    Erik did a very clean work putting up 6 HD Cameras with a recorder and programmed it to view on my phone. He took time to show me how to use the system and phone app (app is super easy vs the others he had showed me). And put some color changing LED Lighting inside my office awning. We have hired him to do all the IT work in our insurance agency. Upgraded all the ram memory, and put in ssd hard drive, computers are working better than new. Plus we always had problems with internet haven't had a problem after he put in a Unifi gateway and AP's.

    I called him for an estimate and he spent 15 minutes trash talking his competition. He was foul mouthed and degraded other roofers (not by name, just in general). Throws the F bomb around quite a bit and never met me. He also hung up on me when I explained I could not hire someone like him. I explained openly why I was not comfortable with him. Might be a good roofer but very rude.

    Brian showed up on time and was professional and tidy (he put his tools and materials on a moving blanket to protect my carpet). He even fixed a cable connection that Cablevision didn't hook up properly. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. Great company!

    Keith was great! We called him on Friday, said he would be in our area the next day and would call us the next morning. Called Saturday morning and came by to look at our fridge. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and was able to make the repair easily and quickly. He also took the time to vacuum the bottom of my fridge. He was courteous and nice and knowledgeable. If I need appliance repair in the future, I will be calling Keith.

    It went very well. David, the owner, was very pleasant. He and his partner did a wonderful job. They finished it in one day. They came on time and started work immediately. They finished around 5:30 and did a great job cleaning up when they were through. I am delighted I chose them to do the work.

I left a message and received a call back from Melissa. I explained my situation and she got right to work to help resolve the other brokers mistakes and get all my employees coverage. She got on the phone right away with the insurance company and got me answers and resolution. She was fast, efficient and very knowledgable and explained all our options and answered all my questions. She responds promptly via email (which is easier for me to communicate with my busy schedule). After a few moths we decided to switch insurance carriers and again Melissa was able to help get us set up with no issues. Everything has been a smooth, painless transition since I've been dealing with Melissa. ��I would highly recommend her. The whole health coverage thing is so confusing but she does anything possible to get you what you need and want.��

    It was very good. I called the same day I bought the deal and he came the next day. My husband wasn't satisfied because as soon as it started cleaning on top the bottom filled up. That was weird. He was okay. I thought that the price was a little high. He did what he was told to do.

    This company is terrible when it comes to promptness and professionalism.  
    In August my refrigerator began showing an error code and the refrigerator would shut off.  It had to do with icing of the fan.  We called Sears for a repair appointment.  We were told that they assigned it to Harp and we set up an appointment for a week out even though my refrigerator was shutting off.  If we wanted a "true" sears tech it would be at least a month.The tech shows up and tells us he has to order a part and we will hear fro Harp.
    Now we are into September; It takes weeks for the part to be ordered and finally we set an appointment and I take off from work to stay home.  The day of the appointment no one shows up and I call at the end of the "window" of time.  They tell me that some one called and cancelled the appointment the same morning!  Wasn't me or my wife .. but then they say their tech was sick so it  didn't matter.  So we reschedule.
    The next date is scheduled and I take off again.  Once again the tech does not show.  There is a death in the family.
    Now we are early October and have another date.  The tech shows up with the part.  It is a part that required all food to be emptied from the fridge and all the shelves and drawers to be removed too.  He takes the old part off, looks at the new one from the box and realizes that it is the wrong part.  He takes pictures of the old part, part #, refrigerator model and says he has to go back to the office and see what happened.  He tells me we will hear from them.
    Here we are in early November and my wife calls sears to see what is going on and to complain.  They pull up our record and tell us Harp informed them they had installed the new part and the service call was completed.  What BS.  We schedule another call and Sears tries to assign to Harp.  We told them no.  So we are waiting on a Sears tech.
    I call Harp to ask how this could happen. I ask for a manager and the lady on the line asked me what this is about.  I tell her and she puts me on hold for a few minutes.  When she returns she tells me everyone is in a meeting and I will get a call back.  Think I did?  Nope!  Great customer service....
    I am also writing Sears to complain about their repair vendor selection.  I would rather not bu Sears anymore knowing that Harp would be the one to service any problems.  But then I read other reviews and it seems that Lowes and others use them too.

    Update 11/07/15 - Sears service comes today to repair refrigerator.  When I tell them the error code and what Harp looked at he started to roll his eyes and laugh.  Seems they were not even looking at the correct area of the refrigerator. The code means there is a problem with the fan in the freezer not in the refrigerator!  So Harp not only didn't do the repair, they didn't even know what they needed to look at.

    Saf-T Swim
    On Saturday, May 16 of this year, we brought our 3 children
    (ages 3 & 6) to the Deer Park location of Saf-T Swim for our usual
    scheduled visit.  My daughter entered the
    pool at 1:30, followed by my 6 year old and other 3 year old at 2 PM. Neither
    my daughter or my son John (6) had their regular teachers that day; the had
    subs. Initially this was no problem, but as I watched my son John with his sub
    instructor (Dan), I noticed that Dan was getting too physical with John, he
    literally was throwing him around the pool. This is normally associated with
    ?playing? with the young swimmers and is fine with me, but then Dan took it to
    an unsafe level- he turned his back on John a few times to interact with
    another instructor, something I have never seen before.  Much worse than that, he began to grab my son
    by the front of his face and push his head backwards under the water. He then
    began to grab john?s legs while he swam underwater, pulling him backwards
    through the pool.  In my eyes, this was
    nothing more than abuse brought on by an instructor who is obviously poorly
    trained or just too immature to realize where the line should be drawn on such
    actions. I had to go into the pool and stop the lesson early, after speaking to
    another instructor to verify that in fact, grabbing a child by the face and
    pushing them under water backwards is not an accepted Saf-T Swim instructional
    technique. When I questioned the instructor, his response was that John was
    ?not listening.? John has mild autism and does have trouble focusing sometimes,
    but I have never had to raise this issue in the past ? he is not overtly
    handicapped. I?d hate to think that Saf-T Swim sanctions these behaviors by
    teachers when they have children who ?don?t listen.?
     
    I made my concerns clear to the staff when I left, and even
    in my obvious anger and frustration, it still took a manger at Saf-T Swim 3
    days to get back in touch with me. I still have no guarantee that this problem
    will be rectified, or that other children will not be subjected to these inappropriate
    behaviors by an instructor who we trust our children with every week.
     
    As a side note, there are many instructors there who are
    great with our kids, Raquel, Jeff and Tyler to name a few. It is because of
    THESE instructors we will finishing out our current obligation at the Deer Park
    location.
     
    This event has been captured on cell phone video, and could
    quite possibly be the basis of a lawsuit brought against Saf-T Swim. I have
    already filed with the New York Better Business Bureau and the Department of
    Consumer Affairs. If nothing comes of the action I have taken up to this point,
    I would be more than happy to share my story with the local media.
