    Carl did a fantastic job. We had to reschedule a few times due to bad weather. Carl was professional, flexible and explained several issues to me regarding the finish on my mom's car. I had questions about damage to her paint due to bird droppings and tar and Carl was very patient and kind. He came back out to look at the car after the detailing to ensure everything was perfect. The car looked brand new after his services both inside and out. I learned a lot from him regarding how to take care of the car finish. I will definitely be calling him again. Thank you!

    Avoid at all risks, sneaky weasels spent 3 weeks fighting insurance company for more money, paint does not match and everything they touched they broke. They had my car for 43 for a rear bumper cover and spent all of that time damaging a car with 35,800 miles on it. On December 8th I was called twice by Tier 1 Collision center because they wanted to repair my car. Let���s back track just a little bit. A month prior I was rear-ended and as a result my car needed a rear bumper cover. You should keep in mind that my car had only 35,8XX miles on it, it was next to new. Anthony Rosario was, at first, quite accommodating; the only thing I asked was that a Ford Motor-craft bumper was used as a replacement, not an aftermarket. I was told by Anthony that the difference between a refurbished and new bumper cover was menial and he would cover the difference. I will give credit where it is due and note that a new Ford bumper cover was used in the repair at the cost of $120. Fast forward to two and a half weeks later: I stop in to see what progress has been made with my car, little to none. My trunk was sanded down and had body filler on it, Anthony stated that the claims adjuster Sean A Williams of Progressive accused me of paying him cash to fix dents that I had never seen on my trunk. Anthony also stated that Sean A Williams' father had a body shop and would paint over dents such as the ones found on my trunk but Anthony Rosario being the outstanding body-man he was would not paint over dents. Anthony Rosario also claimed that the reason for the holdup was because Sean A Williams wanted to see in person that Anthony had sanded the C pillars, trunk lid and further into the quarter as opposed to submitting a picture to Progressive. Basically Anthony Rosario was dancing around the fact that he was trying to get every penny he could from Progressive by doing work that was unnecessary such as painting the trunk. After about another week I get a call from Anthony Rosario stating that they had painted the base coat on my car but it was peeling off on one of the quarters. I was patient and was understanding of what I assumed to be a truthful statement. Around another week later I get another call from Anthony Rosario and I am told that the color match was perfect but there were fish eyes in the paint on the trunk. Let���s think about this for a minute, this is the only paint job to my car I have not seen and the only one where the color was "perfectly matched" to my car. In hindsight I highly doubt the color was anywhere near close to matching my car. Anthony Rosario assures me that my car has to be perfect, that they will fix the car and make it as it was before my minor accident. What I did not know at the time is that they did not have a working paint booth and that the insulation at the top of their so called paint booth was falling down. Also the ���professionals��� were heating the paint booth with a space heater that was obviously kicking up dirt. I stopped in after hearing about the fish eyes, my trunk, and rear doors were now sanded down; but note here that they only scuffed the car in preparation to again for the third (that I know of) time being sprayed with paint. Instead of taking the car down to primer like a professional they only scuffed the car and left the old base coat on the car. I was reassured many times my car that it had to be perfect, paint representatives coming to check the color and there were going to be new filters put in the paint booth before spraying the car again. In short Anthony Rosario was blowing hot air you know where. Now Anthony Rosario paints the rear doors as well as the pillar going along the roofline above the doors, the trunk and rear bumper. I get a call that is now routine, my car was again repaired but the paint does not match. I go down with my dad now because I want more than one set of eyes and a witness to this absurdity that started about a month ago. My car is out of the paint booth and in the shop. There is a red dust on the floor in the paint booth because the paint booth is not working! There is a run on the passenger side quarter and none of the paint that was sprayed matched the original color of the car! After unsuccessfully painting my car for a month Anthony Rosario then takes it upon himself to paint even more of my car! All four doors and even my front fenders have been scuffed and prepared for paint!!! How is it even logical to paint even more of my car when I only needed a bumper cover and the color has not matched?!?! What can I do now? The damage is half done as the car is prepared for paint! Forty one days after dropping my car off, I get a call from Anthony Rosario and he tells me the car is ready but wants to be sure it���s perfect before delivery so he wants to keep it one more day. Next day Anthony Rosario calls me to take delivery of my car at night. I had expected my car to be inside of the shop in the light for inspection but again was disappointed to see it outside in front in the dark. I could tell right away the color was wrong. Before going inside I attempted to gain access to my car via the keypad on the door with no luck. The problem, my car that was ready for delivery since yesterday had a dead battery. The battery was completely drained to the effect that it would not power a single LED light! I went over the car and noted the color mismatch, there was overspray on my hood, there was a missing badge, and there were several tape marks in all of the door jambs with the color mismatching. The front passenger side door had what at first looked like to be wax or polish left on it; upon closer inspection it was evident that there were sanding marks in the base coat that was sprayed over with clear coat. There were even scratches on the roof!!! The car was a disaster, I told Anthony Rosario was displeased and unhappy. His response was to look down and tell me he would not be happy either. I refused to take the car looking the way it did. Anthony Rosario and his ���technicians��� went to work on an 11th hour last ditch effort to get my car out of their shop. I had the insurance adjuster come to look at the car the next day. Sean A Williams makes me wait two hours before showing up to the agreed upon time because he is such a professional. Mr. Williams agrees that the paint does not match but it is outside of the original repairs that were supposed to be completed. Mr. Williams leaves us to try to figure out how to proceed with my car. Anthony Rosario offers to paint the rear bumper cover because it does not match the quarter panels or the trunk he also painted but refused to do any further work because he had spent too much time and money painting my car the wrong color. I knew that the more they touched my car the more it would be damaged so I took possession of it. Anthony Rosario told me he would call his paint representatives and have them look at the car and call me to schedule a time for me to have them look at my car. Surprisingly I never got that call to have my car inspected by his paint representatives. Unbeknown to me Anthony Rosario had told Sean A Williams he would continue to pay for the rental car because the ���repairs��� were taking so long and Progressive was going to stop paying for the car. When Anthony Rosario called he just told me that the rental was extended and I never thought it was an issue. To add insult to injury Anthony Rosario the upstanding business man he is, never paid for the rental car and I was stuck with a bill for 460.68 to have my car destroyed. As it stands now the damage to my car outside of the mismatched paint is as follows: ��� The roof trim is not properly attached as well as bent, they did not properly remove the double sided tape that holds it to the roof and used goop to hold it on ��� The rubber insulation on the driver���s side rear door is ripped and not properly attached ��� There are fish eyes on the passenger���s side A pillar ��� The rear bumper cover is littered with dirt in the paint ��� None of the door panels are properly attached to the doors ��� The door panels had pieces broken reinstalled on them that rattled ��� There is a dark line on the driver���s side A pillar ��� My roof was scratched ��� There is a run on the bottom of the driver���s door ��� There are sanding marks on the top of my doors, in the black trim ��� There is dirt in all of the paint, not one panel is clear of debris or fisheyes ��� There is overspray on my wheels that I spent close to 2,000 on, as well as the chrome trim under the windows ��� There are polishing marks on the shiny black trim on the doors and on the hood as well

Curtis is the man super nice guy, reasonable prices and will work with you and get the job done perfectly. Rest of the staff is just the same
