The doctors are very nice and talk to you with respect. The nurses on the other hand are extremely rude. I have been a patient for over 10 years and never had a problem. I have a life threatening health problem and had a minor issue refilling a script. The nurses messed up my refill. I did not complain but the nurses called me ready to argue. They have never gave me any problems in the past. I was so surprised. It was so obvious they wanted me to say something to curse me out. Maybe they got in trouble for my medication mix up but i didn't turn them in for it because I thought of them as very nice people. They called me VERY rude and was huffing on the phone about ANY issue they could think of. In the end they got me. They got my doctor to lower medications I had no problem with but now do. I am afraid to call to get it changed back. I would like to stay at this office and get along with them but i do not think this is the end. I would like to talk to the doctor personally but the nurses will probably call instead. In the end i think i will go some where else but will miss my great doctor.

Nurses are EXTREMELY adversarial. AVOID at ALL COSTS!!! Don't say I didn't warn you...

I must say I do not like the reception area where you notify them you are there for the appointment.  They are usually busy, hardly look at you and make you sign a paper each time you are there (so much for saving the trees) and the process takes about 5 minutes.
On time as usually Juliet came and got me from the lobby and we proceeded to her office.  Her office, which is smaller and basic is made welcoming by here little touches which allows you to feel as relaxed as you can be.  Immediately she starts talking to me and for whatever reason she has a way about her that allows me open up and let her know what is going on and why.  She asks good questions and helps you begin to work on solving your issues.  She provides valid advice and makes good recommendations.  At the end of your session, she will schedule your next appointment.

    Santasiero, Dr. Ronald P.
I have been dealing with alot of intense pain and he is trying to find some medication to lessen my pain and make it so I can live my life easier. It's not easy when it's chronic pain and going to be cured. He at least wants me to be more comfortable. It's a battle but he's there when I need him.

It went very well as always. We are trying to find a better solution or choices for alleviating my pain which is not easy since it's been so long and the condition doesn't really improve. But he is diligent and I would recommend him and his office for pain management and primary care.

    Nora Meaney-Elman MD
Dr. Elman is fantastic- very thorough and accurate. The problem is that it is often very difficult to get a routine appointment. She seems to take many weeks off, and then overbooks appointments. The wait times in the office are generally excessive (1 1/2-2 hours). Office hours are very limited- she does not have early morning or any evening hours at all. If you call sick and she is out of town, you will generally be advised to go to Urgent Care, which I feel is inappropriate.

I had a thorough exam by the nurse practitioner, she was very good, but provided one piece of inaccurate information about my controlled substance script renewals. She said she could put it on an automated monthly renewal, when in fact I am required to call or go on the website 5 days before the script expires. This was very annoying as I ran out of meds.

    Ann Denardin MD
I am very pleased with the care received. I was taken immediately. The office staff was genuinely caring and very personable. Dr. Denardin was very thorough. She explained things clearly and listened carefully to my input. She was very professional and caring.

    Ann Denardin MD
Dr. Denardin is the most un-professional doctor I have seen in my life. She sits in her chair, chomping on her gum, barking out orders to you. She sent me for blood work and an ultra-sound for my thyroid, and when I called to get the results, I was told I had to come in and see the doctor, they wouldn't give me information over the phone. So, when I got to my appointment, she sat there and asked me why I came in....When I said it was for my blood work and ultra-sound results, she then asked me why she sent me! Really?!?! As a matter of fact, she never told me why she was sending me. It turns out there were no issues. So why did I have to come in and have a co-pay for that?? Then, I switched jobs and didn't have insurance until after 90 days, and I came down with a sinus infection. so I called Dr. Denardin to make an appointment so I get an anti-biotic, and she refused to let me come in without insurance! She said I would have to go to the ER or immediate care. I have never in my life had a DR refuse to see someone without insurance. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!!!

    Matier, Dr. Jennifer M.
They are always really good and they are prompt. I don't really want to wait for long hours and my name was called within 5 or 10 minutes. They were efficient and they cover everything; they send me the test as I needed them and right now they are giving me a discount since I have no health insurance; they're also helping me to get discount prices from the pharmacy companies for the medications that I need, they were very helpful!
