  • I have been using Dr. Kramer for close to 20 years. Last year I went for my yearly exam to his Pulaski Rd. location which is not as convenient for me compared to his previous location on Larkfield Rd. but Dr. Kramer is worth going out of my way for. He is very gentle and soft spoken. He explains in detail what he is doing and always asks if I have any Qs. His staff can be hit or miss as far as being helpful and nice but it is more important to have the Doctor who is competent and caring.
Years ago when I was trying to get pregnant, Dr. Kramer was nice enough to take extra time to sit down with me and my husband and have a long conversation with us--not too many docs would do that. If you don't mind having a male OB/GYN, look no further than Dr. Kramer.

  • The doctor saw me right away and sent mt to the emergency room at the hospital right across the street. I was admitted and given pain medication and antibiotics intravenously. The doctors and nurses were all good and my stay lasted 3 days. The doctor visited me every day. I did not require surgery.

  • She is very caring. I got her through the emergency care walkin because I had to go back to be checked and to have a personal physician look after me. I went to her because I did not have a personal physician out here. I just moved out here recently. She took care of me. She is a very good doctor, very thorough. I will continue to use her.

  • Dr. Andrew Putane is a wonderful doctor and I have been going to him for many years. He is the one that conducts my annual physical for me. Dr. Erin Schoor is my dermatologist and is very friendly, helpful, and informative. Dr. Bagga is my cardiologist and I credit him for saving my life.

  • He is very thorough and very warm. I guess I am attached to him because he delivered both of my children. I also had difficulties getting pregnant, and he helped me through all of that. I cannot say enough about him. He is a very sweet man. It was a pretty comfortable experience as it can be. His staffs are all good. His nurse is wonderful too. He always tells you what he is going to do; he does not just poke. He tells you everything.

  • He is a very, very personable doctor who is very caring. I like him. He follows up. He was part of my plan so I went to him and I lucked out. Every once in a while I go there and sometimes he is not there but the people there are very good. The staff is very friendly. The environment is very clean and very nice. I think they should put more magazines while we are waiting. I would recommend him definitely.

  • I've had PT many times before, so I think I'm a good judge of whether or not a PT place is right for me or not and is a professional environment. Island Sports Care is both. I don't think anyone really likes to be in the position to have to go to PT, but Eric and the rest make the experience quite pleasant. The atmosphere inside the treatment room is never tense, never unhappy. The PT staff, students, and assistants are completely professional -- every patient is treated with respect and care. The tone here is very tranquil, and patients happily work towards their goals. The reception area is large with plenty of chairs. What I don't like is the loud television on every time I come in. I wish we could go back to the days when people read a magazine in the waiting room -- why am I subjected to some idiot program at a loud volume? I pray twice a week that I will be taken to the treatment room within seconds. As most of the people I've seen in the waiting room are my age (55) and older, I would bet that they are thinking what I think but are too polite to say something. I'm not polite: ditch the tv or turn it down -- WAY down: few people are watching it -- trust me. The staff is fine -- however, there is a newish receptionist/assistant (she's Filipina, I think.) who can't wait to answer the phone whether you're standing in front of her in the middle of a word or a sentence or whatever. I spent years in retail and in reception and I just KNOW that one doesn't abandon a conversation or transaction with a living person to answer a phone. She HAS to learn this or else she will offend a large part of your demographic (in the last 4 months during my biweekly visits, I've seen mostly people over 50, and we over-50 folk were brought up to let the telephone ring if there was a human being we were engaged in talking to. Even if times have changed, I think the person standing at the desk has to be dealt with before the unnamed person on the phone first.) The receptionist should learn how to say "Island Sports Care. Could you hold, please?" and THEN finish her transaction with the human being. THEN she can go to the voice on the phone and handle that problem AFTER the living human being has been seen to. This problem needs to be addressed before it becomes part of the culture of the Island Sports Care office.

  • The visit went well. I saw Dr. Spak (pronounced Spok) and he was very knowledgeable. I would use him again.

  • It was quite apparent that they won't be dealing with me.
