AFuture Image Designs IncI had a very pleasant experience with Future Image Designs as I needed to replace my roof and my trim. Mario the owner patiently went over in great detail everything with me. He explained colors, styles, and all my options until I was perfectly comfortable with my choices. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Although it was a busy time and his schedule was hectic he was able to accommodate me within two weeks. He showed up promptly everyday and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The crew did a great job with the clean up as well. The outcome was fabulous and he also gave us free gutters. AMajor Homes CorpI used Major Homes on many small jobs over the last 10 years, but now had a big project on the table. I was completely gutting and renovating an apartment with 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. I had no doubt about the quality of work they would provide, and once again Major Homes delivered. Mitch, Budd and their team provided many options on the renovation to make sure we were all on the same page. The project manager, as well as the owner Mitch, were extremely responsive to any questions/concerns we had both before, during and even after the work was completed. Communication was top notch and that was something that was important to me. Mitch was always on top of the day to day progress on each aspect of the job, and clearly takes pride in doing a good job. He would take calls/respond to emails and text messages any time of day, and even weekends. Workers always showed up when we were told to expect them, and did so on time. In additional to the 2 new bathrooms and kitchen that was renovated, all new windows, interior doors and frames, molding, shelving, extrerior doors, flooring, new electrical work/fxtures, attic re-design and flooring all were done by Major Homes. Any debris and garbage was all carted away immediately, leaving nothing for us to clean up. All workers sent were knowledgeable in their field and always answered any questions we had with complete professionalism and respect...and always put our minds at ease. Mitch also has a great network of trustworthy people he recommended for appliances, painting, and even a locksmith. I have recommended Major Homes to others, and also plan to use them again myself in the future.
