AAll Trades Plumbing and ConstructionI called Michael on a Tuesday night asking for a furnace tune up and toilet removal. He and Brian came on Wednesday morning and was flexible to stay for many unexpected hours when they identified there were old parts on the furnace. They also identified a sewer main blockage / chimney blockages and took a look at things for me that he really didn't have to. Michael and Brian were personable and explained everything in detail. They were also transparent about the breakdown of costs/why! There is a reason they have so many 5 star reviews.- alicia f.

AOne Hour Heating & Cooling of AlbanyIt turned into much more than I thought it would be. He had to reset the toilet then open up the downstairs ceiling and replace two sections of piping. All Trades Plumbing was highly recommended to me from a friend and for a good reason! great communication, turn up when stated, outstanding quality of work and a follow up service like no other. Both bathrooms were finished to perfection. They also found time to install a new water heater and a full house filtration system. The quality of the plumbing was just outstanding. AI needed to replace my hot water heater and wanted it done ASAP. As usual, I checked reviews on Angie's List and called several area plumbers. Most could not get to me for a day or two. When I talked to Benjamin Franklin's contact person, Chris, she took my information, gave me an exact and guaranteed price quote and said someone would get there later in the day. Within 30 minutes, she called back and informed me she found a plumber who would be over within the hour. The technician, Mike S., also called to let me know he was on his way. The replacement required some creative problem-solving, and Mike S. answered the challenge in a calm and intelligent manner. He worked quickly without rushing and explained to me much of what he was doing (I tend to ask a lot of questions). All went very well, including a thorough clean-up, and a careful removal of the old heater. I found the experience as stress-free as a plumbing emergency can go. Next plumbing job I need, I'll most assuredly be calling Benjamin Franklin.

AWe had Keith build our screened in porch several years ago, and we were very happy with the porch and his work. I called Keith for an estmate on this bath remodel. He came on time, took a lot of notes, gave suggestions, etc. His estimate was reasonable (similar to one of the other estimates). We decided to use a different contractor primarily due to scheduling of the project.

AI called Kyle on a Sun. afternoon. He said he would come over early on Mon. morning. He was here at 7:00. It took him an hour or two to troubleshoot the problems. He found and corrected problems inside with a valve and a gauge. He found that the outside casing had a hole in a pipe and was leaking. This was the source of the problem; it was causing the indoor problems, too. He said he would be back at noon with Mike and an excavator to correct the pipe issue. He came back as he said he would. It must have taken about three hours for them to excavate and repair the pipe, complicated by the excessive water at the site due the leak from the pipe and high water table. They were able to repair it so we had water again. Hurray! They backfilled and cleaned up the site as best they could given the wet and muddy conditions. They gave us very prompt, polite, and skilled service. My wife and I are very well pleased. We will use them again.
