    NAAB & MOHRING APPLIANCE SERVICE INC
    Well, I'm jumping the gun on this review. If they redeem themselves, I will be sure to either update it. But as soon as I googled their name and saw the low ratings, I'm like oh go figure! We bought a Samsung washer/dryer from Orville's back in January or so 2017. (I LOVE Orville's, I like the washer/dryer, I am not impressed with Naab and Mohring thus far) - this is the THIRD time I'm having them come fix the dryer. (Which is still under warranty.) The first time was March or so 2018, the second time was August 2019, and now again. All for basically the same issue. I want to say it was the bearing, it makes this loud screeching sound, it works, but it's super annoying and who knows what more damage it can do, so we don't use the dryer. As I said, they came in August 2019, which during that visit, the repairman actually messed up the control panel, where it's now pushed in. My husband was going to fix it, but since we have to have it serviced AGAIN within two months, we'll just have them fix it. I called about a week and a half/two weeks ago. They said they'd be out today, October 21. I didn't push it, even though my husband asked if I mentioned it's the second time since August. I'm like whatever, it's fine. We went yesterday and did our backed up laundry at the laundromat and I'm like thankfully tomorrow we'll be able to dry our clothes again at home! Well, I forgot to call and ask them to have the Naab & Mohring call my cell phone with the timeframe. I didn't want to ask my mom to sit at my house waiting for that call when I may need her to be there for the repairman. I called this morning at 8:46 and they said they'd forward the cell number to them. Finally around 10:20 after no call, I asked my mom to run and check my machine, just in case they had called that. Which they did. So I called them back. I was told by Kim with no last initial that they already came and nobody answered. Ummmm, yeah, because nobody was home, which is why nobody answered the phone either! This last attempt was around 9:00, whether that is a call or their arrival at my house or both, I'm unsure. I said (and I will admit, I was very agitated for more than one reason, so it wasn't my nicest voice) I really need them to come today because this is the second time since August, it needs to be fixed. She said they would try, but there was no guarantee, they may have to reschedule. I basically said that's not acceptable and I'd like a supervisor. Which conveniently, there wasn't one there. I did mention, again, about updating my number that morning. All Kim could say was they attempted before they got the message about that. I asked why nobody called that number to at least tell me what happened. She had no answer, I'm pretty sure she just ignored the question and went on & on with they called the number that was listed. And again, I get that, but when they got the updated number, good customer service would be to call and update me with what was going on. Not just ignore my existence, leaving me to wonder what happened! All Kim did was be sure to let me know this was all my fault for not answering or being home and that they can't guarantee they'll get there today. We will see if they still come today, then maybe I'll give them a higher rating. But based on what I'm seeing, I don't see them putting much into the service they provide. Between this being their second return in two months and their lack of empathy for customers, I am not holding my breath. And funny, I see a 2.5 on Google reviews, a 1 star on Yelp, a 3 on Angie's List, a 2.3 on Birdseye. So this seems like par for the course! (I'm done with my Google & Yelp reviews, after this is Birdseye to leave this same review! I'm not super big on reviewing things often, especially leaving negative ones, I usually just drop it. But I'm REALLY aggravated right now!)

    SITZMAN'S MAYTAG HM APPLS CENTER
    Terrible!!! Showed up 3 hours late for the appointment. Installed unnecessary parts. I called them due to a bang during spin cycle after coming 3 times my washer didn't spin and leaked all over. Wires were hanging, there was a hole in my rear outer tub caused by them not mounting the motor back on properly. I spent $630 total and bow my machine doesn't work. Filed a complaint with BBB and Scott refused to fix it unless I withdrew my complaint. I refused and after I explained what they did wrong, Scott then said they would fix it. Taking legal action. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else like I did. They even lied and said they didn't have my phone number when I have phone records to probe otherwise. They damaged my washer. DON'T USE THEM!!!

    REIMERS APPLIANCE SERVICE
    The tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable and punctual both
    times he was at our home.   The  part that we needed was not readily
    available and had to be ordered.  Their e.t.a. was spot on and they came
    out the day after the part arrived. With the cost of the part and the
    tech's rate, it was still cheaper than buying a new laundry washer.
    Would definitely recommend to family, friends and neighbors!

    SENTRY SOUTH APPLIANCE SERVICE CO
    I have been working with Jim and his father/son for over 10 years. He is my go to person for anything HVAC/appliance related. He has performed services as simple as running a gas line to installing 2 furnaces with coils and condensers for VERY reasonable prices! I cannot speak highly enough about his honesty, integrity and professionalism (He's a quirky guy, but he'll never do you wrong!). If you want to pay outrageous money for services that you might not even need, don't call Sentry; but if you want a knowledgeable, honest technicians, Sentry South is the way to go.

    Please note that they are a TOTALLY separate company from Sentry North... They do not have any relations other than the Sentry name.
