Home Inspection

Andy was more knowledgeable than I even knew home inspectors could be! He took his time to walk me through everything, making sure I understood the severity of issues and their relative costliness. He was responsive, punctual, and very, very through. The report he put together for us will be referenced for years to come, as we tackle the things he highlighted in order of importance. Andrew answered my questions and showed up at the appointed time and date. He conducted a careful inspection pointing out issues to be addressed now and in the future. He came back a second time when he realized he had left out a part of the inspection service.

Home Inspection

Andy was a true professional and I couldn't have asked for a more thorough job and report. He is a true "buyer's inspector" in my opinion and took longer than my real estate agent or the seller's agent anticipated, which I believe was to my benefit. He was diligent with his observations, thorough, and educational at every step of the way. His final report deliverable was detailed with pictures, diagrams, and educational material and it now serves as a reference for the house I bought subsequent to the inspection. I highly recommend Andy to any potential home buyer.

Home Inspection

I hired Andy to inspect 2 separate houses I was interested in purchasing. Being a first time home buyer, I was very cautious and had a lot to learn about home maintenance, repair and what to look out for. Andy did a great job. He walked me through all aspects of the home inspection, he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He is extremely thorough, testing every door hinge, window lock, electrical socket- no stone goes unturned. I would definitely recommend Andy and Poseidon Home Inspection, and I would no doubt hire him again.

Andy provides incredibly detailed analysis of every nook and cranny, and takes it upon himself to explore all possible angles of a house. We used him on three home inspections.
