His crew even when left to work alone, worked efficiently, did a great job, cleaned up the area daily, answered our questions ad the work proceeded and represented the company professionally. AO'Connor ContractingKris was performing an estimate for our neighbor and when asked, came over to take a look at our roof that had been damaged in the Spring hailstorm. Within a few days he was back with the estimate for the roof which included shingles, gutters, leaf guards and more. We got ambitious and decided to go for residing the house and he included that in the estimate as well. The siding had to be ordered and Kris kept in contact throughout that waiting period and as soon as it was ready, his crew went to work. They were there promptly in the morning and worked throughout 3 days to complete the job. His crew was very polite when asking our opinions on certain things. When the work was done, the clean-up was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Kris handle this job since once we had the insurance approval; we weren’t sure where to look for a contractor. The house looks completely different and new and last night’s wind/rain storm was a great test of the workmanship! We recommend O’Connor Contracting for any home improvement needs and will certainly call Kris for any future projects we might have.- Mary H.

AExterior Home ImprovementsThey were there to start the job when scheduled. Quality workmanship. Cleaned up each day and removed debris. The roof, soffits & gutters were completed in 2018. Call after a wind storm in January 2020 to repair siding. Repair of old siding completed and cost was minimal.- Rick G.

Aeverything was done as asked. Always was kept informed as to what was going to be done and if I had any questions. Eric made suggestions of better ideas for the kitchen as for lightning and tile which made my kitchen look even better than I could imagine. The office is wonderful with new cabinets. Breakfast room with new window is so much brighter, new drywall and paint. Dining room is totally beautiful. The new flooring has everyone who visit love it. We are more than pleased with the quality of workmanship done and the professionalism of Eric and his help. Every day things were cleaned up before leaving for the day. Big plus to me.
