    I ordered a new gas range from a big box store, but their price to detach the old gas line and attach the new was a bit high. When I called Paul, he was extremely responsive and came the day before the range was delivered to detach the line. He also gave me good advice on getting an appliance electrical cord for the new range, as my old range was set up differently. After the new range came, I called Paul again, and he came within 2 hrs, hooked it up, tested that everything was working, and explained how everything worked. Paul was very accommodating, courteous, and paid attention to details. Plus he was kind enough to only charged me for one trip out, even though he made two. I would definitely use his services again.

    The repair went fantastic. We were able to get an appointment the same day and the technician arrived right on time, a few minutes early even. Installed a new ice cube maker that he actually had in his truck, very fast and efficient. The cost of the new part, the appointment charge and the labor charge were all under what I would expect to normally pay. Plus the Angie's List coupon code helped too.     Repair made, but he was honest and said repair was a temp fix, and that in the long run, not to put any money in repair to just by a new machine. Repair was made fir less than $100 and machine working as long as we do light loads. But, this gave us time to save up and review what washer we next want to purchase.

    I called for an appointment and they gave me a 3-hour window. Although the repair person was running late, I asked them to please call me just before he was scheduled to arrive at my house in order to give me enough time to leave work and arrive home. They were very good about that. I thought my washer needed a new part, but he just made some adjustments, and it works fine. They're honest and charged a fair rate. I hope my washer never breaks down again, but if it does, I will call them.

    The repairman - Eric Bonner - was so professional, knowledgeable - he knew how to turn the electrical breaker off so I didn't have to go downstairs and do it!! Eric inserted the new track without any problem and HE EVEN PUT DOWN A RUG SO MY FLOOR WOULDN'T GET DIRTY!!

    He was so kind to my little dog, who barks all the time at strangers...

    I just couldn't be happier with a repairman!

Feiden worked with us and got us exactly what we needed.  It was delivered on the date of our choice and installed perfectly by David and John.  The price included installation of the new microwave, removal and disposal of the old one.  Couldn't ask for better people to work with.

    The installers, Keith & Mark, called to advise estimated delivery and install window (2 hours) in the morning.  They arrived within the time provided and promptly removed the old washer and gave me time to clean up the area.  When I couldn't get up all the leaked fluids from the old machine, they helped me and got it all up.  They then proceeded to install and test the new machine.  For some reason, the new machine did not have a service manual and they contacted their supervisor to advise and took my email address so that a new manual could be sent to me. This is my 1st dealing with this appliance store and I would definitely consider them should I need a new appliance again.

    The interior light in our Electrolux Dishwasher failed and I called for service.  Jeremy repaired our dishwasher's interior light and checked for error codes stored in the machine.  He was prompt, courteous, patient and thorough.    The experience was painless and efficient.  It was a pleasure to deal with a local company for service on product we purchased from them.  Having had a previous difficult experience with appliance repair from a big box store, it took 6 weeks to have a dish washer repaired only to have it fail again in three months, I will now be sure to make all future appliance purchases from a local reputable dealer.  The shine of low price is quickly dulled by poor service.  Buy local and shine of satisfaction continues.

    Great (except buying a new washing machine). Rusty arrived promptly and was efficient in his inspection and gave us options.Realistically, with a 10 year old washing machine, we didn't really want to sink money into a large expense for fixing.  I appreciate their reasonable service call price and their promptness.
    I will definitely (but hopetully not have to) use again.
