    They were very efficient. They managed to complete the move in one day rather than 2. They were very courteous and even helped me with unpacking. Their price was about half of another companies estimate.

    SISTERS IN CHARGE TAG SALE PROFESSIONALS
    they were excellent.  they were courteous, helpful and offered assistance with minor items I was attempting to do myself.  they wrapped each furniture item with blankets and then shrink-wrapped each item.  they loaded the truck with care and delivered everything intact and placed them where we wanted, even if it was more than once. 
    I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

    Men On The Move
    They were big guys, and capable of doing the move, but they had bad attitudes. I asked them to set up the TV, but they didn’t hook up the cables. They took the rotating plate from my microwave and put it in a box, but I have no idea where it is now. They also used my restroom and did not flush the toilet while they were here.

    Reader beware THIS IS A LONG POST and I am an ANGRY customer..
    As many of you know, when you move, or even plan to move, its one of the most stressful things, and part of paying a company like this is to feel confident and reassured that everything is taken care of, you feel good about them taking that one part of stress off your plate and comfortable that all will go smoothly...Roadway sales and customer service are NOT that company
    From the beginning of this transaction and contact with company,  I received inept POOR untrained service,  I specifically stated multiple times, between jury duty and work , I would only be able to see someone on the weekend, and i was transfered to someone that was going to schedule the initial walk through of my house, when i was transfered, the person said, its impossible to do that so lets schedule it for the day after, I arranged with my work schedule to come to work late so i could get this done, and even when i was scheduling this, I said, the person HAS to be here between 830- 9am you are giving me this window of time for a reason and he assured me of course of course, but OF COURSE no one showed up, at 830 or 9 or even 930...and when I called, and said, no one is there, they said, OH  you were scheduled for a walk through on 7/5 THE DAY OF MY MOVE...really? so i tell this person, that makes no sense, they said of course of course its my fault, ill fix it, somoene will come tomorrow....SAME TIME...so now, i have wasted ONE morning, and will have to wait another day and take more time off work...sure things happen, but this is really inconvinient right? Next day...i wait for the person, of course once again, no one shows up, and i call the office and they go...let me transfer you to someone else (again, just passing me around to multiple people) to find out, as the person helping me said, well this guy is new and he didnt know how to use the device we gave him, then he didnt get the email on his ipad and just got it now so, hes now on his way.....anyone out there ok with this? by the way, nice job blaming "the new guy" "the device" "technology" and not your half a** shotty inconsistant, untrained staff.
    Then I get a call from Dan, who says to me, its not my fault, they never told me i was going there til now ( another example of now the blame going back to someone else) he says to me also, he will be there in 45 min, hes already late 30 min, and then add another 45...
    WHICH i want to mention, the guy on the phone who blamed DAN for everything said, hes on his way and super close and should be there shortly...LIAR
    SO, Dan shows up, nice enough at first, keeps telling me how its not his fault , of course, is being the sales man and saying things like, it shoudlnt be like this, we are such a great company, we are so reputable, everyone loves us, brings up the numerous amazing reviews the company has, etc etc...and then says, ill give you the packing materials for free since all this happened to you, which is about 300 dollars savings, acting as if he did this MASSIVE thing for me, and saying he will get in trouble with the owner etc..and i was thinking you should be in trouble with the owner becuase you were late, your customer service team sucks and your company employees are UNDER TRAINED or UN INFORMED .....anyways, he leaves tells me i have to a decision soon since im moving in 10 days or so, etc etc all things i know, i say, i have to figure out my budget, we discuss possibly having packers added on, i tell him , ill get in touch...
    about an hour and half later, i get an email with the binding quote, and then another email, in a span of a few hours, i get another call from customer service and mind you, im in jury duty, which I told DAN about..
    then a little before 3p i get a text, and i responded and said im just trying to figure stuff out.., he plays nice and so on, answers a few more questions for me, and thats that, 
    i call him and confirm that i will do this later that day, and tell him lets add the packing as well..he goes sure sure, no problem
    i tell him that I want to use Angies List coupon as well for $200 off moving , he goes no problem, the office knows how to handle that, just buy the coupon and they will do it.
    NOW, the next day, and the following day, im in jury duty and I sign the documents and send them back, I send an email to him saying waht about the packers fee...no response
    i call the office to ask about that, and got voice mail (during the day) so i leave a message that im worried that the contract said nothing about packers, 
    I get a call to scheulde the movers for 8 am and say I need to know is that eought time with the packers and is that part of the whole 8 hour day...the woman says i dont konw and transfers me, says that he is waiting for me, and then i get voice mail
    I leave a message, and he calls back, ...OH to note, the conversation with the woman before, in that conversation I ask again about my angies list coupon and get told, yeah of course, its getting taken off, the computer is automatic and they know its there. ( this part is important for later in this review) 
    I am now speaking to who i think is the same guy from days back (customer service) that at that time was SO apologetic and saying he will take responsibility (the only person that at that time said that) is now, not only got massive attitude, every question I ask, he is "defensive" and says things like "well i dont know who you spoke to" "well this is the first im hearing of it" I say to him, I just want to know about the packers and why its not in the contract "..and then SPECIFIALLY SAY, "I KNOW ITS 850 extra I just want to know that its going to get DONE"...he transfers me to my SALES rep..oh guess what its Dan, and the conversation starts with me going, DAN, please tell me whats going on Im confused, are packers coming or not, to which he goes well the guys says you think its PART of the 1705...i said ABSOLUTELY 100 percent NOT what i said, I said over and over again i know its extra, he wasnt hearing me, he goes, well I dont know this, and I didnt know you wanted packers and I didnt this and I dont that, and basically I lose my s***, and say, you are telling me you didnt know i wanted packers, the conversations we had, you are saying i never mentioned packers and BY the way, what about angies list coupon, why isnt it reflected on this contract, that i now have signed 2x. he goes, ok ok yes packers are coming, and then promptly just dismisses me by transfering me back to James, ...AMAZING people skills this guy
    SO now here I am with James, who is also annoyed with me, and has no problem showing me, and says to me YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN,...which is HYSTERICAL becuase their Inadequete service and knowledge and information is what got me to this place to begin with, how about you take your job more seriously and not tell your customer to calm down?
    Next, he says do you need a paper confirming insurance, I ddidnt really know, and was never asked this before so just to be safe i say, sure why not, NOW mind you, i have a binding quote, that says all this stuff is included...YET he says thats $25 more dollars, im like no im not paying extra and he decided to threaten me, after i said nevermind i dont need it, he says, well we wont show up on saturday mornig then if you need it and dont buy it, since you just told me you need it..i say..HEY i texted my landlord he will tell me so dont tell me you are not SHOWING UP...what the h*** kind of business practice is this???INSANE ...
    my landlord says its not requried but just get it just in case, and tells me where to make it out to, i call James back and tell him, OH not to mention after his threat he said i need to know today, to which i kept repeating you will know today, i texted my landlord, of course he wasnt listening, why would he, no one at this company does
    SO now, lets skip to moving day, the ONLY saving grace for this company, ANDREI and his team arrived promptly (give or take 15min) and proceeded to work their butts off, and was so nice so helpful SO incredibly polite and just overall really good group of guys, asked if they could use the bathroom, asked if there was anything particular to look out for...etc
    got the whole place packed in record time in my opinion...I bought them lunch becuase they worked so hard and then had them meet me at my new place
    Once in the new place they HUSTLED and got everything inside in a few hours...
    NOW comes the fun part WHEN it was time for me to pay, once again i brought up Angies list coupon becuase...when he gave me the price to pay, it was 200 more than what it shoudl be, when i said no i organized it with the office this coupon, he goes, i dont have any info on that, i say, CALL DAN or call anyone at the office, and OF COURSE he did, and not only tried to take care of it quickly but wow, just the reassurance and pleasantness was refreshing  no argument no backpeddling,he really knows customer service, and apprerently this is not the first time it happened with him, and so that is why he knows how to deal with this siutation
    THIS company, becuase its a moving company, deservingly ALL the credit goes to Andrei and his crew and if i was just reviewing them, they get a 9 out of10 (only becuase alittle bit of the organization of stuff in side the boxes and at my house was interesting and they also wrapped some dirty dishes (odd) and also indiviudally wrapped coffee pods and snakes LOL)
    but overall this company needs to figure out who they are hiring as people that represent the FACE of the company at first, REALLY poor people skills , POOR knowledge of trouble shooting, incredibly crass customer service, and I cant tell you how much i hated this whole experience.
    Im sure ill get a horrible note from somoene at roadway...great..send it my way.
    I can only be honest so people after me get a better experience
