    Signature Landscape and property Maintenance
Called "Signaturelandscaping" two separate times [ to different days ], and left a message both times. They never got back to me so I crossed them off my list. I feel that if they can't even return a call on their answer machine I sure don't want them to do any work for me. Who knows what kind of job they would do. It has been over a week now, so forget it.

Paul did an excellent job of helping us design patio. You can email or call anytime with questions and he responds quickly. Very easy to work with. The men who did patio were great (Tom) Very experienced on time, worked hard! Plant landscapers were quick and informative about care of plantings. Overall excellent job! Looks beautiful.

They?re good enough so they don?t have to advertise, they?re just nowhere. I?ve seen other lawns that they have done and they?re just good, that?s all. They?re very professional, very friendly, the price is right. They haven?t really done an awful lot, but what they have done and what they told me and so on and so forth, I?m very happy with them. The cost varies of course by the size of your lawn and everything. Mine is about $123 per application, I?ve got over an acre of lawn though. I haven?t pay anything yet.

    WALKER TREE CARE & REMOVAL
My doctor recommended them. They did a good job. Everything was super, I would highly recommend them. They were very casual, easy to get along with, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. There wasn't anything to dislike.

    WALKER TREE CARE & REMOVAL
The work was done very well with very good clean up when done. I would have to give them a big 5 stars for excellence along with the help in picking out the replacement plants and mulch. They are easy to work with and made us 100% satisfied.

    CHITTENANGO LANDSCAPE
Chittenango Landscape did 2 weed and feed applications. One in early summer and one in late Summer. I did research on the 8 different types of weeds I had and there was no one weed killer that would kill all without killing my grass. I tried a few applications myself from Lowes in 2014 and 2015 and it did little. Called John who came over and gave estimate and said I would not be disappointed. And I wasn't The cost was only 1/3 of what the estimate Tru Green gave me a few years before. Planning to use again in 2017 but will start in Spring and do 4 treatments to kill all the seasonal weeds.

There's not much to say. John plowed the driveway effectively all winter. Much better than my previous guy who charged exactly the same. I think John came out about 20 times this year, so it worked out to about $20 a plow. Really reasonable in my opinion. I never had to call him or ask him to come out, he came out on his own every time. He also planted stakes on the driveway.
AND - it looks like the "plow damage" on the grass is much less this year than my previous guy. So, thats a plus. Hard to avoid it with the way my driveway is, but I'll appreciate not planting as much seed this spring to regrow in that area.

    ASPINALL'S TREE NURSERY & LANDSCAPING L.L.C.
I will never go to Aspinnal's Nursery again.  George is the owner.  I bought a tree in the fall of 2011.  I told them I wanted a maple autumn blaze and for them to pick  out the best one they had.  They brought the tree to my house and planted it.  One of the employees in particular was very rude and just seemed to want to get done as soon as possible.  In 2012 and 2013, I completely landscaped my yard spending at least $2000 at Aspinnal's Nursery for various bushes, evergreens and pereniels.
In the fall of 2013, the tree had splits in the bark of the trunk.  Also, the leaves were not reddish-orange, as the autumn blaze is supposed to be. They were yellow.  They were also drooping.  I had an arborist come in to take a look at the tree.  The arborist told me the tree was not planted properly - the burlap was not removed so the roots weren't growing properly.  Also, the tree was NOT an autumn blaze.  It was a silver maple.  So Aspinnal's misrepresented the tree they sold me and didn't even know the proper way to plant it!
I asked George Aspinnal, the owner, to come and look at the tree.  He could not have been more rude to me, completely and totally unprofessional.  He told me his guys planted the tree the way it should have been planted; that it was an autumn blaze and that I picked it out, which was not true, and that if I didn't think the tree was a good one, I shouldn't have picked it!  His tone of voice was really nasty. He did say he would look at it the following year.
I called Aspinnal's the following year and left several messages for George to call me back.  He never did.  I heard through another individual that he denied planting this tree and told this person that they planted it!  They told this person that even after George had been to my house to see the tree the previous year!   So they lied about it to get out of replacing the tree.  One of the employees in the office is particularly rude and had a superior attitude when dealing with her. They are also very expensive.
In the end, I decided it was futile to try to deal with this so called businessman.  Obviously, he doesn't guarantee his products and doesn't make things right with the customer.  As I said, he'll never have any of my business again, and I will spread the word to my friends and family about how badly he treated me.  I'll make the trip out to Hafner's Nursery for all my landscaping needs.  They are a great company and do guarantee their products with no hassles.
    Stay away from Aspinnal's Nursery!

    NATURESCAPES
I signed a seasonal contract for Jeff to plow my driveway.  He is late, does not do a thorough job and today he's a no show.  I have problems contacting him because his VM mailbox is always full.  He has worked for me for five years and I've given him many chances to improve his service.  Every year, something is broken, dented or dug up.   He does offer to fix things and usually does when he finds the time.  His equipment seems to break down frequently, resulting in long delays or a no show. Jeff is considered a nice young man but he's spread himself too thin and his service has gone rapidly downhill.  Whenever I have complained, Jeff comes back with that fact that he's undercharging me.  Well, you get what you pay for, I guess. I have already made contact with another company for their services going forward.
