    Superior Heating & Cooling LLC
Excessive charges for a $17 part to be replaced; contacted manager about the bill I was given. Gave excuses about his high insurance costs, that $95 is charged and time is calculated from when the worker leaves HIS house; told me cost of gas from worker's house to mine was $12 (I did not live more than 4 miles from the worker's home); claimed he gave me a one hour discount and charged me for the almost 45 minutes was gone to get the part. Worker initially told me he had the part on his truck--was outside in the truck on the phone for about 10 minutes then came back in and told me he didn't have the part; would have to go and get it. The manager also stated that he was at the parts store with the worker; worker stated he had to stand in line a long time at the parts store; Mr. Klinker then said he might have had to go to Tonawanda NY to get the $17 part. Worker left a lot of dust on my floor and didn't clean it up; asked me for a paper clip so he could clean the port on one of the switches; problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes and an hour was wasted for the time worker was in truck on the phone, going to get the part, and was downstairs for a long time after getting the part. Switch was right in the front of the furnace which was not too cumbersome for him to replace the part. It was so obvious that I was duped. When I called and asked to speak to Mr. Klinker I was told he was unavailable. 3 minutes later he called my cell phone...after his talking about his high overhead issues I terminated the call. Then he left a message on my home answering machine with the same info of "insurance costs; high cost of trucks/maintenance/ etc." and said....I'm sorry Kathy. THERE WAS NO WAY A DISCOUNT WAS GIVEN TO ME...They are a rip off for real and Mr. KIinker was very uncomfortable talking to me about the breakdown of the bill...NEVER WILL RECOMMEND OR USE THEM AGAIN.

    Twin City Electrical
The electricians arrived and promplty went to work. Quickly upgraded GFCI outlets in kithchen, and started on the bathroom issue. Took a little time to problem solve the issue, but they systimatically worked through throught the possible causes and found an open air splice in the crawl space. i would definitly hire again.

    Master Electric of WNY
He called me when he finished call and was in route to our property so we could meet him there (7:30pm). He was very thorough starting at the locked box attached to the meter and checking everything out (even as the lights went out). He determined there was a connection that was not on properly and was sparking. He immediately re-centered and tightened it. This resolved the problem. I was very appreciative of him willing to come out after hours due to the nature of the situation. While he was out, we asked him to give us a quote on updating the electrical.

The project went EXCELLENT !! I work for a contracting company and deal with all kinds of companies on a daily basis ,needles to say some Great, some not so . I met with Tim Russell and reviewed the drawings with all of our wish lists. Tim estimated the project and came up with a proposal. The proposal has a associated cost which you are reimbursed for if you move forward with the project, I thought that was a great idea since estimating takes time and you will find out by working with Russell Renovations  he did not do his estimating on a bar napkin . The guy really knows what he's doing and is fair. He can direct you on items your not familiar  with help you avoid wrong choices . The project was anticipated being around 6-8 weeks which he actually beat even when we added items as the project was underway. He also will work with you if you choose to perform some of the work yourself . Our experience was great and we look forward to working with the Russell Renovations in the future.

    Integrity Electric Enterprises
Greg and his team are excellent at their work.  I appreciate his attention to detail, properly sealing their work, and making it extremely neat and tidy.  Prices were fair for the other estimates and based on Greg's track record, I felt comfortable in my decision to use Integrity Electric.  They do live up to their name.

    Master Electric of WNY

My home was built in 1968, hence it was one of the homes that had aluminum wiring.  There have been at least 3 fires in homes around me, due to the wiring, so I decided to bite the bullet and get it fixed before I was forced to do it when I sold my home.

Paul the owner of company came out day after my call, he is very knowledgeable and experienced  at his job and explained what was involved in the work process, answering all my questions. He sent me a quote next day and we scheduled a day for work to be done.

Jim and Don did the electrical work. Having at least 80 sockets and switches in my home it took them 2 days which I expected

These electricians were very efficient and good at what they do.  They also answered my many questions and showed me the sockets and switches that had burned wire on them.

I am pleased with a job well done and can now be at peace that no fire will occur due to aluminum wiring. I would hire this company if I had more electrical to be done  and recommend them to all.

    Twin City Electrical
I called many electricians for this job that I needed done and Mike was by far the most professional of them all.
I was moving and the inspector required us to do this work before we sold the house.
Mike came and told us exactly what needed to be done. He was the only guy who followed up with a quote. That made the decision easy for me and I hired him the next day. Two guys came out and did the work quickly and professionally. No mess
I don't know what it is with electricians but at least Twin City was courteous and prompt and I will use them again in the future..
