • I hired them to help clean a house I recently purchased. I needed the carpets, entire house, and pool cleaned. I was happy to see the house was move in ready and the pool went from green to clear. Would definitely recommend them!

  • He had done various jobs. Pink rose is fully staffed, they have a large company. He's done gutter cleaning, replacing of an outdoor faucet and evaluating a roof inspection.

  • Mark was somewhat unprofessional from the beginning. When we initially met, he arrived 10 minutes earlier than our agreed upon time and called us angry that we weren't home. We decided to continue to stick with him. We needed an interior wall repaired and painted along with exterior painting/stucco and wood repairs on our tudor home. The initial request was the interior wall repair and painting. We chose to keep the original color which was a suede paint. When the job was complete, only the damaged portion of the wall was painted so it appeared very uneven. Our white built in shelves had the suede paint all over them and there were still white blotches on the wall from the repairs. We emailed Mark and requested they fix these issues which he did. It appeared much improved. Mark blamed the job on the suede paint but he had known from the beginning that was what we were requesting and never said there was an issue until afterwards. For the exterior, our issues were peeling stucco and rotting wood. Most of this stemmed from clogged gutters which Mark appropriately identified and cleaned out for us/repaired. Unfortunately, the stucco repairs were horrible. There was one portion of the home where they attempted to re-apply the stucco that was much thicker than the rest and appeared as a large square patch. Mark did not mention before committing to the job that he was unable to apply stucco and so, I took this as him practicing out of his scope. Mark also identified some chimney issues and we agreed for him to go ahead with the repairs. He told us these repairs would last us 8 years. It didn't take long (5 months) for the paint to start peeling again and for the chimney from the exterior to start cracking/crumbling. We found pieces of cement and stucco all over our garden that spring and asked Mark to come back after paying him a significant amount of money. After several emails back and forth without responses, we decided to have someone else come fix his mistakes. We are very happy with the work we received from the other company. They reported "Last Stucco Contractor - This person's repair job created the bulk of the mess that exists. Before he started, he should have assessed the main root of the water problem being the upper part of the chimney allowing the water to infiltrate before he covered it with new stucco. His process of application caused an even bigger problem. He used a Ramset nail gun to secure a mesh lathe to the original stucco of the chimney. This caused and created an abundance of new fractures to the stucco below allowing huge amounts of water to penetrate. See pic # 2127 & 2128 showing the the original coat of stucco below the last contractors. The fractures from the driven nails went all the way back to the original brick of the chimney causing them to separate with the freezing temps. I could originally see the needed replacement of the exposed 7ea rows of bricks before I started the project, but the last stucco job hid the unforeseen 20 plus rows of brick that had been destroyed. Ultimately the work by this person turned this into a complete removal of both his and the original layer of stucco back to the brick on the whole chimney." Mark seemed to have a lot going on with his personal life, giving us several excuses for his delayed responses. My advise to Mark is not to commit if it is out of your expertise or if you have too many things going on in your personal life and are unable to balance that with the job.

  • Roofing job was okay, Siding job okay, but window trim was terrible. The worker refused to redo work on windows and seeing that he is the only one that does this work, there was nothing they would do. The owner came out to look at job and essentially said that according to my contract the work was complete and it didn't say to the customers satisfaction. He offered a figure of money to take off and we told him that we wanted to get an estimate of how much it was going to cost us to redo their mess and wouldn't him pay until we knew what that was going to be. He expected payment that day. He eventually came up with another figure as he said he would take a lien out on us if we didn't pay. They were supposed to call us back and let us know the brand of caulking that was used for the windows, and never heard back. You would think he might want to make his customers happy for referrals, but apparently that's not the case. If you want a job done to your satisfaction, I wouldn't recommend this company.

  • Ben Mattern showed up for the estimate on time and emailed the written estimate within 2 days. Ben and his crew showed up to perform the work when they said they'd be there, only challenge to that was the weather, conditions did extend the length of time needed to complete the job. Despite "surprises" discovered during demolition (unexpected structural features beneath the planter in front, three layers of concrete in the old patio - 16" thick in places), Ben and company worked steadily towards completion of the work. The finished job looks incredible ! We are extremely pleased with both the experience, price and completed project !

  • We had a representative come to our house for an estimate for a driveway redo. He looked over our driveway and said he would not be able to give a quote on the spot because he was too exhausted. He told us he would leave a written quote in our mailbox in the next couple of days. WE NEVER heard from him again. Not very professional-huh!?!

  • Owner came to look and said he would be back to measure out a tricky section but he never came and never called back. I left at least two messages after that which were not returned. Very disappointing after the good reviews and initial good start.
