  Curtain Call Grooming Salon

  Dropped my goldendoodles at 9:30am. I explained that I was moving from out of town and wanted to find a new groomer. Spoke with the owner, Lyle and the groomer, Donna. They examined both dogs and quoted a price of $80/each. Around 1:30pm I received a call from Donna saying that the dogs had taken too long and that the price was now $100/each..... and that the dogs were still not finished? Finally received word that they were done at 3:30ish.... never have I paid this much nor waited this long for their grooming

  Dog got his haircut, bath, nails cut and filed, ears cleaned , oatmeal bath with no extra charges for type of shampoo, nails filed. Been to many places that charge extra for shampoo, etc. they never do here. My dog also loves this place, won't be going anywhere else.

  They're a little bit more than your standard place, but then of course you've got to remember you're paying for the convenience, coming out, so of course you're paying a little bit more for their insurance and everything like that.  You have to take all that into consideration, but it's less stress on my animals.  She did our two.  Our one doesn't need to be groomed as much.  She's bigger.  She doesn't require the grooming.  Our other ones are little terriers and they require a little more grooming.  I wish sometimes you could go in, maybe, to the vehicle but she said insurance-wise they're not allowed to, which I understand.  Insurance companies are so particular.  Even though they're on my property, I guess because they're in a vehicle.  Sometimes I wish you could come in just maybe just to see, but that has nothing to do with the groomer.  They're following rules by the insurance company, which I understand.  That has nothing to do with them.  Honestly, nothing.  The girl who does our dogs, I can't remember her name.  She's the same girl; we get her all the time.  She's great with the animals.  Absolutely great.  My daughter even brings her dog over, my granddog.  She comes over and gets her grooming done with our dogs, too, because she's a very high-strung dog and she comes over every six week and gets her grooming done here too.  I think the price is fair.  Some people might find it too expensive.  I don't think it is for what they have to do.  I would use her again.  I've already got her scheduled.  We've used her five or six times.  I just keep using her.  She gets repeat scheduling.  Every time she's here we just schedule the next six weeks out.

  They moved, probably, about a year and a half ago into a new building. The old place did not have parking and was not in as good a location as the new building. I like their new facility because their old building was smaller and did not have as good access. The price really hasn't gone up. In 2015 the company was the same, it was just that their building suc*ed. There really is no difference between the company in 2015 and now. They are very accommodating on everything because I am a pretty demanding person.

  I love my groomer. I go generally every six weeks and every time I go it is, like, $156, but that is for two dogs.  They are always very good with my dogs. They make sure that they are comfortable -- one is a puppy -- and they always get us in because I have two dogs and I want them both in and done at the same time so they make sure that happens. They text me and remind me for an appointment and they always give me a good time of how long it will take. The girls that groom the dogs are very good with dogs. You can tell that they love pets because of the way they treat dogs. I definitely recommend them to anybody. They do a great job. The waiting area is great because its got things you can purchase there. It is very clean. They just moved into a new building a year and half ago. It is really clean inside and you can see the dogs that get groomed right out in front of everybody. They offer treats and stuff for the dogs. They brush their their teeth and give you the toothbrushes when you walk in. The price is good, I think it is absolutely fair.

  He was always very good. The care was good. They certainly do follow ups. Excellent, they are good. Pricing is high, I think, but the doctors are good. Very brief wait time, maybe twenty minutes. The cats were handled very well. They know the cats history, and they had their records. I trust them. The vet is a friend of mine. They have very good service, a lot of people do, and I have recommended them to people. They have several doctors on staff, and they are all good.

  Her name is Laura and she is excellent! I had a groupon. I think she is around $50 for a complete groom, shaving, bathing. Pretty competitive pricing. I am disable and she is really helpful.
