    All Pro Medical Supplies, Inc.
this Merchant told me that if I pay through insurance they would charge me $500. they encouraged me to use my credit card to pay for it. I listened and paid for it with my credit card and today I received a bill from the insurance company saying I owe $493 for this shoulder sling. Merchant billed me twice for this item that can be bought online for $20

    Quinn, Dr. Kami L.
She has been my primary care for a few years now. She is awesome. Very knowledgable and very easy to talk to. Her office can always get me in when I call and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. She's the best!!

    Sophia Boulukos MD
Professionalism is all aspects of Medicine were not followed at Dr. Boulukos's office in Sayville towards my wife on her recent visit to this location. I have been in the military for 34 yrs. and a paramedic for 27 yrs. I recently returned from Afghanistan and used this location in the past when it was a walk in clinic. I sent my wife there without knowledge of the change, and I am sorry I did. A simple job physical for her became a nightmare for reasons unknown. The doctor was insulting to my wife regarding her age comparing her to the Dr's. mother whom we do not even know. Blood test results showed minor changes which the Dr. wanted to test more, but since my wife was under another doctor's care a few weeks before, I called the office and advised them of the situation and requested that they send out the physical results to the employer immediately since it was three weeks later. The receptionist I think understood my english, until I received a letter from the employer stating that they received blank physical forms and no Doctor's signatures WHAT?? The receptionist did not do HER job Total lack of Professionalism Jobs are hard to come by and we waited many years to get this break, and now we have incompetence controlling our future. My wife returned to the office today wanting an explanation and a correction to the problem. The receptionist ignored my wife's statements, could not find her file or physical results for the new doctor who said that it was her sister who examined her not her. Needless to say, tensions are high about the workings of this office. I personally am sorry I sent my wife there, and if I were home today I would of been with her to deal with this mess.
I will not recommend this office or the doctor's, in order for this situation to improve, a professional receptionist who knows her job must be installed, the doctor needs to stay Professional keeping her childish comments to herself, and her paperwork should be completed immediately after the interview with the patient.
You people want to play doctor? Then learn from those who know, I've done more physicals, deliveries, heavy trauma, cardiac arrests, and rescue calls then you have, in the very short time that you have been a doctor, I know patient care! Care to match experiences?
Get your stuff in order and grow up, you may not be ready to deal with real people just yet.

    Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center
As a matter of fact, I'm going there next week. I'm going for a consultation on something else, I broke my back. I go there all the time because of the liver and then the back. I'm always there. I was there just a couple of days ago. I go there because I'm a veteran and I've been classified as disabled by the VA, 100% for liver. So that means I get a lot of perks that a lot of other veterans wouldn't get. I take advantage of it. I earned it. Everything is great. They're all very professional and at the same time personable. I can't speak enough. I think it's a good hospital. It really stands out in my mind as one of the better hospitals I've ever been to. They're the best. They're real good because if I can't get there myself they'll send transportation for me. The office environment is excellent. It's a coveted job it seems in the medical community to work for a VA. So these are good people. They don't put up with a dirty hospital. Everything is maintained. It's a government facility. Language can be a problem, but that's anywhere.

    Zilkha Radiology
Everything went wonderful. I come with oxygen and they were so accommodating with me. They let me use a portable unit so I could use it from room to room. They bent over backwards to be nice. They are very efficient at what they do.

    O'Connor, Dr. John P
Dr. O'Connor is a very friendly doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients, and will answer all of your questions for you. He goes out of his way for his patients. He is very welcoming, and never makes you feel like a bad patient if you did not do something. We would also do research online, and would take the time to give his own personal feedback based on what we found. He employs a full adult staff in his office, which I really appreciate. I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a primary care physician.

    Long Island Cardiology Associates
He is very thorough. He's never missed a trick. If anything is not right with my tests, he will follow up on it. He follows up on everything. If I have to take more tests he will let me know. They have a pretty large staff. They are friendly and thorough. If they need blood they will take it right then and there, they don't have to send you to a lab. Sometimes I can't get an appointment on my schedule, but it is because they are busy.

    Patchogue Family Medical Care
Dr and staff are wonderful...warm, caring, professional, on-time within a 5-10 minute window.

Only small issues: 1) Wish the office had Saturday hours. 2) Billing is a little confusing, but that is due more to our insurance company changing payment policies.

    Definitely recommend this practice
