The doctors are wonderful. They treat each pet patient with kindness, and concern. The staff is caring and compassionate. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and sincerity towards each pet and owner. We’ve boarded our dog twice with no complaints. He’s always well cared for and happy. Wouldn’t dream of using anywhere else.

We have used the boarder, but we don't like to board the animals. I can't remember how much we paid. She was great. I was really nervous at first because I had never boarded them and a kennel to me is like a jail. They are cages. I was really upset about that because he lives in our house. He is a house pet. He is not kept outside. I kept trying to find people to take him in their home but there was nobody. Somebody said that she is really good and she plays with them everyday. I went ahead and called her. I had gotten her name from a friend. She told me to bring him over for a free overnight and she would see how he does and how he reacts. He did fine. It was just with me. She is willing to give us a free night ahead of time so that I think the owner gets used to it and the dog gets used to and also to prove to our dog that we are going to come back. He is such a small dog and I had given permission for him to play with other animals because he had all his boardering shots so I wasn't worried and they found another silky terrier that was being boarded and the owners gave permission for him to play with her. He had a little girlfriend while he was there and they played together. She said it was great because they were interacting and she could put them together in a kennel while she was cleaning the other kennels and they would play together. She made accommodation for me as well because I was so worried about the dog and it was like my baby. I was calling every day for 3 days to see how he was and then realized that he was fine. Then I stopped calling. It took a while for me to calm down when I had to leave him there, it wasn't a pretty sight. My husband had to take me away. Somebody told me that I should think of it as a puppy camp. I had to think of it that way because I kept thinking of it as a cage he was being put into. It wasn't like that. They got out. They played. She took him for a walk. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be. I would go there again if I go anywhere. If I couldn't find a family member to look after him, I would take him there.

    Country Air Kennels
I try to avoid boarding my two terriers but there are times it is necessary. I cold called Country Air Kennels and then visited their web site. The owner was very nice and explained the drop off and pick up times as well as the prices for different services. She invited me to visit the kennel prior to my trip. She informed me that I needed to provide proof of vaccinations. I wanted to have my two kenneled together which my prior kennel refused to do. On the day of the drop off I provided her with all the pertinent info on each dog, ie..nick names, temperment, food choices etc. I also brought a blanket from home and their favorite toys. Everything was returned to me when I picked them up. My two dogs were very happy with their kennel as they had the freedom to go in and out at will. I found the facility to be clean and well maintained. I will admit it was a bit noisy with all the dogs barking but that was the least of my concerns. I was able to call to check on them whenever I wanted but I felt comfortable leaving them there over the weekend. I will use Country Air Kennels again with no hesitation.

I've been using him for a long time, through many pets. They're very friendly and courteous. They've always been right on the dot about diagnoses. The office staff is nice too.  I'm very satisfied with this whole practice.

Since the pup had never been boarded, he was understandably anxious - as were we!  From the time we checked in, we were treated with friendliness and efficiency. The staff and owners were all very patient, and the dog had a very nice stay.  He had a large, clean kennel to himself, was able to keep his own bedding and toys, and was taken out occasionally for exercise.  He even got a pedicure while he was there! When we went to pick him up, he was healthy, happy and all of his bedding was freshly washed.  I could tell from the way that the staff handled him that they take great care to treat each pet kindly and with great professionalism.  We would recommend Paws and Tails to anyone who is looking for a boarding kennel.

I like the fact that the dogs have runs and don't need to be taken for a walk.  In nice weather, they can go out at will.  I also like the fact that in nice weather, Christine takes the dogs for a walk before taking them to their space.  They are on a fun walk as I drive away, making it easier for all concerned.

    Karriad Kennel
As a former vet tech and professional dog trainer, I do not trust my "kids" to just anyone. I was concerned about having my 14 (almost 15) year old husky stay in a kennel when we were out of town. Gail put me at ease and made sure that he stayed with the dog he was most comfortable with in a quiet section of the kennel. He was stress free and happy when I picked him up! And so were my other 3! They were brushed and smelled wonderful when I picked them up. Having an owner on the property made me feel better too. I know that there was someone who could check on them at any time if needed.  If you are looking for someone to take care of your "kids" while you are away, don't hesitate to bring them to Karriad Kennel!!

    Adana Veterinary Clinic
I have been going to Adana Vet for three years, since we adopted our cats. The staff there has always beeen professional and kind. For this appointment, my cats needed their annual check-ups and rabies vaccinations. Dr. Wildenstein has been our veterinarian for most of the time we've been going to Adana, but the facility recently added another veterinarian, Dr. Dumont. Overall, I have enjoyed our experience with Dr. Dumont. Dr. Wildenstien is an excellent veterinarian and has always been very kind and informative, but she is not often concerned with the cost of services. My experience with Dr. Dumont has been slightly different in that she explains services, prices that go along with them, and other options to consider if cost is an issue. Dr Dumont performed this set of annual exams for my cats and she was wonderful as always. She is very thorough and gentle with her patients. She is also helpful by explaining any concerns that she has with the health of her patients. Overall, I would recommend Adana Vet to others. If cost is big concern, people may want to shop around for another clinic. The cost of an annual exam at Adana is $46 with the addition of vaccinies and other treatments received.

    English's Riverview Boarding.
Ms. English was doing grooming for a while. They are excellent. I would rate them highly because she just really cares about the animals. She has a really clean facility. The dogs go out for exercise. She has a really nice, large place for them to exercise and play. She really pays attention to detail and she is very good. She is usually always booked; I have to call in advance to get in. Unfortunately I don't get to travel much as it costs me so much to travel or to board that it is almost not worth going anywhere; and besides my house is like my vacation home. I called them last year and made reservations, but we ended up not going.

They have several play yards and a minimum of two people watching the dogs. I trust them completely with my dog. My dog is happy there. It is very neat and orderly. They are very serious about safety and security.
