  Troy and the workers at the cleaner demeanor did a great job at getting our floors shinny. They were punctual and professional. They were able to do multiple layers of wax on throughout the day and they informed us on proper care for the floors!

  Excellent. Michael was very responsive, getting back to us right away to set up an appointment.He called back to reschedule the appointment because a heavy rainstorm was expected on the scheduled day, a Monday.He came sooner ---on that Sunday. He is a pleasant man, professional and efficient.He was knowledgeable about the type of carpeting material.Would use again!

  Classic Home Service

  Never saw anyone clean carpet the way Classic Home Service did and I had many clean outfits ( Stanley Steamer ).
  We had very bad stained areas and these guys scrubbed and used so many cleaning machines. the carpet looks like " NEW " !!!!
  
  The slate floor had glue paint stains from 30 years ago and they spent 5 hours on their knees scrapping , washing and buffing the floor.
  
  WELL i now have a " NEW " floor. They put 5 coats of , I think it called, industrial polish.
  
  For $1,000.00 I have new carpet and floor. It would have cost at least  $3,000. to put new  tile floor and new carpet.
  
  Mitch and Rico, in business at least 25 years were so nice. Kept asking how does it look. Is there any thing you can see needs to be done. In this day and age it was so refreshing to have guys you felt so comfortable with, do a GREAT job and were extremely reasonable with their price.

  VanGo Cleaning & Restoration

  They showed up a bit late which at first annoyed me, but after they started to do the work I realized why.  They are very careful and meticulous, which takes time.  They obvious take the time at every house so it is understandable why they would run a bit behind schedule.  They did not rush out to go to the next appointment.
  Bob was very professional and with the help of his son, Robert (who is studying to be a Oriental Carpet appraiser and restorer) did a great job on our carpets.  He took the time to explain to me how our carpets were made and why they looked the way they did.

  VanGo Cleaning & Restoration

  They called me and told me they wanted to come over to provide an estimate for the carpet cleaning.  I called them back and said I don't want an estimate and wanted the job for $49 and there was no response.  A couple month later, I called them back again to let them know I had the Big Deal promotion to get my carpet cleaned and still received no response.

  White Leaf Floor Care Inc

  I called Mr. Kelly the first week of January to get an estimate to clean 3 rooms of carpet in a condo I am getting ready to move into.
  Mr. Kelly was punctual and went through the entire process of how he would clean the carpets and how much it would be.
  We set up an appt. for 1/2613 at 10AM and true to his word he and his helper arrived at 9:55 ready to start. As Mr. Kelly got everything ready he had his helper vaccum the entire house including to my shock along the baseboard mouldings.
  They then proceeded to do do a perimeter cleanign along all the base boards after apply a solution tohe eintire site to be cleaned.After the perimeter was done they pulled out the big cleaner extractor and did the rest of the carpet.
  After they were done they put large fans in the 3 rooms to help with the drying.
  They were in and out in 3-12 hours and I was extremely happy with their professional manner and performance.
  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  Magic Carpet Cleaning & Dyeing

  I have a large dog who, while fully house trained, occasionally causes stains to occur on my beige carpet.  I called Magic Carpet because of it's very high rating on Angie's List and I was not disappointed.  The owner responded quickly to my phone call and was very helpful in setting up an appointment.  He arrived at the designated time and did a great job cleaning my carpeting.  He was clean, efficient and very polite.  I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet and I would certainly use them again in the future.

  Roman and his  crew clean my house each week for the past six years. They are honest, reliable, dependable and friendly, always greeting our family with a smile.   Mr. Richie of Royal Carpet Care did not stretch the carpets, but he recommended someone who did.  They did an excellent job.  Then, Royal Carpet Care came and cleaned the rug.  They were on time and thorough.

  Everything went very well:

  • Made the call on 12/14/11 and scheduled the service for 12/21/11.
  • Workman arrived on schedule
  • He took over when he arrived - moved all the furniture, cleaned LR rug as needed.
  • As he was completing the LR rug, I asked about doing stairs and upper hallway. He responded to doing the extra work very quickly and completed the work within the time frame to suit my schedule.
  • Cleanup and removal of all equipment was very complete.
  • The total project cost was $250.
