AFelgemacher Masonry & ChimneyGreat company! I called and scheduled for a sweep and inspection of my fireplace. While the technician was there he noticed some spots on my chimney that needed repair and quoted me on the spot. The workmen who came out were wonderful, polite and very informative. AD.M.R MasonryDan and his team were excellent! They re-pointed our chimney and replaced the damaged bricks. Dan even filled a 2-inch step crack on the side of my house with mortar for no extra charge, and that was with it being added on after already giving me my original quote, very kind! Dan and his team also thoroughly cleaned the work area when finished, which is very important, as I've had contractors in the past leave a giant mess! AFelgemacher Masonry & ChimneyFelgemacher did a lot of work on my chimney and I couldn't be happier with everything. From the office staff answering all my questions and keeping me informed to the masons who worked at my home the entire experience was wonderful. Fireplace cleaning, inspection, new flue liners (in both furnace and fireplace), crown and tuck point, etc.. The workers were respectful of my home, did an excellent job, cleaned up and paid attention to all the small details that you want when you hire a contractor. They spent days in and out of my home which can be nerve wracking but they made it comfortable by being professional and courteous. Thanks to JP, Patrick, Alex, Kyle, Sal and Lisa for all you did. ARandall Masonry LLCEric and his partner exceeded expectations in dealing with a historic limestone foundation of a 19-century home in dire need of re-pointing. Eric was aware of the exact type of mortar appropriate for the job (I did research and have a background in historic preservation). They removed the old mortar (much was already gone) and expertly and I might add artistically applied the new mortar, using specialized gear to guarantee adequate depth between irregular stone. They even applied the compound to other related concrete cracks. The job went beyond repair; this was a historic preservation job, and it was completed expertly and at reasonable price. He called two days later, and said the crew could be there that day. Needless to say, I was thrilled! The crew of positive, polite, and extremely professional workers worked carefully and efficiently, and kept me appraised of their progress. I couldn't have been more pleased! FIt is Sept 12 2020...no work done. Several phone calls, he will not return any calls. Sent a certified letter containing the contract and signed where it states to cancel and return the down payment. The letter was received by Mike and signed for on Aug 29th...It is now way past the 10 days the contract states he has to give the money back. Still no word from him. I contacted the BBB and am getting ready to go to small claims court. This is no way to run a business. At this point he has stolen $1000 from me.

AThe owner stopped out to provide me a quote for the work to be done, he was very knowledgable and professional. While looking at the retaining wall and stairs, he did notice that my foundation wall was starting to buckle in. The crew that he had assigned to the job were very polite and professional. They answered all my questions while they were working. The crew did a good job cleaning up after the work was completed and walked me through on what they did. I am very happy with the work that was done. I would use this company for future projects.

AThey were wonderful to work with. One of their workers got sick and they had to reschedule (they were very nice about this and I was glad they were treating their workers well and letting them take time off!). They rescheduled very quickly with someone else to come out. He called beforehand to make sure the time still worked well and to let me know when he would be there. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained what he had seen. I will be hiring them again and highly recommend them

AYour Renovation is worth the wait!! My wife and I wanted to renovate our Ryan Homes builders grade bathroom so it was more than just a shower, soaking tub, and toilet. Tim had previously completed a kitchen renovation for my mother and father in law so we immediately knew we wanted him to work on our next project. Due to his high demand and COVID Tim was booking out for months, but we found if you want quality work and attention to detail you have to have a little patience. Once the work began Tim and his team were meticulous about the work area, putting up multiple layers of plastic to contain the dust and debris and then ensuring everything was vacuumed and wiped down at the end of the day. Communication was very open with him and he would discuss the day prior what his team would be working on, this included what time they would be onsite and what they may need for us to have prepared (material and color choices, etc.). Their typical day started at 8am and they worked consistently throughout the day, not ending until everything they had anticipated completing was done. This may mean 5:30pm or 7pm ensuring they stayed on the timeline they provided us, he was even opened to working on random Saturdays (within our schedule of course) to ensure there were no delays to our overall schedule. Every other day or so my wife and I would have a question about material finishing color selection etc. Tim would always listen and discuss collaboratively with us, without making us feel like we had no clue what we were talking about. Warping up the work Tim has always picked up the phone to answer any questions or address any concerns with vendors. The best example our vanity was ordered on Wayfair and came in damaged. Even after the job was done Tim came back to change out the door. It wasn't a huge job by any means but he wanted to make sure that it was done perfect. The amount of passion Tim has for his work is unmatched by any other contractor. Every inch of our renovation alludes a perfection that you will not find anywhere else and we look forward to using him and his team for future projects.

AI contacted Buffalo glass block online. They responded right away and came out to do measurements. Due to Covid, they were a little behind on a few jobs. They eventually did get to me a few months later. Eric the installer. He was very professional, he was on time, and wore his mask. I had 5 windows installed. Eric was fast he got it done in less than 6 hours. I will definitely be being them back for more jobs. I would definitely recommend having Eric to do the job.

AWe had (Zak) previously remodel our master bath 2 years ago. He hasnt changed at all. A total professional. His work ethic is tops... His knowledge extraordinary.. His attention to detail, cost analysis, honesty and project completion time perfect. So we had Zak install a heated element that goes below the tile flooring a bath tub, fixtures and vanity. Everything looks specacular. You wont go wrong hiring this guy.. You may have to wait for a short while.. Because he’s always comitted to finishing his curent job(s) but he is worth the wait.
