Administrators and counselors were very helpful and informative. Answered all my questions.  Everyone was very personable.  I ended up getting a membership as well as my daughter.

    Tiny Tots Early Learning Center

The atmosphere did not feel welcoming or family friendly. They do not alter things for children due to their individual ages, which I felt was somewhat of an obstacle to their learning; it was more of a one-size-fits-all approach. I did not feel my child learned anything of value, either educationally, creatively or functionally. They are nonetheless big on rules. My wife had heard good things and it was close by. However, if I could do it all over again, I would have looked at other places before committing to this place.

    Kong, Dr. Philomena W.

I had tried several alternate approaches to rectifying my conditions while working at the same time. Dr. Kong had appointment times that I was able to work with and overall it was a wonderful experience. She is a terrific Medical Doctor and my insurance would cover it because she was an MD. I was very pleased with her and all her services

    Integrative Physical Therapy
The therapists were fine. The owner Kimberly was distant and unavailable. I had very good sessions with Jerry and miss his expertise. Jill did her job but was never on time and frequently left you alone beyond appointed time. Hedy, the receptionist was more than terrific.
    That said, the fights and arguments over my insurance and Lisa's (billing company) inability to get things right, made my issues more than the pain in the neck, I was being treated for. The last straw came when I was told that, as a medicare patient, I could no longer be treated by Jerry. Followed up with a phone call the very next day telling me that I would have to pay for services if medicare denied the claim. Since I have other insurance that pays for unlimited PT regardless of medicare, I can only assume that all medicare patients are being forced to go elsewhere. When pushed, it was told to me that and quot;what if there is an audit?and quot;
I have never been treated so unprofessionally and dismissed the minute medicare came into play. I should also note that I was the one to contact both medicare and Empire Blue Cross to correct the billing errors made by IPT and after hours and hours of my time, IPT was paid in full by both medicare and Blue Cross with no cost to me.
I will be seeing another PT shortly.

I highly recommend Riverfront Physical Therapy to everyone looking for superior one on one physical therapy care. I am also a medical professional and my level of trust in her decisions and care is 100 percent. Her office staff are also excellent and very friendly.

    Kokwai Yap MD
Dr Yap is a fantastic acupuncturist, since I have started going to him my migraines have decreased in severity. He's also helping me with muscle spasms in the neck/shoulders. I would highly recommend him to others for migraine/neck issues. He is very friendly, gets to know his patients and makes sure that the specific issues you have are being addressed. He takes health insurance payment as well from providers, so check to see if he accepts your insurance.

    Graham, Dr. John
Dr. John and Dr. Tamara are very good at chiropractic care. I've been seeing both of them for several years now, and they keep me in line (pun intended) and out of pain. They are very gentle and listen carefully and help you get better and feel better. They never recommended any special or fancy treatment plan for me, they just address any issues that come up and I see them every couple of months for a and quot;tune upand quot; as needed. They have a package discount if you don't have insurance, which makes them affordable whether you are in network or not.

    Beloyianis, Dr. Leo
First, a huge thank you to Dr. Leo for taking the time to come see us at the fire house and provide us with free consultations and adjustments between calls.  Dr. Leo took quite a bit of time to speak with each firefighter and perform a cursory analysis of their current state.  He would then do a basic adjustment based on that.  I began by asking Dr. Leo several questions as I was a bit unsure of whether or not to trust a chiropractor.  Dr. Leo was excellent and took a good bit of time explaining the effects of adjustments and how a chiropractor should start with an analysis and move from there.  He sat me down and did a general adjustment with a focus on my lower back and my neck as I had some tension and discomfort in those areas from stress and work environments.  Needless to say, I was incredibly impressed with how humble he was as well as how professional and informed he was.  Within a few minutes after the adjustments I could immediately feel the difference in my neck and back.  I haven't had a headache in the three weeks since the adjustment and I strongly believe it is due to him.
If I didn't live five hours away, I would make a regular visit to see Dr. Leo for adjustments.  On top of that, any individual that comes and volunteers their time to assist others like that when knowing that all of us live hours away and will not return for business is excellent in my book.
In summation, Dr. Leo knows his stuff and did an excellent job for all of us.  Thanks!

    Body By Baaden
To enable her to understand the root of the problem, Barbara had me write up some pertinent information for her before the first session. At the first session, we reviewed it and discussed my urination problem and some psychological things in my conscious mind. The discussion provided her with necessary information and also helped me to begin to relax. Relaxation is very important for hypnosis. The patient must really desire a solution to the problem by means of hypnotherapy and must relax enough to make the subconscious mind accessible to the therapist.
I experienced an amazing improvement after the first session. I was able to initiate urination without having to wait more than 30 seconds. Barbara has a great gift for psychological insight and intuition. She knew just what to say to me during the hypnotherapy session. There may be more to it than that, but she could not have gotten anywhere without her excellent understanding.
The process takes 5 weekly sessions. The last 4 reinforced the first. At the last 4, we again discussed what was going on in my conscisous mind. I improved somewhat during the last 4 sessions, but there wasn't much room for improvement because the first session had been so astoundingly and thoroughly effective. This was more than I had hoped for.

    Kokwai Yap MD
Dr. Yap was wonderful. He was always on time, always listened patiently, answered all questions and sent me for further diagnostic tests when acupuncture did not appear to be resolving the complex issue for which I was seeing him. I would not hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend his services. It is understood before treatments are begun that acupuncture is not a guarantee to resolve all medical issues but I do feel that there was some progress.
