Dr Will & the staff @ Country Village are fantastic! They treated my dog for hip displaysia, renal failure, and laryngal paralysis along with routine wellness visits for many years. Always available for emergencies. Knowledgable & caring staff. Clean and modern facilities. Highly recommend Country Village for your pet care needs. Nanette

We have been going to Black Rose Kennel for about 20 years, with both our current and previous dogs.  We have always been very happy with their services - our dogs return healthy and happy and well groomed (They are Springer Spaniels).  The owner, Jay, has always accomodated our dogs' particular personalities and was willing to board our older (now deceased) dog even when she had canine cognitive dysfunction (doggy Alzheimer's) and was incontinent.  His grooming services are excellent as well.  I would recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job. I talked to my dog when he got home and he said he really enjoyed the whole thing and it was like going to camp for him. My dog was smiling all the way home. They did exactly what they said they are going to do and are very reasonable in price. I would use them again.

Everyone is great there. It is a small, intimate veterinarian office. They are very professional and follow up on any work. They definitely care and get very close to your pets. The communication between the client and the whole staff is excellent. The doctors are very knowledgable and caring. They provide a good care analysis of your pet. I appreciate their honesty. The groomer there, Marcia, is excellent as well. They keep people informed and offer good community education resources.

I have been shopping at The Animal Kingdom for at least 5 years.  Previous owner Kelly was a wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly source for the best quality pet foods and supplies, as well as pet-themed gift items.  New owner Julie continues to offer a selection of natural, healthy foods and quality supplies.  It's the best place in the Southtowns for pet products and information, as well as info on pet services and rescue organizations.

They are just friendly and the vets are very good. I had two cases of sick animals and they took them in and it worked out ok. My experience has always been good with this pet hospital. I will continue to use their services for my pets in the future.

I have been going to Thorn Avenue (on high recommendation from a friend) for just over a year, first with one new rescue dog, then a second. I have seen three veterinarians, all of whom were very professional and thorough. ( I was asked if I wanted to see any particular doctor when making the appointments) The staff is very friendly and efficient. The facilities are spacious and clean. My one dog is a bit and quot;testyand quot; when being examined, and this is handled professionally and courteously. I have also requested records by phone and had very friendly, rapid response - records are pulled up almost before I finish giving my name!
I would highly recommend this office.

    Camp Bow Wow
Dropped by 4.5 month puppy off for an "interview" to see if she was a suitable candidate for this "play all day" dog day care. This visit was free - the first visit is always free. The location was clean, if not in a very ugly building/location. Staff seemed slightly apathetic. Was not offered a tour of the facilities. I left my dog there for an 8 hour work day, and when I picked her up she was EXTREMELY tired, and displaying some distress/nervousness/nausea (excessive drooling). She gulped down about 5 cups of water when we got home, and then slept for 16 hours, with periods of waking only to eliminate. I think this "play all day" model is not suited for puppies. There was no consideration for her age, she was not provided more rest. I would consider taking her back once she is older.

    East Aurora Veterinary Hospital
AWFUL. The veternarian barely looked at my cats. He forgot to take the weight on one animal. Did not diagnose skin condition, merely piggy-backed off last vet's suggestions. Hardly talked to me at all. Hurried out of exam without explaination of anything. Would never ever take an animal here again.

    Bluewater Bay Animal Hospital
Just having relocated from out of state, I called ahead to see if this local vet prescribed the medicine my cat needs. I was told yes, booked an appt, came in. I was greeted in the cluttered and grubby foyer by a lab tech in jeans and shabby t-shirt (no lab coat). He whisked me into a room past several dogs and cats milling around without crates - evidently the resident animal farm. I found it quite peculiar to have animals roaming freely in what already was a stressful situation (vet) for the treated animals. The lab tech began rummaging around in my vet records, eager to administer a rabies shot before even inquiring my pet's age, s**, history, or current complaint. Soon another casual young man showed up (Dr Harris was absent ) and told me their clinic doesn't work with the prescription my cat needs, and the secretary had misinformed. I asked to leave and they graciously showed me the door. A waste of time and not a good approach.
