Dr. Lisa and well trained staff are outstanding in their expertise and care of our beloved furry pets. You are welcomed from the moment you enter by a staff member who identifies your pet by their name. Dr. Lisa, upon entering, positions herself on the floor, giving reassuring hugs throughout.. while asking us about concerns or questions we might have, all the while performing the initial examination at the floor level. The care and attention to every detail is both comforting and appreciated providing us with a level of trust that they will be well cared for. It's most gratifying to know that their sincere care for animals, far exceeds their minimal charges for services. We've never been more pleased. Dr. Lisa is the best.

    Adoring Pets Veterinary Health Ctr
She has her urine checked. She gets crystals in her bladder and she has had two surgeries. I've got her on some special food and all that and they have to check her urine. They were checking her urine every three months and then every six months and now they're doing it once a year. We have her on special diet, special urinary diet. She will be fine as long as we don't feed her with people food. I love this guy, I love these people. They're pricey. That $130 incorporates quite a bit, it's like checking her eyes, checking her overall, checking her urine, running an urinalysis on her. To me, that is not too much money.

They're great. Our little dog is difficult. He is very challenging and they always find a way to settle him down and make him comfortable. This was a new vet. She was just great. She is not a new vet, but she was new to me and she was new to my dog. She was just very calm and very patient. She did a great job with him. I spend a lot of money at the vet, but I don't know whether they are more or less expensive. They do a great job. It's the only place I trust my dogs. I wouldn't send them anywhere else.

He was there for a week or so. Carlos was treated well. If my dog doesn't like someone he lets me know. He did very well with the staff there. In fact, when I had arrived to pick him up, they were outside playing with him. He was having a good time. He was happy and he was at ease.

Taking this clinic to task for what I strongly believe to be fraud, as well as negligent and innocent misrepresentation. This is the crux of my causal action, legally speaking, (referenced below), and will be including others that have experienced this same behavior with said clinic. The Owner's seem to be complacent, and turn a blind eye - they were not even interested in speaking with me about the evidence I had to support my allegations against a specific Vet...

Because of this, I also strongly believe there is collusion to commit said misrepresentation, as well as attempts to destroy evidence that would support my claims. WARNING !!! WARNING !!! WARNING!!! Take Great Care if and when choosing to take your beloved pet to this clinic - again, it is my very strong opinion, (based on my evidentiary support), that they seem to have a method of operation that indicates withholding reasonable care for the explicit purpose of generating recurrent need(s) to return, thus creating a recurrent, revolving potential for additional income... and apparently, they believe they are beyond reproach...

[and quot;Plaintiffs' damage(s) suffered were caused, in whole or in part, by defendants' failure to properly provide appropriate medical care, and or service(s) in accordance with defendants own business charter. By failing to exercise ordinary care in making use of available tests, medication options, and information, upon information and belief, defendants acted unreasonably and in disregard of plaintiffs' best interests. Furthermore, Defendants actively and knowingly misrepresented fraudulently, and negligently, for the specific purpose of generating the possibility and probable potential for recurrent and redundant need for subsequent care, thus perpetuating additional income through practice of said misrepresentation. Accordingly, all or a portion of the injuries could have been diminished or minimized by the exercise of reasonable conduct in use of said available, provided medical care and treatment(s).and quot;]

Anyone experiencing similar issues should contact me immediately, all though the statute of limitations for this behavior is quite extensive... and I would be happy to assist in any way I can. Thank you. Additionally, I will be starting a blog site, as well as a Face Book page for the purpose of bringing these potential issues to light for the greater public interest... Anyone interested can join me there in order to share their experiences. and quot;If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.and quot; Be a pro-active consumer !!! Don't let this type of unprofessional and unethical behavior get the best of our communities. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The first home didn't have a fence and did have another dog which I didn't like. They had a variety you could choose from on the website. You email your specifics and someone would return your email with the specifics of the places they would stay at. After this you set up a meet and greet.

We knew Dr. Allen when she worked at City Creatures and had always thought very highly of her. She is very bright, compassionate, and it is clear that she is passionate about what she does. Unfortunately, I felt that she let her bias against breeders get in the way of behaving appropriately and professionally the last time I was in for an appointment.
We spent months researching and visiting breeders in order to add a new kitten to our family. After years of adopting, we felt that circumstances had changed in our family and we wanted a cat that had a solid start to life. This was not a decision we took lightly, but it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made.
We picked up our new kitten from the breeder's home on a Saturday and brought him in on Monday for his well-visit. He should not have needed anything, and the appointment was more to make sure the clinic was familiar with him. I was ill at ease with the tech who came into the room (Josh) as he was not very personable and kept insisting the kitten needed vaccinations. The kitten had already been vaccinated and I told him that I wanted to wait another few months for the rabies vaccine because he is still pretty small. He questioned my rationale more than once and then asked if the kitten had received a flea treatment. I responded "no" rather incredulously because we had no reason to suspect the kitten had fleas. He mumbles something about "talking the case over with the doctor" (what's to discuss??) and then Dr. Allen comes back in with him.
She immediately lays into me about getting a kitten from a cattery because , "You know those people are selling animals at a profit", and proceeds to tell me he should be re-vaxed for distemper because "those feed-lot vaccines" can be ineffective. She makes comments about how breeders don't care about the animals and then combs him and satisfyingly tells me she has found flea dirt and he has fleas. She kept insisting if she were to continue to comb him she'd "get a live one". I really wanted to tell her "go ahead" because the kitten had zero signs of fleas, our home had zero signs, our other cat had zero signs - the whole thing seemed strange.
I take my pets' care very seriously, and I also have my own intensive medical needs. It cost $60 to treat both cats for the "fleas" and then there was the anxiety of trying to tear my house apart, steam clean, vacuum, etc. Not to mention the fact that flea treatment is a CHEMICAL. I'm in tears when my partner arrives home, looks over and brushes BOTH the cat and kitten and can't find a single shred of evidence that there are or ever were any fleas. It is worth mentioning that she worked for nearly 10 years at the SPCA - she knows what fleas look like!
We call the breeder who is absolutely devastated and panicked at hearing this news. This is a woman we had visited in her HOUSE half a dozen times, went to cat shows with, and played with her kittens when they were a few weeks old. They are raised in her family around her grandchildren and other pets. Her home is immaculate. The insinuation that we paid money for a kitten "for the breeder's profit" is ludicrous.
The breeder spends all night combing out the kitten's littermates and her other cats. No fleas. She even has the couples adopting his other littermates inform their vets about the "flea scare" and their kittens are double/triple checked. No fleas.
I find it rather strange that the tech lays into me about flea treatment and then the doctor comes in and finds "fleas". The whole experience was incredibly distressing. I understand that there are unethical breeders out there, but if you are a professional, you should BE professional and keep your opinions to yourself. It became evident later when I was more calm that she was looking for a problem because of where the kitten had come from.
Needless to say, we won't be going back to the clinic after this experience.

I have been taking my dogs to this kennel for several years. There are many reason I recommend this kennel; I deal with one owner (Steve) who lives on-site with his family, the cost is very resonable, my dogs enjoy going and are healthy and happy when I pick them up.
I have several dogs, and we also foster/rescue dogs so I have had the chance to take over 10 different dogs over the years. My dogs ranged from elderly to very young. Steve has provided personalized attention to all the dogs.
I have recommended this kennel to several people and everyone has been very happy with the services.

Maggie is a 12 year old Golden Retreiver with an exceptionally thick undercoat. She was last groomed 11months ago. They did a terrific job. I particularily like their bathing facilities. Maggie has some hind leg disabilities and they have a large tub with a ramp that leads to it. She loves it! When she was done out she pranced looking beautiful again.

    LANCASTER SMALL ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Both vets helped me through my journey with my dog Abraham as he suffered from canine hepatitis.  They were very prompt when i needed to bring him in and never turned me away when there was an emergency.  They gave me great advice and support.  They helped keep my dog alive a lot longer than he should have been with the proper medications, treatment and of course love. The staff is AMAZING here and they always called to see how Abraham was doing.  They even made Abraham pet of the month and gave me the most outstanding treatment.  They were extremely educated in everything and they continue to further their education by going to seminars frequently.  They never made me feel like they didnt care.  They never stopped fighting for my dog either.  Even during my dogs passing they were very considerate of everyones feelings involved and made it as peaceful as it could have been.  They gave me a print of his paw and a nice wooden box to keep him in.  They currently see my new dog, Woody and are great with him as well.  He loves coming to the vet and loves every single person there.  They bring in him the back to see everyone every time we go there because he wants to say hi! My whole family comes here and i wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.  There is not one vet office out there that compares to this place.  I have a great relationship with this vet office and for as long as i own a pet, they will always come here!  The facility is very clean and makes you feel comfortable.  Its nice to have a staff of people who care about your pet as much as you do!
