    I was off on the day I call and Nat showed up on the same day. He is knowledgeable very professional. I purchased a service contact so he will be checking my HVAC twice a year. Some rebates were available which decreased the total cost by $160.

    We began by having Nate come out for a furnace and A/C inspection since we had recently moved into our home. He was very thorough and repaired/cleaned several parts on our furnace. Nate found a cracked heat exchanger in the furnace which meant it needed to be replaced. Our furnace is 17 years old, so it was about that time anyway. He also discovered some pitting in a few parts in the A/C unit. We set up an appointment for the following week to have him replace our furnace with a more efficient 2-stage model as well as have him zone off our ducts so there is one zone downstairs and one zone upstairs. It took a day and a half to have everything completed, including replacing the worn out parts on the A/C unit and having a whole house humidifier installed on the furnace. Nate was prompt each time he came to the house. He was upfront about every cost and was not pushy at all. I research everything I purchase and all of his recommendations were spot on. He cleaned up the work area very well when finished. We are very happy with Nate and Climate King and would highly recommend them!

    Roy's Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

    Called Roy's to see if they could wire a AprilAire furnace humidifier and clean our furnace...When technician arrived he told me he was not familiar with wiring humidifiers and was only going to clean furnace. He did take pictures and was going to have someone contact me to help...After a couple days have not heard back I contacted Roy's to lodge a complaint. I was told it would be forwarded to a supervisor...I did get a call from I guess another tech you tried to talk me the instructions over the phone but was hard to understand since I was at work and did not have the wiring schematic available to me.

    I have contacted another contractor to come out and take care of...This now will take another day of leave to be available at home.

    I will not be using Roy's in the future or would recommend them..

    I made a phonecall on Monday morning and Twin City returned my call within an hour.  They arranged to come to my house at the end of the day so that it wouldn't disrupt my work day.  Repair was performed quickly and efficiently.  The technicians were very friendly and communicative.  Due to this great service, I placed their business card on my refrigerator door for all future servicing of my furnace and AC.

    I'll start this off with: During a project mishaps can happen. It's how the mishap is taken care of that counts in my book. The staff at Zenner and Ritter were right on or very willing to resolve our situation. Brian the owner came right out and took pictures of the damaged cabinet. Then one of his office workers offered us 100.00 in order to take care of it. I said we were not interested in money just wanted the problem taken care of. Next they wanted to replace the vanity. I said that this was not necessary and suggested that there must be a way to take care of it with out going to the extremes of replacing it. Brian mentioned that he would consult with a carpenter that was going to do some work for them. The consult resulted in suggesting a molding be installed around the bottom of cabinet. That was done today and it looks very good. The person they sent out did an excellent job. So this is why it has taken me so long to write a review. As I said things can go wrong, it's what takes place afterward that's most important. From our experience it's safe to say: If an unforeseen mishap occurs during an install it is very important to have a reputable company involved. I highly recommend Zenner and Ritter Take Care

    Other than the fact that the work was delayed significantly (which could easily have been due to the red tape for doing subsidized work with the State's Empower program) these guys were fantastic. They were polite, kind, very efficient and very responsive.  They answered all my questions, helped figure out a work around when it turned out the work I wanted could not be done the way I wanted it done (for good reasons) and didn't charge me extra for it. They did wonderful work, and when some of it needed to be redone or wasn't completed on the first go-round, they returned and did the work again.
    They ALWAYS put on shoe protectors in the house, explained everything they were doing and asked frequently about whether or not it was OK to make modifications.
    I should clarify by saying that it is a house that was probably built in the '30s and has had multiple additions. What seemed possible at the outset, turned out not to be. They had to put holes in the drywall and holes in the ceiling of a closet. These were returned to paint ready condition -- and for the drywall sanding, a complete curtain of plastic was placed around the area so that the drywall dust didn't get into everything.
    I was very impressed, and I've had a lot of work done on my home by several different contractors. From here on in, if Frank's can do it, they are the ones I am hiring!

    We received several estimates from other local heating and cooling companies and found that Zenner & Ritter were not only the most reasonable, but the most knowledgable and professional as well. The employee I spoke with took time to educate me so I could make an informed decision on what options were available. The installers were prompt, extremely professional, and very considerate of my home. They took the time to explain everything to me when the installation was complete. We were so pleased with the work, that we now use them for our routine generator maintenance. On a whim, I inquired about HEPA filters for my daughters bedroom. I had purchased a small unit from a local home goods store that was clumsy, difficult to clean and offered no relief of my daughter allergy symptoms. Zenner & Ritter provided several options in different price ranges so I best choose what worked for our family. In the end, we were very satisfied with our purchase. I highly recommend Zenner & Ritter. We will continue to use them for routine maintenance in the future.

He made the appointment for after my work hours which is a great help. He was prompt and did a great job. I wasn't sure if I had a gas leak but he found it and fixed it. Service was excellent. I will call him again if I need anything.

    Getting an estimate was painless and easy. Everything was explained well and I was given several options in the price range and brands I was interested in. Scheduling the job was likewise easy, as they were willing to come essentially as soon as they had all the parts.
    The install went well - they finished up earlier than expected and left a (mostly) clean work site (see below). The new A/C seems to work fine. I will come back and update when the hot summer months arrive. The workers were on time, as unobtrusive as humanly possible, and were happy to show me the work done before the last man left.
    There are only two things that left my wife and me a little less than completely satisfied.
    1. One of the workers left a disposable cigarette lighter on top of our hot water heater, right next to the exhaust blower.
    2. For some reason, the workers shut off our hot water heater, and did not turn it back on. There was enough residual hot water in the tank for our evening use, so we did not notice until my wife took her morning shower. It was less than a pleasant discovery. Luckily it took just the flip of a switch to turn back on, but still, not a pleasant way to start the day!
    Silly oversight on their part that otherwise mars what would have been an A level experience. Hopefully they put more attention to detail into the actual install - I'll be watching it closely for the first couple of months it gets heavy use!
