Wonderful experience! I called Duane Friday late afternoon when my Water heater wouldn't start. He gave me some pointers over the phone on things to try. The other vendors I called wouldn't even want to try to repair the Water Heater. When nothing worked, I called Prime back for them to come replace the water heater. Duane gave me an approximate cost of $900.00 for replacement, $200 BELOW the others I called. I also used the Angie's List coupon for an additional $25 off. Neal called back - we scheduled it for Monday morning first thing. Monday Morning @ 8, I got a call from Neal saying they were coming over between 8:30 & 9. Just after 9AM, Tony showed up Neal came over a little later to assist Tony for a while. Both Tony and Neal were superb in their politeness and professionalism. The work got done in about 3 hours, due to a run out to Home Depot for a couple parts. The Water Heater works GREAT. I would hire them in an instant for any needs. Awesome service!!!

Zane came to my House on Monday and gave me an estimate. We scheduled to. have the Work done on Tuesday. Early Tuesday morning as they stated Fonseca Plumbing and Drain showed up and began the work. They completed the work in record time and explain the new system Fully. Very pleased with their work.

Fantastic! Lee and Tommy are exceptional craftsmen and professionals. Their focus on quality and pride in their work was evident from their first day on the project. There were promptly on site every morning and worked well into the early evening (through a particularly hot stretch in the summer). They were flexible as we changed our design at least twice, and always willing to present options. We would absolutely hire Belyea Custom Contracting again (and plan to do so this coming summer).

Owner came over to assess the situation before doing any work, was very conscientious about taking shoes off when walking through the house. Plumber Informed me that the job would require an additional person due to the plumbing running from the basement up an interior wall.  The job required cutting out a piece of the sheetrock, in order to repair the punctured line.  They were able to cut out a small portion of sheetrock to get to the problem, which helped me when having to repair the opening.
The job was completed within two hours, the workers cleaned up their mess, informed me by telephone when the job was completed and even left me the piece of piping that was punctured.
They were professional, punctual and reasonably priced.

The service took two hours  and we receive a free pipe shield liquid drainage. A $50 dollar value and a guarantee 30 day labor warranty. I had $50 dollar coupon mail to me from Roto Rooter for using there service in the past. Good company and professional people. Give them a try I think you'll be glad you did.

They did a great job with all the tasks we gave them.  One of O'Toole's supervisors (Butch) performed most of the repairs, and he brought in one or two others as needed.  They showed a lot of professionalism, skill, attention to detail, and courtesy.  Butch understood what had to be done and I got the feeling that both he and the business owner have many years of experience.  Butch especially showed attention to the deck, coating the spaces between the planks to protect them.  The other folks he brought to help were good also (one was even a smoker who was careful to never leave any butts in our yard).  The price was good, based on all the work that we needed done.  I have already recommended O'Toole's to two people, and we'll think of them if we have future work to do.

Very well. John was very quick when I called with an "emergency" repair need. He assessed the situation and then we went to Home Depot together to buy the sump pump and piping that was needed. That way I didn't have to pay extra for the sump pump and the warranty/receipt would be in our name.
While John was here he gave me some ideas for better drainage out in the yard. He told me how we could do it ourselves.

Very nice, very friendly.  There was a little mis-communication issue on their part, so instead of the 2.00-3.00 timeframe, it was more like 5.00 when he got there.
Little did we know that when you put pasta or rice in your drain, if it gets caught in an elbow or corner, it will expand and get stuck.  Which is exactly what happened.  It was clogged on Saturday, we called them Monday morning and they were there that day.  By the time they got there, of course it had unclogged itself.  He felt really bad, but had to charge us for the service call, which I understood.  But he also looked at all the pipes, and told us where it probably got clogged.  Just make sure you don't put rice/pasta in the disposal, and if you do, run LOTS of hot water.
The only other issue was the website.  I had sent an e-mail on Saturday and they said I would hear from someone within 48 hours. I wasn't sure if that included Sunday, so I decided to call them on Monday.  They told me that because Towne has bought Austin Plumbing, nobody is really checking the website.  Tho I did get a call back referencing the e-mail on Wed.
Will definitely call them again, tho I hope I never have to.

When the plumbers got here (were scheduled for between noon-2, and got here near 1), I was initially turned off because they didn't introduce themselves.  They just walked right in and got to work.  The work was very quick, and they were clean about it. They did seem like they wanted to get on to the next job rather swiftly.   Although they were the cheapest quote that I found, there was some price discrepancy between what the receptionist told me and what I was charged.  It wasn't very much difference, but they should be on the same page.  On a positive note, I forgot to use my Angie's list coupon when they were here, so I called and they said they would mail me a refund for that amount.  So far the disposal seems to be in working order (I supplied), but we shall see if anything changes.  They were able to use my old power cord from the last disposal so I could return the new one and save some money.  I would say this was average service overall.

I was very happy with the job Bill performed with the whole plumbing job. Encouraged by that I hired him to remove and replace rotted plywood subfloor. He did a good job at this but could not count on him showing up every day. That in itself was a huge inconvenience as the area he was doing was a traffic area which was located in the middle of the house. He stated he numerous personal things going on. I was patient with Bill he did complete the subfloor and was ready to start the tile which he did. He was using a new product to use on top of plywood we supplied him with a video and alll necessary information for proper install. He stated he read all info and was ready to do it and would not have a problem. All materials were on site. The installation went horribly wrong. When I arrived home and saw he had not used the adhesive grout for application of the plastic on to the plywood he was stunned. I then called Best Tile the supplier and was told it must me taken up and gotten as clean as possible. Bill at that point said he was just going to leave. He re-thought and came back in to start removal. I t was a mess, it was Thursday evening and he said he would not be back until Monday. We told him that was unacceptable we could not live in the house with this mess.
The situation was not tolerable asked Bill to leave and found another contractor to clean up his mess and start over. If I had not caught that mistake I would have been out thousands of dollars.
