    On Saturday, November 19, 2011, Visual sent a technician to my house to repair my 46-inch Samsung Flatscreen HD LCD TV.  From the moment this person entered my home he was disrespectful to my property.  First of all he proceeded to turn my TV around to get to the back all by himself.  This is a job that requires two people because of the size and delicate nature of the TV.  I was in the room right in back of him and he could have asked for assistance (or an apprentice should have been sent with him).  Instead he clumsily took the TV and spun it around, in the process, knocking the edges of the TV into the surround sound speakers, and, because he could not hold the TV in the air the entire time, causing significant scratching on my Bo Concept TV console (this may have occurred multiple times as he turned the TV around more than once while I was outside - I left to take my dog outside so as not to bother the technician).  On the multiple times I came inside to check up on him, I saw the technician treating my TV very roughly.  Touching the screen roughly, saying that it was broken, banging the back, etc.  I did not notice the horrible scratches on the console until he left...and boy let me tell you he was in a hurry to leave.  He would not answer any of my questions, he just ran out and left me with a non-working TV and said the they (I guess Best Buy, who's warranty I was under) would have to send me a new (replacement) TV.  In the meantime, he had strategically placed the base of the TV on one of the most prominent of the scratches, so as to blend in with some dust,  However, the scratch was clearly showing through along with multiple smaller scratches from his rough handling of the base.

    Not only did he damage my console but I think he further damaged my TV.  Before he came, my TV was picture perfect once it turned on.  The only problem was that it took a long time to come on - what many have told me was just a powering issue.  I do not know what this tech did to cause further need for repair.  I subsequently received the utmost quality care from another repair company that Best Buy sent over to finally get the job done.

    Returning to the technician, this man was so unprofessional.  He even had the audacity to call me after the incident and accuse me of making the scratches; speaking to me in a tone not appropriate for a client, nor any human being.  I guarantee you this is going to happen to another person.  He has no regard for personal property.  I contacted Visual TV several times expecting full compensation for the damage he caused, and after one conversation I never heard from Visual TV again.  I have sent emails and plenty of pictures of the damage (multiple times) and called several times as well.  No response.  I am being ignored.

    My Bo Concept console was very expensive and custom made with self-closing drawers and high-luster finishing in the front.  Not just a "black stand" like the tech reported back to Visual (after the damage was caused).

    I take pristine care of my furniture and am reminded daily, as I look at the scratches, of the complete disregard for my property by the tech.  Ultimately I want them to cover the cost to the console so that I can finally put this horrible experience to bed after all this time.  I am going to take them to small claims court shortly and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

    My advice...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
