    Tony's Tree & Landscaping Inc
**dont fear tonys tree was here** We had our 64 year old tree crack in the middle of the trunk (8feet in diameter). The tree came down on the house. We were just getting home and were lucky enough not to get crushed by the massive tree. We called the clevehill fire who responded really quick. They said it is a nyseg issue. So they put a call out for us to nyseg. Nyseg came to take pictures at 1230A.M. for them to call this morning and say they don't touch the issue if the tree is on the house. Called tonys and they responded in minutes. And crew was here within 10 min to take care of the problem. Due to quick response they saved our home. Unfortunately NYSEG is a big waste of time. And the poor crew is risking their lives with live wires that should of been taken care of with nyseg. Tonys is the only one that came thru to help us and very nice guys. Would reccomend them in a heartbeat!!!! Emergency tree service at its best. If we would of waited any longer we could of had a house fire or with the amount of weight on our house had the roof cave in. We thru a ball to tony and he came thru with the TOUCHDOWN. Tonys tree service definitely has all the right trucks...equipment...staff...experience..training...Knowledge and customer service is off the chain. They truly live up to their motto.. "We go out on a limb for you"

    Bobs Tree & Stump Service
From the fast response to my phone call, to the job being done the next day, Paul and his crew were courteous, on time, efficient and did a great job. we have an in ground pool next to the tree that was removed and the man that was up in the cab directed each branch to fall in a specific area away from the pool . The clean up crew were careful not to damage the existing land scape and also did a great job of clearing all the debris. I would use them again and highly recommend them there are so many high pressured sales men out there and this is just an honest hard working crew.

    TREE CARE OF NEW YORK
Things did not go the way that I had hoped. They did some of the work but did not clean up after themselves and expected them to do more tree trimming. I will change the review once the owner comes out and takes a look at the work like the receptionist told me he would.

    Al's Tree Service
They came with between 6-8 people & were able to do all the work in approximately 3 hours. They had the right equipment for the job, were neat & cleaned up well, & ground down the stump of the tree that was removed.
I would rehire them in the future.

Above & Beyond Tree Expert Co
I called this company for an estimate on two trees in my yard. The gentleman I spoke to gave me an appointment for 4/30/15 @3p.m. and never showed up or called back with an explanation or apology for being a no show.
I will not be dealing with this company in the future.

    Lavocat's Family Greenhouse
Communication with Donnie Lavocat was straightforward, if occasionally delayed.  They came out and assessed the work quickly.  Due to weather timing, the first 2 dates didn't work out, pushing us into mid December (started talking around mid November I believe).  They came in, tore all the grass out, cleared some stump remnants, leveled out the height so it more closely matched the sidewalks, laid sod, and planted a Crimson King red maple tree.  This took about 4 hours to complete.
The crew was very professional and knew what they were doing.  I was worried that the timing of the work would result in problems, even with the late start to winter, but they assured me it wouldn't.  Once spring finally arrived, the grass sprouted pretty well, with only a few spots struggling to thicken up.  There are some lumps and small separations between sod blocks, but I'm told that's normal and will even out with time.  The tree budded very slowly, but is now leafed out well enough that I have no fear it will be fine, even if it's still a little bare compared to more well-established trees.
I am very happy with the results!  The grass looks great and is completely devoid of weeds (though obviously it won't stay that way without help), and the edging around the tree and bushes and such is very professional-looking.  The neighbors yell at their kids to stay off it now, which is pretty funny :)

    Ax Men Tree Service
John Was very easy to talk to both on the phone and at the appraisal. He estimated the job within 1 minute of arriving and obviously as an old hand at this. He came back with a crew of 2 additional people to preform the work and they had the tree down with no damage beyond a dent in the lawn where a log chunk hit (And the tree was within 20 feet of wires on 2 sides and the house on the 3rd). The whole process took less than 1.5 hours. I'm not sure about comparative pricing, but it seemed reasonable to me.
A second person (sounded like a subcontract arrangement) came to do my stump removal. I paid John 400+tax on 450, and the stump guy (I don't recall his name) 50. He was a bit less punctual, but was willing to go out of his way a full day for a $50 stump if I needed it done that quickly. He ended up grinding it out in about 45 minutes on a Saturday.
All in all an excellent experience.

    PINELLI LANDSCAPING INC
At the initial meeting, was given a tentative begin time of mid June. I called mid June and was told, due to rains they were behind. I totally understood. I was told the architect would call. Called end of June and left a message to call - no response. I called beginning of July and reached the architect who advised the workers would be out the following Monday or Tuesday. I requested a call before they arrived and they agreed. I also asked for a blue print of the plant so if something died I would know what to purchase in the event something died. The architect agreed. The guys came out Tuesday morning (no call) and began work. The guys were great. Hard working and very professional. I had to go to work as they were finishing up and asked about the blue print and asked if I should hand them the final payment. I was told Duane, the architect would be out during the week and would collect the payment and provided the blue print. Duane called me two days later, never asked if I was satisfied, only asked that I put the check in the mail. When I asked if he was coming out, his response was that he was too busy.

    Weimer Tree Co
The delivery guys arrived on time and dumped the load near the front of my driveway. They could not place the load close to my garage, because thats where i store it. I'm a senior citizen with a heart condition and i really would have appreciated this courtesy, i hope next year they send me a smaller truck so that they can accomodate me. Overall i'm satisfied with my experience.
