I didn't know this guy, and he took time to understand what I needed. He didn't oversell me on something I didn't need. He went out of his way to make it happen. I paid him for what he said he was going to do. He delivered and so did I. I'd recommend Gerald and his company. You get what you pay for, and I like that. It's rare that you can set an appointment online, that far out, and he made it happen. Keep up the good work. You and your team...two thumbs up.

    Aqua Care
Aqua Care is a highly professional company, who did exceptional work at a fair price. They made sure that all work was performed to our satisfaction and have stood 100% behind everything that they have done for us. They are easy to communicate with and informed us of what to expect during each step of the process. Raul, Irit and their staff are a pleasure to work with. In fact we have been so pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness that we got rid of our previous pool cleaning service and have hired Aqua Care to perform our weekly pool service.

Raul and Irit were a pleasure to deal with. They went above and beyond to address every question and concern we had and did an excellent job in the installation of the new equipment. All of the Pentair components they installed are working out great. The prices they quoted were very fair, and they delivered exactly as promised. They arranged a meeting with the Pentair representative who was very helpful in explaining how to use the new equipment. We are extremely pleased with Aqua Care and intend to have them re-plaster and re-tile our pool at the end of summer. We enthusiastically recommend them.

    Blue Diamond Pools & Spas
They came a few weeks earlier and prepped the land.  Then they showed up on Friday morning and finished all the rest of the preparation.  Then they set the pool and filled it with water. They were very early.  The first time they showed up it was not even 6:30 and they were in our yard.  When it was time for them to actually come and do the install they were here just a few minutes after 6 in the morning and they didn’t leave until 6 o’ clock at night till it was done.  They never took a break or anything.  They just worked straight through.  They were great.

They come out several times during the year. They open and close my pool for me and I go to them for water testing and chemicals throughout the year. They also make any repairs or adjustments to the pool equipment if it is needed. They offer full service but I don't use them for weekly cleanings or anything like that. They are reasonably priced.

When my liner was delivered, he called and said he would be here the next day.  He arrived early in the morning  and he prepared the pool to accept the liner. I have a big pool and corrections of vermeculite had to be applied, walls scraped, smoothed, and vacumed.  The next day he returned and installed it.  HE WAS OUTSTANDING.  He is an impecably neat and orderly worker.  I hope anyone reading this review calls and hires him to do their an

    Marc Chalupnicki
After 15 years with no serious difficulties opening our 24' above ground pool, this year was completely different.  I kept encountering problem after problem in the pool cover, skimmer box, hoses, pump and filter.  Some problems I could repair myself but I couldn't fit a new skimmer box onto the pool wall properly, and a collar connecting a hose to the filter was leaking severely.  I fought with the pool for two vacation days and the water was getting greener by the day.  I also had other projects to attend to around the housebefore my vacation ended with an out-of-town trip.  While I was making yet another trip to a local pool supply store, I found Marc Chalupnicki's business card at the store.  Marc advertises for pool openings and closings, as well as pump and filter repair, so I took a shot and gave him a call.  He returned my call promptly and we set up a time for him to come over.  He arrived on time, early in fact, and diagnosed the problems and repaired both the skimmer box and the filter.  He also offered advise regarding chlorinating the pool and the use of algaecide.  His standard opening fee is $100 - $125, and he charged me the agreed upon price of $100.  A bit expensive but it was worth it to have these headaches eliminated.  Marc was knowledgeable and professional and I would definately hire him again to handle an opening, closing or repair.

My hot tub froze and he brought over heaters to warm the pipes. It took a few days to thaw. Jason replaced parts and I was up and running in less that a week. He kept me updated on pricing each step of the way. He even called to check on the hot tub a day after the service was completed to ensure all was well. The work was well done and the spa is running well today!

    JOHNSON'S POOLS AND SPAS
Overall they did a good job, there were just a couple of issues. After the new concrete was poured, they marked the installation holes for the ladder. However they were too close to the edge of the pool, so when the ladder was installed the feet did not rest against the side of the pool as they should. They originally told us we needed a different kind of ladder which they provided at no charge, but that ladder didn't work either. We finally found someone to machine a couple of extensions that we could insert into the feet to make up the inch or so gap. That's when we discovered also that the ladder holes were crooked. One extension had to be made longer than the other. They closed our pool when they installed the new cover. They did not tighten the cover properly so it sagged and filled with water and debris over the winter. Before we could remove the cover this spring we had to pump water off the cover and try to get the leaves, etc off it so they didn't end up in the pool.
