    Excellent! Continue to save money from the outdoor reset Bill installed, which adjusts the boiler water temp settings to align with outdoor temp - like cruise control for our boiler. When you have a problem the other guys can't seem to fix, call Bill - he'll sort it out. Also changed our hot water heater in the middle of a snow storm - now that is service.

    It went very badly. It required several calls, visits to repair but in the end they simply made things worse. While trying to bleed the system they broke a bleeder valve. It ending up causing thousands in water damage and they refuse to take any responsibility. Worst of all this was for my elderly mother and during a December/January cold snap.

    Installation went okay. Installers started to unbox units on top of my formal dining room table and acted like there was something wrong with me when I told them not to. Units run very cold and never shut off. Have to turn them off to stop cooling. Called JDJ to remedy. They came out, looked at the problem, left without correcting the problem, said they would get back to me, and I never heard from them again.

    I used Long Energy since from 2010 through 2018. Called late Sunday evening when boiler (heat and hot water) would not stay lit. Answering service said they would call back. Stayed up, but no call back. They called back Monday morning. I asked what happened night before and was told, "I want to know that myself." Guy offered to come out Monday afternoon. I declined.

    Jim listened to our needs and made recommendations. His pricing was very competitive against other quotes for the identical products. Installation was performed as scheduled, with clean and neat workmanship. The system has worked perfectly for the past year and a half. We had our annual check up today. A+, highly recommended.

    I was very pleased. When the employee was stuck in traffic I received a call alerting me to the possibility of a late arrival. (He still arrived on time) The employee was polite, professional, informative and friendly. He explained everything he did, answered all of my questions and cleaned up.

    Excellent!! My salesman Jerry Lyman was very professional and responsive. The price was fair for the work done. The two men who came to do the work were very competent and hard working. They explained everything they were doing and cleaned up every day. The A/C is very efficient and cools my house wonderfully. I am very pleased.

    We've used them for more than 40 years. We've had no problems. They'll be back again in the fall to do the heat. I can't remember the cost; my hubby pays the bills, so I do not know. But I believe we have some kind of a contract with them, so it's an overall fee and I don't remember what that is. I think their price is fair. We would use them again in the future and we do.

    Excellent job. Totally professional; arrived on time and completed the job in a day and a half. Removed all debris and left the work area spotless. Their price was very competitive to larger heating/AC contractors.

    The J&M representative who came to our house was very polite, prompt, and professional. He also gave us a timely estimate regarding the price. However, the price he quoted us seemed a lot higher than our preliminary research suggested it would be. We decided to get another estimate to see if this was a reasonable price for the job. The second contractor went through the house, measuring square footage, noting window locations, and he performed a "j load calculation". The second contractor came up with an estimate that was approximately $2500 less than J&M's. I decided to write this review because I am troubled by the difference in estimates: J&M either didn't have the technology to figure out what system was best for our house or they may have been trying to sell us a larger unit than our smaller ranch-style home needed. J&M isn't necessarily a bad company; I think this is just a reminder that getting multiple estimates is important!
