    Rise & Shine Pools
I have a relatively average slze pool with a vinyl liner, and was not convinced that it required a top of the line very powerful heater. A friend connected me with Lou who provided the exact heater that I required in terms of power as well as price. So far so good...6 years later. I have since referred Rise and Shine to other friends.

    Swim Tech Pool Services, Inc.
We needed to replace the old liner and also wanted to change the bunked out plastic steps. Swim Tech took everything out, closed up the wall where the old steps used to be, filled the whole with sand (which other companies didn't offer), exchanged the broken light, and installed new corner steps. When the Swim Tech crew was there and did the pressure tests, we found out that we had a major leak, which we suspected. They were super fast in getting us an amended offer to change the piping and the price was absolutely fair. Had we changed the liner alone, without changing the steps, the costs would have been considerably lower. Comparing costs of 4 companies Swim Tec was neither the most expensive, nor the cheapest. However, to us they seemed the most competent. We got great service from Nikki, who answered all our questions and was always there to help. The team on site was great, professional and worked very quickly. We would use them definitely again an can only recommend them. Thank you for our new gorgeous pool!

    Plover Pools
Very well. Made a switch from another pool service in the area to Plover Pools. Owner took the time to speak to me about the company's services and being able to take on the pool as a new client back in Feb 2016. In May 2016, his team opened the pool on time and weekly maintenance has been very good since. Owner is highly responsive to any ongoing questions or concerns that come up with the pool maintenance and or service needs.

    Richard John Novak LTD
I have been doing business with him since the 80s.  He built 4 speculation houses for me with just a handshake.  It is rare that you do business with someone on just a handshake without a contract - he's got integrity.  He's reliable and I have never had a problem.

SWIM TECH IS THE REAL DEAL! They really know what they're doing. Well worth every penny. We had been having leaks in our pool for quite a while and weren't sure where the leaks were coming from.

Someone recommended a company and they came with some very expensive small machine and used it to try and detect leaks in the pool liner. After 15 minutes and several hundred dollars later, the guy said the pool had no leaks but said there was a leak in the light. He patched up the light and said we were good to go. He also suggested a new pool liner as well. Hmmmmm....

We decided to look on Angie's List for some other ideas. I didn't believe there were no leaks in the pool liner. We called Swim Tech  and they spent  a good amount of time on the phone explaining that before investing in a new pool liner we needed to make sure there were no leaks in the existing liner. I told them about this expensive machine the other pool company used, and they said they didn't really believe in that machine but they believed in the old fashioned way of finding leaks in a pool liner through extensive diving and then patching if necessary. They have a very experienced guy who has been diving and doing this for 30 years. And that's pretty much all he does. I couldn't pass that up. We decided to spend the money and have him come and check everything. He found over 23 leaks in the pool liner and a leak in one of the skimmers.

He fixed all the leaks in the liner pretty much for less than what it cost to have the first company come with their expensive machine and they couldn't even detect the leaks with the fancy, expensive machine.

Will have this company fix anything pool related in the future. And when its time to buy a new pool liner we will purchase it through them.

Their service is wonderful. I use them in a regular basis. I highly recommend them. I like everything about them. Their service people are great. They are really meticulous. They make sure that everything is done correctly. They bring to my attention things that are of issue, but they help me save money as well.

The entire experience was good. I called and spoke to the owner to discuss options for a heater at the end of last season and called back at the beginning of this season to order and install. Everything went well. I was given a good recommendation for the heater, it was installed EXACTLY WHEN I ASKED and the work was performed well. I wish they took credit cards, though. Mailing multiple checks is inconvenient.

SRK initially started out promising, but service quickly soured. One of the MOST EXPENSIVE in East Hampton, paid an avg $250-$280 per week for pool and spa service. Consistently forget to clean spa (they ended up waiving charges for spa). All 5 large jets on spa broke because of high chemical concentration. Shocked spa with same amount of chlorine to be used in pool (literally bleached our bathing suits white). Asked them to turn up spa on weekends and the one time they remembered to do it, turned up pool heater to 90 degrees thinking it was spa (spa is self contained electric unit, pool is heated by propane heater). They never cleaned the pool/spa on Fridays as agreed to. After I stopped using SRK, new company quickly noticed pool losing water and traced it to a return line. Turns out line was damaged by SRK when it did some repair work earlier in the summer. Maybe service suffering due to expansion.
