We made changes and he sent updated pictures. He came out with a large team and replaced everything in half a day...and it looked great!! Just like the pictures. Awe had 10+ double hung windows, a new slider & a new door installed. we selected our Sunrise windows & immediately noticed the difference in our comfort level this past winter; even in the summer with no A/C, the house stays a lot cooler than before. I was a little nervous since this was going to cost a good amount, so I researched forever (it seemed), interviewed a few folks re: costs, & decided on Ivy Lea. I wanted peace of mind in case of any issues, now & down the line. I wanted quality windows & professional install. the entire process of working with Russ, choosing products & securing financing was easy. the installers were prompt, skilled & personable. we were so happy with the window process that we're back again this year working with Russ on a much bigger project!

AKen Sasak just completed a major renovation for us, transforming a backyard destroyed by a swimming pool construction project into a tranquil oasis. I was referred to Sasak Landscaping by the Ohio Landscape Association in early March. Ken promptly returned my call within hours, and was at my home for an estimate within days. Pictures and notes were taken, and he immediately scheduled a return visit for the following week, to present his drawings and fees. As promised, he was at my home the next week with a rendering that proved he had really listened to my “wish list” of requests. He assured me that, as work progressed, if I decided to change some things here or there, or tweak this or that, it wouldn’t be a problem. I didn’t need to look any further. He was our designer. As work commenced, so did the rainiest spring I can ever remember. Ken stayed in constant contact with us, and worked whenever weather permitted, including Saturdays. Yes, I tweaked a few things and he was always very patient and willing to please. There were never any “hidden” fees, and whenever he left for the day, the worksite was spotless. He was personally onsite during the process, and his crew was thorough, respectful, and friendly. Several weeks after the job was finished, Ken & crew returned to assess, overseed and fertilize, all included in the initial proposal. The end result has surpassed our expectations. Our backyard is now a Disney scene - serene and lovely, with chirping birds raising babies in the new evergreens and dazzling butterflies winging their way from flower to flower. Oh, the happy memories we will make in this place, thanks to Sasak Landscaping.

CThe online reviews and the sales pitch were outstanding. When it came to actually doing the work, the biggest failure was the lack of communication between the design department and the project manager and the onsite carpenter. I ended up paying a lot of money and not being satisfied with the end product. The project manager blew me off and minimized my concerns and then claimed he didn't. My husband is still replacing (2 months later) baseboard and door and window casing that they were going to charge us $90/hour to refit and replace. They also installed a washer and dryer and didn't take out the shipping struts. Luckily my husband guessed that they didn't do it, so our expensive washer was not ruined. I have to pay to have the shower floor replaced, but I can't afford to do it at the moment. They claim it's the materials I chose, but I think it's the way it was installed. I dread getting into my shower now... I reached out to them to detail my experience and they said they were sorry, but didn't take any responsibility, and they didn't offer to fix it. Oh well.
