    I had to call multiple times to schedule the initial consultation. Kim was very nice an knowledgable when she did come to the house and we were excited about her ideas, however it took 3 weeks and multiple unreturned phone calls to get the design plans. The plan itself did not address our needs and did not correspond to the ideas she had while at the house. After getting the plans we were still interested in going forward with our project with a budget of greater than $10,000 and asked them to add to the design, but I never got a response. We ended up going with another company. In the end we were very disappointed.

    We got a really good deal for it. They couldn't find a problem that was going on at first, it took a couple of tries. Professionalism is just not the same class as dealing with Mercedes or Lexus.

    I go for regular car maintenance at White Plains Chrysler Jeep Dodge about every 3,000 miles, usually about every six weeks. They do a very good job. They have good customer service and act promptly. They talk to you openly about anything they find. They don't try to add different services on to what you need. You don't get any issues from them once they got your vehicle. You don't get a hard line about extra services or extra warranties. You don't get any of that type of hard sell.

    They are friendly and their hours are?accommodating?for commuters. They will leave the car out for you so you can pick it up after they close. They have been very honest about what work needed to be done with the car, they don't try to push?unnecessary?repairs. The prices seem reasonable. These guys seemed very honest and straightforward.

    They told me it would take two hours. It took four. That's a lot.
    There were no apologies, I was never updated, and cars which came in after me (regulars, I guess...this was my first time) were being washed while my car waited. When i complained, I was told that I should have brought it in at 9. I pointed out that I had called the day before to confirm  I'd be bringing it in at 11, and it was at 11 that I'd been promised 2 hour completion.
    When i brought it in, I'd confirmed price (which is on their web site) of $95. The guy nodded. At the end, he claimed we'd agreed on $100, and they delayed me another ten minutes on that. I was fuming.

    I am so happy with this garage. I had taken my car in to several other dealerships and they were not able to resolve the problem because it was not showing up in the computer to tell them what was wrong. DK Garage thinks "outside the computer" and was able to resolve the problem in only three hours. After countless times of being stranded and the other place not finding the problem, we were finally reliably back on the road. This garage is reliable and fairly priced. One time a part of mine was changed and I was told that if it did not resolve the problem, they would be happy to put the old part in and refund my money. Kevin is the owner and this is a small operation, but if you show up with an emergency, they help you right away. I highly recommend them.

    When I am there, the service people seem condescending to me. They talk to me like I am ignorant to even the smallest detail. We would have a conversation about what I need and then after their comments to me, would write down something on the service order that wasn't quite right and I would need to correct it. Another time, I had major work done on my wife's car and before dumping the $4,000 in to fix it, we had a conversation about how far this car was going to go if we did spend the money. I was told it should last another 100,000 miles pretty well. So, I decided not to buy a new car but fix this one and within another 2 weeks, there was another repair of about $900. I have bought three cars from this location and they have great sales people, but the service department is very poor.

    I like using Arroway because they are convenient and they fit in the repairs around my schedule. There is a train station close by that I ride home on. Last year, they even lent me a car when I needed it. Though my car was officially out of warranty, they were able to work out getting it fixed anyway under the warranty.

    Hudson Toyota
    I had no complaints at all with Hudson Toyota. They treated me well. They did not have my car a long time either. They have a waiting room over there that's pretty comfortable and clean. They ask me before they do anything major to my car, which makes me happy. As long as I feel like I am kept in the loop with car places, I am pretty content. Its the ones that do work first and charge me second and then let me know they did work that drive me nuts. They haven't done that to me yet though, so I would say that I am pretty pleased with them.
