    Very honorable man! He fixed my dryer once: quickly, professionally and reasonably. Then I called him about a week later since the dryer had more issues. He came right away, fixed it again, no charge. Everything was fine for a few weeks and then the dryer was not getting hot anymore. He fixed it but then found a safety issue and declined payment. Very good repair service! Highly recommended!

    The freezer of ourSub-Zero built-in refrigerator/freezer was not working. We have had the refrigerator repaired in the past, and were unhappy with the service & price. We called Sprint Appliance & Refrigerator Repair and spoke to Lou. He assured me that the freezer repair would be easy, quick & reasonably priced. HE WAS RIGHT!! Lou made an appointment for the same day, found the problem & repaired it. He also checked out the entire refrigerator. The cost was really reasonable. We are so pleased! Hopefully we won't have any other issues with appliances, but if we do, we WILL DEFINITELY CALL LOU!! Honest and knowledgeable AND great prices! Thanks, Lou

    They were very good. First, we were going to try to repair our unit but then we decided to just replace it instead. So they worked with us. Whatever we wanted to do, they made it possible. I looked around and their price is what everyone else basically charges.

    What a great experience. There was standing water in the bottom of our relatively new dish washer. When it was turned on, I "sounded" like it was working but then the water didn't empty. Since we have a new-fangled machine that self-diagnoses problems so I knew,or at least I thought I knew, what the problem was: a clogged drain. After cleaning the filters, checking for anything that was blocking the drain on both the inside of the machine and the line under the sink, I still couldn't get it working. So it was time to call in a pro. We haven't had the best experiences lately with service providers so we chose someone who had good ratings on Angie's list. 
    When I called Nadir, he arranged to come over in a few hours. He arrived on time, quickly checked out the machine and discovered an olive pit that had somehow burned the motor and the motor would need to be replaced. (About $245 with the part and repair) He agreed to order the part and return the next day. The following day, he called to ask if he could come over with the part. He checked out the machine and he performed one more check and did find a blockage.
    After it was removed, that machine worked fine! He said not to worry about the motor that he would keep in for use in the future. That's right, he didn't charge us for the motor and he didn't put it in unnecessarily. He did make 2 visits and clean up the entire machine and check/clear every drain so I had absolutely no problem about paying him for his time, expertise and maintenance on the machine.
    Unlike many other service providers we've hired, we were not left with the mess. When he was gone, there was no evidence that he'd ever been there. How great was that? BTW, we got a small Angie's list discount.
    Would I call him again? In a heartbeat.

    Herber Plumbing & Heating
    I called them on Thursday, spoke to a nice lady there she said she would call me to let me know who they couldsend same day. I did not hear from her, but when i got home Thursday evening my mother told me the plumber came. I was pleasantly surprised i did not think anyone was coming. My mother said he was very pleasant and quick he happen to be in the area when he got the call. We needed help ASAP the hot water was leaking for more than a week. I have to say they were very good and glad we got that taken care of. Thanks again!

    Branker's Appliance Repair
    It went very well, Mr Brankers was early for our appointments, he was very polite. The stove needed repair, parts had to be ordered, Mr. Brankers said they should be in by the end of next week. The parts were in by Tuesday, that's the day the stove was fixed, I was cooking by lunch time. Highly recommend his company. I did ask him to look at another appliance, he suggested I buy a new one.
    Great worker, honest & loves animals, you can't beat that.

    The Home Depot - South Setauket
    It was delivered and taken off the truck. The doors were off of it. They had to play around and put it back together. The delivery man said that we shouldn't take it. They said that they would have to order a new one. I received a call two days later that they had one in for me. I strongly suspect that I was delivered the same one again. The delivery guys showed up in front of my house. Ironically, they were delivering a washer to one of my neighbors. They pushed mine aside and went to the next one. Although it was my delivery time, they told me that they were running behind and had to make other deliveries first and they would come back. That baffled me because of the price of gas and such. It took them more then two hours to come back. I made a complaint on it and I got nowhere with the delivery company. When they did get back, they brought it in. They basically moved the other one out and pushed this one in. The didn't do set-up or anything. It appeared to be off balance. I called Home Depot and they told me to call LG. There was a big go-around between the two. I went from October until a few weeks ago having to pull out my refrigerator and unplugging it for four hours. It was making to much ice and causing it to make a funny noise. Come to find out, there was a nix in the line. They sent someone out to replace it. I still had a ton of different problems. I kept calling them and finally convinced them that they gave me a lemon. LG finally sent someone out to replace the electrical board. I guess it was an updated board. Luckily, we haven't had any problems with it since. I was pretty disappointed with LG. Home Depot had their hands tied. I really went through hell with this refrigerator. I have a big family. There is seven of us. There is a lot of people that use this refrigerator. The man that came out to do the service was very nice. He let me know that If you purchase a stack-able washer and dryer you can have problems with the repair. He said that they will make you unstack them before they will repair. Home Depot said that they were going to look into that. Their price was very good. The service in the store was very good, but the delivery wasn't very good.
