Tyler has done 2 jobs for me. I will provide detail so people can make their own decisions based on their needs. First, replacement of a hot water heater. Tyler works alone, no other plumbers on staff. Scheduling was a few weeks out, install went well, job was done neat and clean, price was competitive. We discussed future replacement of my existing aging pressure regulating valve. I later scheduled that job. Tyler cancelled on me twice at the last minute- once for a heating emergency (ok, that happens) , 2nd to take on a preferred commercial customer (not so OK). A few months later, I decided to give him a 2nd chance and rescheduled. He came a few weeks later, I thought install went ok although price seemed a bit high. Next morning, my 6 month old water heater T&P valve was dripping water. It had failed. No way to know if this was related to PRV install or a fluke. Tyler did come at the end of the day and warrantied a new T&P. We both noticed however, that the water seemed extremely hot even after the heater being off for more than 8 hours. Tyler volunteered to contact a manufacturer rep friend about the controller. I tested temperatures for a week, didn't hear back from him about temps. Reminded him, still never heard. A few weeks later, PRV and gauges suddenly were not acting as expected. Sprinkler system had been turned on, wondered if related. Email and texted Tyler for advice. He responded he would call "shortly". Four hours later, no call. I texted again and he called. I explained what happened; his attitude was dismissive, rude, and irritated. He told me he couldn't come over for "every little thing" and told me to watch it for a week and he would call me the next week. Did he ever call - no. I will not give him a 3rd chance. The measure of a good company is not how they perform when everything goes as planned; it is how they react when things go wrong.

    Pete The Plumber NY
Pete was great he called and asked if he could come earlier than the arranged time which was perfect for us. He repaired our old tub faucet and installed beautiful new fixtures. He made sure everything was working and cleaned up the area before he left. We already hired him again for another repair. Thank you Pete!!

All the sink pipes were replaced, a new outlet installed ( for code purposes) and the garbage disposal replaced by one which I had previously purchased. The entire thing was done in 1.5 hours and the area left clean. The old stuff was also removed and taken.

    Plumbing Today Inc.
Took time off from work to meet the plumber during the agreed upon appointment start window. The plumber neither showed up nor called to say he/she was running late. Don't waste your time with these people. The reviews are poor for a reason.

Tyler was prompt, professional, courteous and fairly priced. As an extra bonus, he explained what he was doing and what I could do in the future to avoid having the same issues again. I would highly recommend using this company.

Pros: Showed up same day, on time, to provide an estimate Cons: Ridiculous pricing, non-disclosed estimate fee, generic estimate that did not require a visit I had 3 items requested for service: (1) installing two new faucets I had already purchesed in my master bath vanity, (2)replacing a broken outdoor spigot and (3) adding a condensate pump to my ice machine. I offered to send detailed pictures of the repairs needed and the parts I purchased but the receptionist said they don't take pictures and they could send someone out within a couple of hours to take a look at items needing repair/replacement. After coming to my home on an unbearably hot day, the tech estimated $299 for each faucet and recommended an overly complex draining system to add the condensate pump to my ice machine. The total work for installing 3 replacement faucets would have cost $800-900. I told them not to bother to bid on the condensate pump. I did not know they charged for estimates and when I told the tech I was not interested in replacing 3 faucets for $900, he asked me to pay $99 for the estimate which I refused because it was not disclosed ahead of time. I ultimately decided to replace the condensate pump on my own, and called an independently licensed plumber at $75 an hour to do all three faucet/repairs for $225 total. I got the sense that the tech was really as salesperson who made commission on selling the most expensive repair they could get away with. Excessive charges like these for mundane repairs make maintaining a home unaffordable, particularly for the elderly trying to age in place and keep their homes. Farrell pricing may actually be in line with similar large entities in the area, but are not in line with reasonable costs for a homeowner in this area. If they were the only choice, I would have to be on Youtube to figure out how to do these repairs on my own. Thank goodness for independent plumbers.

We hired Limitless to come fix a few leaks and broken seals in our new house. Kevin was wonderful! He was on time and was very professional. He quickly identified the problems and was upfront about his estimate for services and parts. When we happened to find another leak that was unexpected, he called his office to get the part brought by our house immediately, so we didnt have to schedule a second appointment. I would highly recommend Kevin and Limitless to anyone looking for quality and reasonable plumbing services.

    Father & Son Home Improvements
Mark and Don were very efficient in there work, they came as promised and got right to work. Pleasant and knowledgeable and took time to explain what they were doing. My wife was impressed with the clean up and they even took the old toilet away.

We suddenly had even less water pressure than usual. I was afraid it was our old water softener, and was concerned because it SOUNDED like water was rushing into it, but in fact nothing was happening. I emailed Limitless and Laci in the office contacted me back very quickly. The very nice young man who came out diagnosed th problem as being outside our home, and contacted the water authority who identified a broken water main in our street. We arranged to have the water softener replaced, because it was TIME! He came on time, did a great job, carted off the old softener and cleaned up after himself.

We couldn't have hired a better contractor. Limitless Plb & Htg does outstanding work! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are 2nd to none. We are completely satisfied with the work done and I would strongly recommend them from a simple faucet repair to a complete remodel. If you need any plumbing or heating work done, do yourself a favor and call Limitless P&H. They'll do a great job at a fair price. You won't be disappointed.
