    Paul fixed my gas clothes dryer problem very quickly and even gave us advice about a problem we were having on our gas stove top. We thought the stove was broken but he showed us how to work around it and didn't charge. The only glitch is that he missed our first scheduled appointment. He got us another time quickly and even took off 10% of our bill for the mix up.

    Horrible. The women who answered the line was extremely unprofessional and rude.The repairman who cam out on the call seemed competent  although he was unable to fix the refrigerator on the first call. I would never use this company again even if the appliance is under warranty. Being yelled at by a angry customer service person is not what I would expect from an appliance repair company

    Everyone I talked to from the company was courteous and professional.  They were on time, efficient, and friendly.  They had my old refrigerator out the door and the new one installed in 15 minutes.  I don't know how much they cost, since the apartment company paid for it, but they are trusted to service a large number of apartments.

    My dryer wasn't heating, called him up and was able to schedule an appointment within the week. He arrived on time and the repair was repaired quickly. The cost was slightly more than I thought it would be but still way cheaper than a new dryer. Overall very pleased with the service.

    Returned my call for help promptly. I described issue with my dryer knob which was making the dryer inoperable. He asked a few questions, easily diagnosed the problem and then told me he would be glad to come and replace the knob himself but then would have to charge me for the service call. Or, as an alternative, he could tell me where to buy the knob (only 20 minutes from my house) and he would tell me how to put it on correctly and there would be no need for him to make the service call! Of course, I purchased the knob, installed it myself per his direction in a matter of seconds, the dryer works perfectly, and no service call so no charge!! This service was amazing! My son recently used A to Z for his washing machine. He had an outstanding service experience. Prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommend this honest, competent, professional repair service.. He truly defines "service".

    We called Peter on a Saturday after we discovered our warm refrigerator/cold freezer late Friday night.  He diagnosed the problem over the phone but suggested we could save a lot of money by defrosting the refrigerator ourselves to remove the ice that had built up.  If he came, he would have to disassemble much of the refrigerator to defrost it with heat taking hours and costing us a lot.  We appreciated his candor and sensitivity for our budget.  He took our model number and confirmed there was a part (a "Jazz" computer board) and scheduled a Monday morning repair time. 
    On Monday he came by right when he said he would and fixed our refrigerator for under the estimate he gave us over the phone.
    Some repair companies might have wanted the extra hours worth of pay for melting the ice but he was glad to help us lower the cost of the repair.
    Also, Peter is a nice guy to chat with and we learned a lot about which appliance brands were made well and which were not.
    We highly recommend him and will use him in the future for any appliance repair we might need.

    Michael called to tell me he was delayed in traffic. He arrived shortly thereafter and immediately began to work. He fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. He did a neat, clean job. I recommend Michael.

    I called Peter Decher after being totally dissatisfied with another repair service.  I found him on Angie's list & called based on his rating & proximity to my home.
    We scheduled an appointment for the next day.  He arrived promptly as scheduled and explained what he was doing, seeing throughout.
    The visit took less than an hour, he had the new seal in his vehicle so did not require a return visit, and my dishwasher is now leak free.

    In addition to fixing the immediate problem, Mike leveled the machine which had slipped out of alignment since the original installation 4 years ago. The job required two visits, one for the evaluation and one for the actual repairs after the parts arrived.
    He called back about an hour after my initial call and set up the first visit for the following day. He called back after two days to say the parts would be available in two days and he scheduled the second visit. He came on time with the parts and completed the work in about 9o minutes.
    The machine works fine now, and the dishes are dryer now that the machine has been leveled (as he thought they would).
    I would use Mike again. I have his number on my repair person list.

    I called Mike and we set up a mutually convenient appointment. He arrived and got to work right away. He disassembled the problem burner and figured out the what was wrong. He fixed it, put it back together, and tested it. He also provided good advice on maintenance, cleaning, and finding parts for the stove.
