    Their prices are reasonable. One of the reasons i like to go to them is when you take your car for an oil change they will also check your computer and if they see any effects and recommend any services they provide. They also check the number of miles left, i can also get oil fluids for free during the year. It can be oil change or washer fluids. I have been going to them for years and years.

    Currently having truck serviced with this company and am completely appalled by every aspect of the company. A job that they said would take under a week has now taken over two weeks and isnt even done yet! It gets worse. We saw the truck one day last week and the side mirror was BROKEN and the bumper was DENTED. We have been forced to pay out of pocket for rental cars. I have met with the manager multiple times over the last week and have requested to speak with the owner to resolve these issues and have constantly been given the run around. I have NEVER written a review on anything and feel so appalled, taken advantage of, deceived, and you name it -by Ziebart on Hiawatha blvd in syracuse that i have not only written this review but also contacted the Better Business Bureau and Ziebarts Corporate office (the corporate office btw has been extremely helpful this far) to have my complaints formally documented. No person or their property should be treated this way by a company. I not only DONT RECOMMEND ZIEBART on Hiawatha blvd i would highly suggest to friends and family to never trust their vehicle or money to that place or any franchise owned by that owner.

    It went very well. The salesman took several visits to see my husband and I to discuss how we would finance, pricing, features of the vehicle, etc. The sales department is great too - I've been there before with a previous car.

    This is the second time that we have visited Nick Orso's Body Shop for auto repair within the past 6 months. Again our vehicle was damaged while it was parked. The damage consisted of a broken headlight assembly, dented front fascia, damage to the grill and front center emblem. The OEM replacement front fascia was expertly painted and blended into both of the front fenders for a seamless paint finish. All of the replacement parts where OEM replacement parts as requested (not aftermarket) and the work was completed in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful in dealing with our insurance company and was there to answer all of our questions. I would not hesitate to have Nick Orso's deal with any future repair and I highly recommend them for auto body repair.

    Larry and the staff at Nick Orso's were courteous, professional and always available to answer questions and to address concerns. A loaner vehicle was offered but wasn't needed. Our vehicle did take a while to complete, but it was certainly worth the wait. Excellence can sometimes take a little longer. I highly recommend.

    I had a check engine light on and brought my car in to be checked.  Test passed and they cleared the code.  Check engine light came on again the next day.  I brought my car in again and they had it over 3 weeks (rental car was covered by warranty)...they had trouble figuring out what was wrong.  Finally got my car back and several days later the car would not start.  Had it towed to the dealer I bought the car from in the Rochester area.  They attributed part of the problem to damage from previous wire tracing at Evans.  I have no confidence in Evans and would not bring my car there again.

    Actual cost of job was nearly $200 more than estimate.  They did not include diagnostic in the estimate. This may be the most expensive spark plug replacement of any domestic SUV in history.  We were a loyal customer of this store for over 14 years and the new management wasn't responsive to our utter shock at the final price.  We have since brought our cars (3) elsewhere for service.

    Found First Automotive off of Angie's List because of glowing reviews and b/c my regular auto shop (Dunn Tire) did not specialize in A/C. Called a week before to inquire about services and spoke with Roberta. She was very upbeat, friendly and thorough in her explanation of their A/C diagnostic service. I was impressed with her knowledge and asked if she was a mechanic. Her reply, "No, I'm just the other half of one. My husbands the mechanic." I told her that I would check my schedule and call back later. Few days later, I called to schedule and spoke with a gentleman who was also nice and friendly. They were able to accommodate my schedule (Friday morning 9:30). I arrived early (9:15) and asked the woman at the counter if she was Roberta. She said, yes and asked if I was Cindy the one she talked with over the phone. I said yes. She told me at that time that I had also spoken to her husband, Mark, when I scheduled. So at that point, I knew that they were just nice folks. She asked if anyone referred me and I said no that I found them on Angie's list. She happily told me that so many people have found them off that list. She then asked if I would be waiting with the car, I told her yes. She then asked for my keys so they could proceed right away as I was filling out paperwork. I had my 4 year old son with me and prepared a bag of stuff (dvds. books) to keep him occupied since I knew that we'd be there for a while. Much to my amazement we were out the door by (10:56) and that also included waiting for the part (new A/C relay) to arrive. As Mark drove the car to the front and told me that they had washed the car for me and fixed the a/c, Roberta asked me which color Hot wheel my son would enjoy. She asked my son's name and then proceeded to call him to the window saying that she had a gift for him. You should have seen his eyes light up when he received his gift. She also complimented him on how well he behaved. As I went to my car, I found a thank you note and goodie bag with a magnet, pen, keychain and $5 off coupon. Wow! talk about PERSONALIZED customer service. My son was grinning with his hot wheel, I was grinning with my excellent service experience and of course my FIXED A/C!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!

    I am there often, unfortunately... But, they always take care of the issue for me. What I like is that they will take you and show you the bad parts, and why they are bad. Also, if you only need one thing fixed, they wont tell you you will need to replace a bunch of unneccessary things.

    I spent around $30 on that service and I thought that it was a good price. I have two Fords and my daughter has one and I have the other. I have the older Ford that was given to us as a gift and they have worked on that. My experience with them has been very good. They were very professional and I feel like I have been treated very well. Usually they come up with suggestions and things that needed to be done. They have told me what needed to be done immediately and what could be put off for a while. Their price was by far the best when I bought a car from them.
