    Dean at Superior called me within an hour at 6am , and gave me an estimated arrival time that they beat. Angel diagnosed the problem as the city main overload on my street by pulling the manhole outside. He said the water needed to flow out before he would do any work or charge me. His upfront honesty was refreshing and I'll be calling back as soon as the city cleans up their act. Followup - called them back out and the job was done for a reasonable price in a respectable amount of time. Eli did everything he could to get the job done right and to my satisfaction. A professional team all the way. Highly recommended for plumbing work.

    The plumber was a bit late because he was running long on a previous job.  Very nice and courteous.  Did the job quickly and talked to me about getting a sump pump installed in my basement.  Gave me a very reasonable quote for installing the sump pump system. I will definitely use them again.

    Things started roughly with them. I called on 2/24 to make an appointment with sewage backing up into my basement.  The earliest they could get out was 2/26. They were supposed to be out between 10 and 2.  
    They called about 12:30 to say they were finishing up a job and would call later to confirm they were on their way.  I called about 2:30 and asked for a follow up and was told they would look into it and call me back in a few minutes. 
     At 3:30 I called because I had heard nothing from them and was finally told after some hold they would not make it out today and were unsure if they could even make it in the next few days.  They would put me on the schedule for the 27th but would not guarantee someone would be out to fix my issue.
    After that conversation I called and spoke with a supervisor Carol (x 14035) who was wonderful. I was upset not that I had to have a pushed day, but that no one bothered to call me and tell me at any point after my initial call of we will call soon they are almost done. She did everything she could called me back several times to keep me updated and stayed on top of my situation.  I'm sure it wasn't easy as this is a crappy winter and I'm sure plenty of people were unhappy.
    Also adding to it was the person who set the appointment, logged it as a clogged toilet - even though the notes were showing it was a main sewer line clog.  Carol got that fixed up as well.
    They said between 10 and noon, finally shortly before 2 I got the chance at work to call to be told they were on their way and just leaving a job.  I have a two mile drive home and I didn't even get a pot of coffee on before they were there.
    The tech RayF3127 was wonderful to work with. He came in took a look and agreed it was clogged.  Brought his machine in and cleaned it out. About 20 minutes later he was lugging his machine back to the truck.  He told me up front what the cost was, knew about the discount I had been given for the frustration with the lack of communication.  It appeared to be just sludge build up in the lines but when he left everything was flowing.  I am more than pleased with Carol and RayF - the rest of the people not so much so. 
    I would call them again as I understand part of the problem was the ridiculously crap winter causing insane amount of work, however there should still be follow up with people to let them know status' throughout the day.  My biggest  b**** is the lack of communication when situations arose  beyond their control that changed the schedule.
    If I had been properly communicated with I wouldn't  have had most of the frustrations I did.

    I purchased the certificate months in advance of the service.  I called on a Monday and they could have been over on Tuesday Morning.  My schedule was filled so we made the appointment for 9am on Wednesday.  The office called about 0830 to let me know that Kevin would be over on time.  The plumber arrived on time and introduced himself.  I showed him where the cleanout access was and he brought his equipment down the basement.
    In about 45 minutes he was done with minimal mess.  He had snaked out some roots which I expected since I had noticed some slowing of the drain flow.  This is a service I routinely do every other year because of a history of root problems.  It was very nice to receive good professional service while saving money with Angie's List
