    Selective Sculptures
Our new kitchen and den look great. Thanks Bryan for helping us find tile and countertops to compliment the cabinetry we chose. We appreciate Scott's patience as we pondered our original plan and then changed a few things. While we were not "promised" a finish date it seems everything in their power was done to make it happen; the drywall, plumbing, painting, tile, electrical and drywall crews were coordinated so someone was here everyday. Don and Joe did a wonderful job of bringing it all together. We were apprehensive about the cost of the project, it was substantively more than we had anticipated. Selective Sculptures didn't give us the cheapest estimate, but they had such good reviews we decided to go with them. We are vey happy we did. So happy we asked them to come back and put down a hardwood floor in the living and dining room. Also, there was only a $1500 difference between the estimate and final cost so it was nice not to have surprises.

From start to finish Mike the owner was hads on by keeping on schedule and open for any changes. Was always responsive and stayed within our budget. The completed the entire job on time and it came out great and again on budget. We were very worried due to horror stories we had heard. I would reccommend this company to my family and friends

    "In the Spirit" Handyman Services

The entire job from start to finish was very well managed and executed.  Bob and his partner Louis were always on time. 8:00am right on the dot everyday.  He explained the job will take a week and indeed they did completed the entire job within a week. Louis and Bob have excellent workmanship and they are very detail oriented. After finishing up each day they each always do a clean up before they leave.  They are very focused on the tasks at hand and always communicated with us throughout the job. We feel very comfortable having them in our home. We did run into a little "bump" in our project. One of the toilets that we bought didn't fit, so we had to re-order another one, which took around 5 days for shipment.  As promised and even after all payments had been paid, Bob and Louis came back once we'd received the new toilet and they finished up installing the last toilet.

I would highly recommend "In The Spirit" to anyone that is looking for someone that is honest and delivers a really good job, Their price is not cheap but is reasonable, and I think it is worth every penny.

We are looking to do some more work by the end of next year and we would certainly come back to "In The Spirit".

We really love our new bathrooms and thank you Bob and Louis. You guys are super!

    Home Magic Renovations

Henry and his team did a great job! They listened to our requirements and made own professional suggestions where needed. In the result the basement (and the included bathroom) are now very functional as both my office and family area.

The job included new tile flooring, sheetrock, paint, electric, complete remodel of existing half bath.

The job started and finished within very reasonable time frame as well.

I would surely consider them for any future remodeling projects.

Everything went beautifully.  Over 6 to 9 months after all their work has been completed there have been no issues.  During the course of the work they were efficient and clean and did not make any mistakes, errors and did not break anything.  Their suggestions were always helpful and, thankfully, their solutions to potential problems were always economically sound - they looked to save us money.  We would absolutely use them again.

When I first called Bob, he was heading out of town for a builder's convention.  He said that he would call me back immediately when he returned.  A few days later, he did call as promised.  Great first impression.  He accommodated my work schedule to meet me late one afternoon to evaluate the job.  He fully explained the scope of the work, answered my questions and quoted me a price.  I thought that it was fair and called him the next day to accept the offer and his office emailed me the written proposal for my signature.  I was concerned about getting the job done before my daughter came home from college and Bob was willing to work within my schedule.  We agreed on a start date.  A few days later, I realized that the week that we chose was the week leading up to Easter.  Since we were having guests stay at the house and could not give up use of the bathroom, I called Bob to reschedule.  I felt bad to mess up Bob's schedule, but he was able to work it out to start the day after Easter.  Again, very accommodating.  Bob and Lou showed up precisely on time Monday morning to begin demo.  They were very professional, explaining things as the work progressed and always communicated what would be happening the next day.  They took steps to protect the floors and walls leading up to the bathroom, and thoroughly cleaned up at days end.  The quality of the work was top-notch and the job was completed on time.  We are extremely happy with the results.  Don't let the name fool you.  Bob is much more than a "handyman".   I will not hesitate to call Bob for any future project.

    Selective Sculptures
I actually used the services of this company twice - just recently, and about 16 months ago. The first time was installation of a granite countertop and tile backsplash in my kitchen. The service in the store, which included picking out the granite and the tiles, was excellent. These people know just how to put different products together to make them look great. The countertop and backsplash were installed perfectly and look great.
In November of this year I went back to the store and inquired about replacing my kitchen floor. I brought in samples of my backsplash tiles. Brian pulled out a sample of the granite we had used, and asked me what color my cabinets were. He pulled out a small cabinet door that fairly matched my kitchen cabinets. Then he set everything up on a black felt "table" and selected a flooring tile that he thought would work with the colors in my kitchen. I loved the look, but naturally wondered if there was anything else I should look at. He picked another one and we both agreed that the first one was the best. Brian then printed up a complete estimate for me to consider and told me that they were about three weeks out for scheduling. About one week later I decided to go ahead with the project. About 2 weeks later Brian called and asked if December 2nd was good for me. It was.
By 9:00 on December 2nd the crew, headed up by a gentleman named Max, arrived and proceeded to remove my old linoleum, which was still glued to the floor. It took several hours for the 3 men to get to the bare floor. By 5:00 the new floor was installed - beautifully. The next day the crew returned with the bull-nose baseboard and installed it. Where the kitchen meets the dining room there is wooden baseboard molding. Max cut the bull-nose tile to perfectly line up with the wooden molding. It looks great. Then they proceeded to put in the grout. By the time they were finished the whole kitchen looked wonderful. They were very neat and did not leave a mess or splash grout all over the place. The refrigerator and stove were put back in place. Max suggested that he come back the next day with a plumber to re-install the dishwasher. They arrived at 9:00 on Wednesday morning and put the dishwasher back in place and made certain that there were no leaks.
The entire experience with the installation of this floor was a pleasure. The men were very careful with my appliances, and placed a sheet of paneling on my wood floor in the dining room (on top of a drop cloth) to protect the floor from the appliances that they had to move into the dining room. As a matter of fact, they placed drop cloths on all my floors leading from the garage to the kitchen. They worked diligently from the time they arrived and did not waste time getting the job done. I absolutely love my new kitchen floor.
If I ever decide to re-do my bathroom, I will definitely go to Selective Sculptures!
