If anyone if looking for an experienced, knowledgeable electrician give Tim a call. I had an outlet short out on me. After multiple attempts to fix it myself, I gave Tim a call and within a couple hours he was at my house, had the problem solved with new hardware installed. Not only did he fix my issue in a matter of minutes, he explained to me what the issue was and why it was occurring.

Went terrible. He wrote down the wrong date and sent his man out a day early. His man said he would come out the next day as they weren't busy for the next two days. I got a call the next day and the owner said it would be a week and a half before they would come back out. He wrote down the wrong day and couldn't accept that he made a mistake. I told him we wouldn't be available on the day he wrote down. I went with Shearer electric and they said no problem and they will do it in two days.

I can only rate on the response of the company to request for service since they did not perform any work. I sent an email to schedule appointment from their website and I received no response from company. I called another company and they came out the same day and performed the work.

Service for requested repairs was excellent. Electrician was professional, punctual and knowledgeable; provided upfront cost of service; inquired if there were any other items of concern for future service.

    Cozy Homes Construction Inc
Our entire experience with Cozy Homes was absolutely negative. We would NOT recommend this contactor to anyone. Theres a laundry list of things that went wrong, the main being that they installed new windows & a new front door in the house which ended up leaking water into the basement. After over 10 visits back & uncountable hours removing, replacing & resealing the windows in attempts to fix the problem they were unsuccessful. From our experience Cozy Homes does not employ skilled, knowledgeable craftsmen. When the new roof was done, they did not flash around the chimney causing water to leak into the attic and find its way down into our bathroom exhaust fan and leak like a waterfall. Two clearly different colors of grout were used in the shower which was absolutely noticeable at first look and nothing was going to be done about it until we said we wanted it fixed. It is obvious that there is no one overseeing the work being done or follow-up. The person who was responsible for the roof replacement was completely unaware of the flashing issue weeks after it was discovered. He ended up being on site to assist in an attempt to fix the windows and boasted about how we didnt have roof issues because he was the one who did it Im still surprised my husband didnt punch him right then and here. A year later the grout in both the kitchen & bathroom is cracking, the freshly painted patio is peeling and the windows are still leaking! Please do yourself a favor, save the headaches and find a contractor that specializes in the work you need done.

2 men were at my house for about 8 hours. Everything went well. Box in bathroom wall for switches could have been installed better, it's a bit loose. Overall good work. New breaker panel looks great. Paul was great and honored all Angie's List coupons.

Tech arrived, gave my mother a quote of $348 to replace 2 outlets saying he believed they had aluminum wiring (before even taking a plate off of either outlet). The question was asked about what if they are not wired with aluminum - he said he would take a look. They were copper so he changed the price to $271. He was reluctantly told to proceed.

I have used this company for several years for two houses. I've always felt they were a bit too expensive, but accepted it because the service was pretty good. When I called to question this price for a total of 15 -20 minutes of work (not an exaggeration) I was told there is overhead to account for in their pricing and after some investigation on the part of the Customer Service manager, I was told I received a discount the tech should not have given me.

They've reached the tipping point on price and the service has declined. I won't be able to use them any longer and won't recommend them anymore, though I have done so many times in the past.

    Integrity Electric Enterprises
I have an older house where my electrical panel could no longer handle the demands and had to be upgraded. I researched online local
electricians that could perform the job and called to request the estimates. Greg got back to me right away and came over to quote the project. I received other estimates and Integrity Electric was the clear choice when it came to price, responsiveness and communication. They handled everything when it came to the upgrade including coordination with local inspector and NYSEG. On the day of the job everything was done pretty fast, I was without electricity only for few hours which is impressive considering my electrical panel, meter and service cable had to be completely removed and replaced.

Both NYSEG and local inspector did not find any problems and I was told the job was very well done. I would definitely hire Integrity Electric again as they were very fast and professional. My new panel looks very nice and all the wiring was done very neatly.

Greg replied to my online request for a quote within minutes of me sending the quote. He then came to our house that afternoon and gave me a quote immediately to replace the corroded underground service with new overhead service from the pole and a new breaker panel. Everything Greg did was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Integrity.

    Residential Construction Service, Inc

To begin with Randy was the only contractor to arrive on time for his initial estimate. Right from the start he was very thorough. He took the time to get to know my wife and I along with the type of job we wanted, what styles we were interested in and how we anticipated it all coming together. My wife is the home remodeling expert in the family in terms of decorating, styles, color and finish coordination. Randy clicked with her from the start and added several features that really enhanced the project.

When he presented his estimate a week later (and right on time), he described the process, documented all the work in the contract and guaranteed the price with no add-ons. (barring any major changes on our part of course). Four weeks later he came through. His crew and partner contractors arrived on time. All of them were very thorough, polite, clean and demonstrated an extraordinary attention to detail and craftsmanship. Randy was on site regularly to check on progress and constantly kept in touch with us to assure our satisfaction. He accommodated us with a few changes along the way and promptly took care of any problems that arose during construction and never added a penny to the price.

I wanted a real contractor that could and would coordinate the entire project including all the planning, labor scheduling and supply ordering. Randy delivered on all of those. Don't let our price scare you away from him. My wife has expensive taste and much of that cost is related to the high end materials and cabinetry we picked out. I think Randy's labor and supply costs were reasonable and given the superior craftsmanship and service that we received, it was money well spent. A kitchen can be a very emotional and inconvenient remodel project to undertake. I cannot imagine any contractor accommodating us as well as Randy.

We cannot say enough good things about the service we received and we most certainly recommend him for any home remodeling, construction or repair needs. In fact, we are already committed to using him for a bathroom remodel and all our future home improvements.
