    Ludovico Electric Inc
Excellent! Very trustworthy and dependable. We have known him for years and he has the experience and expertise to get the job done. He will not rip you off and will let you know exactly what needs to be done and do it. I just bought a new home which needed several electrical issues addressed and he was able to take care of everything and even more. You will not be disappointed.

There were a lot of dislikes. I had a problem with them. They got the initial fans in but it was sloppy work. They left big gaps between the fan and the ceiling. Just messy as far as leaving junk up in the attic. They weren't prepared as far as having the attic ducting itself that vents outside. They forgot to do the knock out plugs on the actual fans themselves and left them uncovered with the insulation on top of them. I had to call them back that day and have the guy that does the estimates come back out. It seems like one of those unbelievable rants that people have. After he came back to look at the stuff because I didn't want the guys to come back. I told the dispatcher that I didn't want the original guys back here. They guy who initially did the estimate came out to look as the stuff and he was kind of like it was my fault that I didn't tell them right away while when they were still in the house that these problems were there. Even when I asked the guy who did the thing before paying them I said can you show me what you guys did. He was just joking around or serious and he said what do you want me to do show you how to turn on a light switch. I kind of laughed it off and said come on lets go upstairs and take a look. I pointed out some things to him and he just shrugged it off and said yeah the other guy I was working with is kind of sloppy. They can improve by getting qualified people who care about their work. It was a pretty simple job putting a bath fan in. They got it done but a lot of mistakes. They did come out and tried fixing it after we did a punch list of stuff. But even then it was a long time between when they did the work initially and them coming back.

The guys showed up on time and were very nice. They knew what they were doing and were prepared for the job. There work was done correctly and they consulted me at every step to ensure it was done the way i wanted it. Due to the humidity the mud of the drywall tool longer to dry and spilled over to a second day to finish, but they were more than happy to get it done right than rush it.

Palme Electric did a very good job and was very professional and helpful,,, They went the extra mile and explained step by step exactly what they were doing to my wife (who is very picky) and she came to me to tell me how impressed she was with the work which compelled me to write a review.

I would strongly recommend Palmer Electric!!!

    Modern Home Contractors Inc
Took a little longer than planned to complete due to vendor not having all tub/shower fixtures available as promised both us and this contractor. We feel the delay was not caused by MHC.  MHC was very helpful on suggeted changes.Contractor acted and performed in a very professional manner.  We were very satisfied with MHC and the completed project.

I HAVE WORKED WITH PATRICK AND HIS TEAM SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST 2-3 YRS IN PREPARATION FOR SELLING MY HOUSE. THE LAST TIME I REQUESTED HIS SERVICES IT WAS SOMEWHAT OF AN EMERGENCY AS HALF OF THE OUTLETS AND LIGHT SWITCHES IN MY HOUSE WEREN'T WORKING AND I COULDN'T FIND A CAUSE FOR IT. AS I WORK FROM HOME, I CAN'T BE WITHOUT COMPUTER ACCESS (ELECTRICITY). EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME THEY WERE "TWO WEEKS OUT" FROM BEING ABLE TO START WORK ON MY LIST OF FINAL THINGS I NEEDED DONE TO FINALLY GET MY HOUSE  ON THE MARKET, HE SENT CHAD OVER RIGHT AWAY TO GET MY ELECTRICITY GOING AGAIN. IT WASN'T LONG BEFORE PATRICK WAS ABLE TO SPARE CHRIS TO GET STARTED ON MY MANY PROJECTS, SOME BIG AND SOME SMALL. SHE MADE QUICK WORK OF THE SMALLER PROJECTS AND "DRYLOCKED" MY BASEMENT BY HERSELF IN RECORD TIME. NOT ONLY DID SHE WORK EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY, BUT SHE CAME IN UNDER BUDDGET, WHICH WAS A NICE SURPRISE. BY THE TIME CHRIS WAS DONE, CHAD WAS FREE TO FINISH UP MY ELECTRICAL WORK. HE ALSO WAS ABLE TO COME IN ON BUDGET. ALL THE WORK WAS FINISHED JUST IN TIME BECAUSE I GOT AN OFFER ON THE HOUSE THAT SAME DAY. I WILL MISS HAVING PATRICK AND HIS TEAM TO TURN TO WHEN I MOVE.

We're adding on to the back of our house and it's an 8 ft. by 24 ft. addition but it includes the roof and stuff like that and they are going to enlarge our living room-dining room area by 8 ft. back and the kitchen by 8 ft. and it's going to be 24 ft. all the way across which it isn't now, it's the kitchen and the dining room basically. I found that there are a lot of things left up in the air when he first gave us a quote and I had a lot of questions for him and I think my husband had some too so I called him and asked him if he could come over and we could talk about these things and he did, he did come and we did talked about some things and got them straightened out pretty well but there was still other questions and things are still up in the air so then he told me that he would, when I called him and said that we had decided to use him, that was after he came over and we've been asking questions on the written contract thing. We haven't signed anything with them by the way, he said that he would get the permits hold and get things set up and everything and that was probably, I put it away and I don't have it right here, but it was probably close to a month ago now and he hasn't done that because when I talked to him on Wednesday, he hasn't pulled the permits yet, he said he have to do that and then he had to come over and draw a plan and stuff like that so I don't think he's really done anything toward it but I'm hoping he will. The reason that we decided was because of the fact that he did give us a written estimate on it, he was the only one that did that and the fact that he had pretty good feedback on your list, that's why we decided to use him and he was right in the middle of what everybody else had said, most of the other said between $25,000-$35,000 but they weren't really definite about what end of it they were on. He does get back to you when you call him which a lot of them haven't and I can't believe it, we live outside of Syracuse, New York and there's always people and there's always contractors around, it's like pulling hands fee to get somebody to do something.

    Shane & Son's Heating & Cooling
I was very satisfied with the installation of the new furnace and A/C.  The installer was prompt, courteous and professional.  I would surely recommend Shane and Son's to anyone who is in need of a new furnace and A/C.  The installer took time to explain what was being done and also explained how to use the new digital thermostat.  The system is working well and was installed just in time for the hot summer.

I called the company and was given an appointment for the next day.  The electrician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem that the outlet was bad.  He replaced the outlet and reconnected the conduit feed to the outlet.  He also cleaned off the oxidation on the end of the filter pump cord.  The  pump then was problem free for the rest of the summer.  The electrician was courteous and professional and left everything cleaned up.
