    Frank's Mr. Plumber
    The sump pump costs over $600 (and that is a 'sale' price) and it did not last even 4 years (installed in Oct 2004 and not working/basement flooding by same time in 2018). I had Frank's come out to look at why it is not working and they said that happens and they recommend a new brand that is more expensive (and of course need to pay full price as warranty ended after 3 years). Seems like a lot of money to be spending every 3 to 4 years for a sump pump. Also the person sent out was not very knowledgeable and when I mentioned this to Frank's, they had someone call me back that was very rude and condenscending on the phone and wasted alot of my time explaining machine specifications and then laughed at me. Where's the "service" and caring for customers?

    Everything about their service is top notch. From the estimate walk through, to completion of the work-it was amazing. I originally met with them at my house and after a thorough investigation of the yard they came up with a plan for a drainage system. It did take a while to get the work done due to it depending on weather conditions. I want to say the from the estimate date to actual work start date, was about 4 to 5 weeks. But work was completed in two days. Breakdown- Estimate: Paul came out and was very polite and on time. Estimate took maybe an hour to an hour and a half. Consisted of a thorough walk through of the property. He took many measurements of the grounds, came up with multiple solutions for our water issues and thoroughly went over everything with us. Now the worst part- The wait. Siegel took care of getting the utilities marked, so after a few weeks when we finally started to see flags show up in the yard we started to get excited.. we received a phone call form Siegel that everything was good to go and we went over when they would come out. Installation day- Day 1- These guys were awesome. Really friendly, on time. Boards were laid out for their equipment so they wouldn't damage parts of the lawn they weren't working on. They removed the sod so that it could be replaced when they were done. They laid about 170 feet of pipe, installed a lifting station to pump water away. Day 2- They finished everything up. Replaced all the sod. I also had them fill in and level off a section of the yard using soil from where they dug out. At the end, they cleaned up and hauled everything away. Nothing was left behind. Yard pretty much looked like it did when they started. Work was completed a couple of weeks ago yard has been completely dry since. All in all, i was thoroughly impressed with the job they did and have been happy so far with the results. We went from an unusable back yard that turned in to a mushy mess that took forever to dry out whenever it rained to a nice dry yard that we can enjoy. We've had a few rains since work was completed and we've notice no real issues. I would definitely use them again.

    Requested service 4/24.  Set time for onsite estimate 4/25.  No show. No call.  Received call Thursday 4/28 setting time for Friday 4/29.  No call no show.  Have not received a call nearly a week later.  Can understand delays from prior jobs but can not understand lack of courtesy for no return call a week later.  Would not recommend with the other options available.

    The first challenge was to remove the old faucet, which was in a hard-to-reach place and becoming rusty underneath. It was out in less than a couple of minutes! Then, Kevin installed the new faucet (one of those with touch on/off technology) and, to my surprise, everything worked well in the first time!

    Roy's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

    Called Roy's to see if they could wire a AprilAire furnace humidifier and clean our furnace...When technician arrived he told me he was not familiar with wiring humidifiers and was only going to clean furnace. He did take pictures and was going to have someone contact me to help...After a couple days have not heard back I contacted Roy's to lodge a complaint. I was told it would be forwarded to a supervisor...I did get a call from I guess another tech you tried to talk me the instructions over the phone but was hard to understand since I was at work and did not have the wiring schematic available to me.

    I have contacted another contractor to come out and take care of...This now will take another day of leave to be available at home.

    I will not be using Roy's in the future or would recommend them..

    I'll start this off with: During a project mishaps can happen. It's how the mishap is taken care of that counts in my book. The staff at Zenner and Ritter were right on or very willing to resolve our situation. Brian the owner came right out and took pictures of the damaged cabinet. Then one of his office workers offered us 100.00 in order to take care of it. I said we were not interested in money just wanted the problem taken care of. Next they wanted to replace the vanity. I said that this was not necessary and suggested that there must be a way to take care of it with out going to the extremes of replacing it. Brian mentioned that he would consult with a carpenter that was going to do some work for them. The consult resulted in suggesting a molding be installed around the bottom of cabinet. That was done today and it looks very good. The person they sent out did an excellent job. So this is why it has taken me so long to write a review. As I said things can go wrong, it's what takes place afterward that's most important. From our experience it's safe to say: If an unforeseen mishap occurs during an install it is very important to have a reputable company involved. I highly recommend Zenner and Ritter Take Care

    Works fine except in freezing temperatures...Outside line freezes and base pump inoperative. Informed contractor and advised me he needed to change pitch of line outside. Said he was busy and get back to me in a week or so. This was in late February and since then have left numerous calls with messages and no return contact. Last call was a week ago..

    Mark Spoth is a very upfront plumber who did quality work for me.  He replaced our old tanks with new Bradford White tanks which are top of the line.  Other dealers quoted a slightly higher price and using somewhat cheaper replacement tanks.  Job was done quickly and efficiently with no cleanup needed.  All in all, a very good experience.

    We received several estimates from other local heating and cooling companies and found that Zenner & Ritter were not only the most reasonable, but the most knowledgable and professional as well. The employee I spoke with took time to educate me so I could make an informed decision on what options were available. The installers were prompt, extremely professional, and very considerate of my home. They took the time to explain everything to me when the installation was complete. We were so pleased with the work, that we now use them for our routine generator maintenance. On a whim, I inquired about HEPA filters for my daughters bedroom. I had purchased a small unit from a local home goods store that was clumsy, difficult to clean and offered no relief of my daughter allergy symptoms. Zenner & Ritter provided several options in different price ranges so I best choose what worked for our family. In the end, we were very satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Zenner & Ritter. We will continue to use them for routine maintenance in the future.
