AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

AFlying Colors Roofing and PaintersSteven and team did an outstanding job turning our home from one with chipped paint from multiple terrible painting jobs and gapping holes from woodpeckers to looking like a brand new home! The team replaced all damaged shingles, removed an old door and added shingles in its place to match the rest of the house, sanded down the old paint (over multiple days) and then painted beautifully. They also took some extra days to remove old wallpaper up our stairs and in our hallways, repaired the drywall and repainted. Every day the team was onsite and ready to work at the time we were told (and usually even early) and the project was wrapped up exactly when we were told, and surpassed all of our expectations. We will definitely be recommending Flying Colors to anyone and everyone in the future.- Matthew M.

They started work right away and Dave kept us informed of possible delays with furnishings due to the Pandemic. He always followed up with the cabinet and granite manufacturers and kept us informed of their progress. The crew was excellent and clean. Everyday they left all work areas clean. They always gave us options and opinions for furnishing placement. We are looking forward to using JBL for our future home renovations.- Joseph C.

Because of Budds project management skills, the house project was completed in 3 months when other contractors told us it would take 6- 8 months! Budd was very responsive and quickly addressed issues and any problems that arose. We spent a little more than we wanted as there were extras that ended up costing us more but we would hire this company back in a heart beat!- carmelina l.

AWe contacted Lannes construction to finish my attic and transform it in a playroom for my kids. Ozeas was on time with first appointment, and easy to communicate. he listened my ideas and concerns and gave some input on how to do couple things I wasn’t sure. Price was very competitive and he charges for the service which I prefer as I know what I’m paying for. I ordered the flooring and door as per my taste and he took care of the basic materials I don’t really know how to buy. All very clear, he charged the materials used and returned anything we didn’t need. Very correct with money and I much appreciate it. Work is impeccable, we loved the finishing and the all experience. Will definitely hire this company again for future projects.
