He was able to narrow it down to an area but naturally no water was coming out at the time. With another trip planned this weekend he should be able to pinpoint the spot.- Kurt L.

From the initial price quote with Steve, it was obvious that CertaPro hires the best. Steve was knowledgeable and really took his time to give us a thorough quote, that was put together and printed on site. Who doesn’t love a hard copy?! We hired CertaPro to paint the interior of our whole house. Emily came out to help us with color selection and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. Luis and Phil showed up on time every morning and worked meticulously through the week to transform the walls of our home. It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do! I just about drove them crazy with touch ups, but never once did they give me a hard time. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they are willing to go above and beyond to please the eye. Sean, the project manager, showed up several times each day to check in with the guys and to make sure that everything was meeting our expectations. APK's PaintingWow! Just wow are we impressed with Peter and his crew. His work is flawless, down to touching up vents and spots on the ceiling that were not part of the estimate at no extra charge. The walls were patched so well that they looked brand new. They were very neat, very clean, very fast, and very professional. ADiebolt WoodworksWonderful. Eric was very meticulous, thorough, and responsible. The entire kitchen was gutted. It is amazing what you discover when you have a blank slate. We had black mold behind the dishwasher , trails for the mice to get in behind the sink. It was a mess. Eric made sure it was all done right and up to code, which you don't realize how many code changes there are in 20 years, which is how long in was the last time we did something to the kitchen..We were away for 3 weeks while he took charge of all the other contractors. His partner Jason is also very good. You can trust the two of them to do a fantastic job. We are very happy!!- Dawn D.

ADiebolt WoodworksProject went well. Eric is very detail oriented. He provides detailed quotes which explictly list all work to be done. If unexpected things pop up, Eric will create an additional work order with the costs and job details spelled out. You will not have issues with Eric regarding what was said or implied during the estimating and planning process. Very clean operation using floor masking and dust/dirt control measures. Cleans up every night before leaves. We only had 2-3 nights where the toilet in the remodel room wasn't available. Always reviews any small changes and/or fixture placements before undertaking them. Eric and his crew are personable, which is an important consideration when you will have someone basically living with you for 4-5 weeks. Always on time. Well organized. We have used Diebolt Woodworks for two other projects in which we were very pleased.We highly recommend Diebolt Woodworks.- John H.

AWe had a total tear-off of our roof done and new gutters installed. Roofing was completed in one day. Workers were on time, hard-working, and very respectful. Clean-up was unbelievable and very thorough. They used a magnet to go over the lawn and driveway to make sure there were no nails. The crew that came to install the new gutters did a fabulous job. Neighbors have commented on how great the house looks. We’ve never had such a great experience with any contractor and will definitely go back to them when we need siding or windows.

AWe had (Zak) previously remodel our master bath 2 years ago. He hasnt changed at all. A total professional. His work ethic is tops... His knowledge extraordinary.. His attention to detail, cost analysis, honesty and project completion time perfect. So we had Zak install a heated element that goes below the tile flooring a bath tub, fixtures and vanity. Everything looks specacular. You wont go wrong hiring this guy.. You may have to wait for a short while.. Because he’s always comitted to finishing his curent job(s) but he is worth the wait.

Aeverything was done as asked. Always was kept informed as to what was going to be done and if I had any questions. Eric made suggestions of better ideas for the kitchen as for lightning and tile which made my kitchen look even better than I could imagine. The office is wonderful with new cabinets. Breakfast room with new window is so much brighter, new drywall and paint. Dining room is totally beautiful. The new flooring has everyone who visit love it. We are more than pleased with the quality of workmanship done and the professionalism of Eric and his help. Every day things were cleaned up before leaving for the day. Big plus to me.

AHouse Crafters came out to do a estimate on our roof which had been leaking from the skylights. We did not know the exact age of the roof but Bob their salesman came out pretty quickly to take a look. Bob went up on the roof and did a very extensive explanation of the issues but also what the product options were. He also was able to give us the information on who to call for lending options. We also appreciate that Bob observed CDC guidelines when come for the call in the middle of a pandemic. We got approved for a lender and the team they sent to do was very pleasant at professional. They kept to themselves and worked the entire day with no interruptions to our own day. The lead on the crew even explained some of the issues that came up in the project and showed us pictures for context which we appreciated. Their clean up was done fairly well and made sure that none of the yard around the house was damaged or ruined from roofing coming down. I would use Housecrafters again for my roofing needs and recommend to others as well.

Awe had 10+ double hung windows, a new slider & a new door installed. we selected our Sunrise windows & immediately noticed the difference in our comfort level this past winter; even in the summer with no A/C, the house stays a lot cooler than before. I was a little nervous since this was going to cost a good amount, so I researched forever (it seemed), interviewed a few folks re: costs, & decided on Ivy Lea. I wanted peace of mind in case of any issues, now & down the line. I wanted quality windows & professional install. the entire process of working with Russ, choosing products & securing financing was easy. the installers were prompt, skilled & personable. we were so happy with the window process that we're back again this year working with Russ on a much bigger project!
