I was this close to having to go to the laundromat when I found Automatic Appliance here on Angie's List and gave them a call.  Pete returned my call within 20 minutes and came to my house the following day, right on time. He diagnosed the problem with a shorted wire, switch, and timer.  He had all of the parts except for the timer on the truck, so we arranged for him to come the following day.  H...

They have an emergency line that you can call and they will come out within the hour.  I felt like the gentleman that came out was not just trying to make money off us and offered us suggestions that we could do to save us money. He was really nice about making other helpful suggestions.
